Quote Where did you get this last quote from? I didn't find it in the linked article ....
Obama said that he was going to "win the war on Christmas" in his second term. The statement doesn't make any sense. But if the writer of the mutiny article is right about Obama knowing about the plan for some time; then I would take Obama's statement to be directed at the perpetrators, ie. I know what you are up to. Sounds very conspiratorial but some of the facts of 9/11 certainly encourage that way of thinking. Obama's statement is mentioned in the book about the 9/11 ritual. I believe that 9/11 was a ritual for my own reasons but the book is fascinating and makes more sense than I've heard for years. The one thing I would differ with Bain on is that I think there could be another group either fighting it out for control of the new age or simply responding to the attack. There seems to be something like a gang war going on between them. There are certainly other groups as well...for example, the Theosophists are trying to bring Jesus back. But they aren't the murdering scumbags who have been terrorizing the world for decades.

Talking Citizens' Grand Jury Indicts Obama and Biden

Not sure if this was posted yet, excuse if it has. It was posted on Kerry's Blog dated October 29, 2012.

    BY LARRY KLAYMAN
OCALA, Fla., Oct. 30, 2012 -- /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Larry Klayman, founder and chairman of Freedom Watch, today announced that President Barack Obama and Vice President Joseph Biden have been criminally indicted for having willfully released classified national security information concerning the raid on Osama bin Laden's compound, U.S. and Israeli war plans concerning Iran and their cyber-attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. The release of this information, among other harm to U.S. national security, resulted in the killing of members of Seal Team Six by terrorists and the arrest and imprisonment of American covert agents by Pakistan, such as the doctor who aided the CIA with regard to the bin Laden assassination. U.S.-Israeli war plans with Iran have also been compromised.

A true bill of indictment was issued by a Citizens' Grand Jury in Ocala, Florida, who reviewed evidence and voted unanimously to indict Obama and Biden at 6:02 pm on October 29, 2012.

The authority for a Citizens' Grand Jury can be found at www.citizensgrandjury.com.

The criminal defendants, Obama and Biden, will now be given notice of their indictment, arraigned and then tried for their alleged crimes.

Mr. Klayman, the Citizens' Prosecutor, issued the following statement: "The Citizens' Grand Jury, after having deliberated, yesterday issued a true bill of indictment. See www.citizensgrandjury.com It did the work that the government should have done, but does not have the integrity to do; that is hold these public officials accountable under the law. For far too long government prosecutors, who are put in place by politicians, have looked the other way as high public officials like Obama and Biden violate the law to further their political agendas. Now, as a result, the people must therefore exercise the rights given to them by the framers of the Constitution, and themselves take legitimate measures to restore the nation to some semblance of legality. This indictment (see www.citizensgrandjury.com) of Obama and Biden is just the first step in a legal revolution to reclaim the nation from establishment politicians, government officials and judges who have represented only their own political and other interests at the expense of 'We the People.' Obama and Biden will now be tried in a court of law and I am confident that they will be convicted of these alleged crimes."

Time to indict the political class!
    By Larry Klayman
    April 20, 2012

With government corruption and treasonous acts running rampant, particularly with regard to President Obama and his administration, many have asked what ordinary American citizens can do to legally mete out justice. Short of violent revolution, there is only one strong legal mechanism that can be invoked. That is the so-called "citizens grand jury," by which Americans themselves can enforce the law. This is our only recourse to hold the president and his accomplices truly accountable for their actions. Over the years, impeachment has not worked, nor has any other means to address crimes at the presidential and other high levels of government.

In this regard, the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution establishes that "no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury." A proper understanding of the effect of this requirement begins with the common law, since, as Supreme Court Justice Learned Hand stated in In re Kittle, "we took the [grand jury] as we found it in our English inheritance, and he best serves the Constitution who most faithfully follows its historical significance."

The grand jury dates back at least to 1166, under the Norman kings of England. These earliest grand juries were convened to provide answers from local representatives concerning royal property rights, but developed into a body of 12 men who presented indictments at the request of either private individuals or the king's prosecutor. (Susan W Brenner & Gregor G. Lockhart, "Federal Grand Jury: A Guide to Law and Practice," 4 [1996]). The Magna Carta granted individuals the right to stand before a grand jury to be charged of their crimes. (Id)

By 1681, an important characteristic of the grand jury had developed: the rule of secrecy. This characteristic set up the grand jury as a bulwark against government abuse. Grand juries were designed to exclude all outside persons, including the government's prosecutors, ensuring that all phases of an investigation (not just deliberation) remained secret. Thus, English grand juries functioned to prevent prosecutorial abuses by blocking the king's attempts to prosecute.

This tradition was continued and expanded by colonial grand juries. In America, the grand jury originally began as a defense against the monarchy and was arguably even more independent than the English grand jury of the 1600s. American grand juries initiated prosecutions against corrupt agents of the government, often in response to complaints from individuals. For example, a Massachusetts grand jury refused to indict the organizers of the Stamp Act rebellion. (See Roger Roots, "If It's Not A Runaway, It's Not A Real Grand Jury," 33 Creighton L. Rev. 821, 832). Four years later, another Massachusetts grand jury indicted some British soldiers located within the city boundaries for alleged crimes against the colonists, but refused to treat certain colonialists who had been charged by the British authorities for inciting desertion in a like manner. Similarly, a Philadelphia grand jury condemned the use of the tea tax to compensate British officials, encouraged a rejection of all British goods and called for organization with other colonies to demand redress of grievances.

By the dawn of the 20th century, the powerful role of the grand jury had come to be established law. In 1902, a Minneapolis grand jury, acting on its own initiative, hired private detectives and collected enough evidence to indict the mayor and force the police chief to resign.

In Frisbie v. United States, Supreme Court Justice David Brewer declared that "in this country it is for the grand jury to investigate any alleged crime, no matter how or by whom suggested to them, and after determining that the evidence is sufficient to justify putting the suspected party on trial, to direct the preparation of the formal charge or indictment." [157 U.S. 160 (1895)]

Again, in Hale v. Henkel, Supreme Court Justice Henry Brown stated that "we deem it entirely clear that under the practice in this country, at least, the examination of witnesses need not be preceded by a presentment or indictment formally drawn up, but that the grand jury may proceed, either upon their own knowledge or upon the examination of witnesses, to inquire for themselves whether a crime cognizable by the court has been committed." [201 U.S. 43 (1906)]

More recently, in United States v. Williams, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia held, writing for the majority of the court, that "[t]he grand jury's functional independence from the Judicial Branch is evident both in the scope of its power to investigate criminal wrongdoing and in the manner in which that power is exercised. 'Unlike [a] court, whose jurisdiction is predicated upon a specific case or controversy, the grand jury "can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not."'" [504 U.S. 36, 48 (1992) (quoting United States v. R. Enterprises, Inc., 498 U.S. 292, 297 (1991)]

Speaking of the origins of the grand jury, Scalia also found that "the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right. In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the government and the people. Although the grand jury normally operates, of course, in the courthouse and under judicial auspices, its institutional relationship with the Judicial Branch has been, so to speak, at arm's length. Judges' direct involvement in the functioning of the grand jury has generally been confined to the constitutive one of calling the grand jurors together and administering their oaths of office." [ Id. at 47]

Although the customary practice for summoning a federal grand jury is by a court (see Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, or FRCP), such action is mandatory "when the public interest so requires." Regardless, the FRCP does not preclude citizens from exercising their own rights to impanel grand juries under the Constitution. [See, i.e. Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (1803), establishing the doctrine of judicial review.] Thus, it is clear that citizens themselves can impanel a grand jury, and if a true bill of indictment results, the courts are technically required to commence proceedings and the executive branch to enforce the court's edicts. However, if the courts refuse and the executive branch does not carry out its duties by, for instance, arresting the criminally accused, Americans do have a right to make "citizens arrests," hold trials and legally mete out punishment in their own right. Indeed, this is what occurred in the western part of the United States, in particular, during our early years as a nation — before there was a developed federal court system and executive branch.

Given the increasingly corrupt and treasonous actions of our public officials, which have nearly destroyed our republic, and the almost complete breakdown of the justice system as run by the government, the time has come for we Americans to rise up and use the God-given rights left to us by our founders. We can do this by using citizen-impanelled and administered grand juries to hold presidents like Obama and others at the highest levels of government accountable for the crimes that have driven our nation to the brink of extinction.

I had heard about this group around the time of my involvement with the Tim Turner enclave....so that would have been about, 2 years ago. I lost track of their efforts. My only question is, what's the plan for enforcement? Just a "wee" little issue to take into consideration. I'll admit I'm too lazy to read all the links provided, so apologies in advance if the answer lies within. I wish them well.

Default Election prediction: Obama or Romney?

What do you think? Obama or Romney?

Personally I think Romney will win, I do not comprehend how Obama got into office to begin with and if Obama gets a second term, I won't be able to comprehend how that'll come to be either....

The lesser of two evils? hmmm? Is Romney the lesser of two evils? I doubt it. They both serve the same master in my opinion, it's all a bad joke....and so are the many sleeping sheeple who think getting an Obama free phone is what it's all about!....or free health care???? I have yet to see where this ObamaCare is free! Most do not have a clue to what is going on whether it be choking down the red pill or choking down the blue pill, actually most swallow these pills quite easily.

It would be wise to refuse both pills, it is not about choosing one or the other, it is about knowing what's best for your own survival and refusing the poison period!

    Here's an article that makes a lot of sense;

Quote Election predictions: The candidate in favor of GMOs, bankster bailouts and corporate domination will win!

I'm going to make a bold prediction about the outcome of the upcoming U.S. election: The winner will be the guy who supports GMOs and bankster bailouts. Which candidate is this? Well BOTH of them, of course.

In fact, I'm also 100% sure the winner will be the candidate who is in favor of going to war with Iran.

The winner will also be the guy in favor of increasing the size of government, either through entitlements or military spending.

My Prediction: All in all I see Romney winning this election, and I also see a major problem about it too that may cause a huge uproar......the most ignorant of the ignorant will show their ignorant colors and ignorance will actually be the topic of the day, disguised by ignorance!

I do think Romney will win but its going to be a close call. I say by 3 points with 300 electorial votes.Romney Imo is controlled by certain Interests but the man has never done anything to me personally. I like his message of 12 million jobs. Obama's
message is a stale one. 4 more years of the same. We simply wouldnt survive.
This President is an absolute failure.I'm not happy about him being a failure. I was
very happy when he was elected. I thought he could unite us but instead he's
drove a great division in this country.

Here in Germany, the US election is really a big thing in the mainstream media today.
They did report, that Romney want to shut down the FEMA. Concerning further plans and the role of the FEMA I personally can not believe Romney will be it. Me as a person I don´t believe that any person involved in politics on the international stage will change the world into a paradise.

I think Obama allowing BP to dictate the Gulf disaster scenario is proof enough for me that Dubya and Obama have shared the same bed before....

Romney says he'll repeal ObamaCare, yeah right! Romney put the same thing in place in Massachusetts....these creeps are LIARS period!....or should I simply just say "ACTORS"?

Dubya and Bama are portrayed as two completely different agendas/individuals, but they're not.....Dubya set the stage for Obama to shift the momentum of the transferring of wealth and the climax to the greatest rip off in human history and Obama made it so.....Obama basically finished the ripoff and made "amnesty" a reality for all those involved.....

Obama was basically allowed to sit in the white house to manipulate the masses and brainwash them in to believing another lie....and to bring racism back in to the mix...among many other things to divide us.

Some radical/racist whites will say "Look who destroyed the nation! a black man!!!!" and the radical/racist blacks will say whitey set him up and framed him.

I've seen racism like I've never seen before since Obama became president.

I do think Romney may win and it may start a race war and riots everywhere.....it's part of the plan.

....and if you really think about it, if Obama somehow wins, the same dynamics are in place for the same results to happen if Romney would of won..(regarding the race issue and anger between party supporters...I do think it'll be a worse situation if Romney wins though.

I agree that the two puppet candidates are controlled by the same evildoers behind the scenes. I just can't take another 4 years of the puppet that's in the White House now. I will be voting "against" him, when I vote for Romney. I have spent the last 25 years in my profession, as an attorney, working with the banking industry. I'm not talking about branch managers, but high up on the food chain- the guys that get the luxury boxes at the stadiums, etc. If anyone here actually believes that the banksters are not pulling Obama's strings, you are very mistaken. He is loved by the wall street guys and the banking industry. He's no different than Romney in that respect. We can't fall into that old trap of party ideology - we need to see both of these men with objective eyes, absent all party designations.

As far as Romney being a "sick bastard," that's a sweeping condemnation that has no merit. It's nothing more than one's personal opinion, to which you're entitled to. But posting our opinions does not make them facts. I could say the same thing about Pres. Obama and it would have no more credence than what anyone else here says, because it's just my opinion. We should all be careful about throwing around statements without clarifying that. Unless someone here has access to Romney's medical records that confirms he's a sick bastard???

I think the Republican-Democrat Alliance party will win again and the status quo will continue to continue.

I think any president of the u.s. have their strings pulled by the big banksters, as most all presidents in the world, as they have the power over the economy it makes it easy to presure.
But I think that Romney is a dangerous person, what most concerns me is that with Romney we will be headed into ww3, where with obama it's only maybe.
Which is the least of two evils?
As far as Obama being loved by wall street, Romney is also loved by drug trafickers http://www.veteranstoday.com/2012/10...ney-launderer/

nothing will change until we the people of the US ask for neither Democrat or Republican. It is a bait and switch game in my opinion. I won't say they all are "evil" , I would say there are strong influences dictationg the outcomes and steering the politics as they see fit.
Anyone watching "the men who built America" on History channel? watch the next episode when we learn about how JP Morgan Chase, Carnogie and Rockafeller merge there money and power to put a presidant in the white house. This is the root of the secret powerhouses in my opinion, the same families and influences that today have Sway over us.

In conclusion We all in America need to do whatever it takes to take parties out of the running, vote on the person, there policy and we need to get the the current news OUT OF THE NEWS! in the 70's there were over 22 companies involved in getting us news, Today, 5 corperations give us all our news spoon fed. This is the major Illusion on society, the illusion that most accept as there reality.
Votiong or even debating Republican or Democrat (IMO) is like the debate in "stand by me" when the boys walk the train tracks and argue "superman could beat up mighty mouse". THEY ARE BOTH IMAGIONARY PUPPETS! LOOK FOR THE STRINGS!
With that said I may vote for my high school social studies teacher, he is a great guy and this way I still exercise my vote as an American without adding to the accepted illusionary puppet show.

Wow , I just ranted, sorry, totally not like me.

I personally want Mitt as I am a GHWB fan and that's who he endorsed, but my head tells me Obama has it sewed up based on my analysis of the bookmaker markets (as noted in the other thread) and my belief that the PTBs want a socialized world managed by one government. I am sure I will upset a few friends I have here by stating who I wanted and why but clearly i don't care what people think as much as I care about being honest.

Now if I was asked who I would rather go party one night with... that would probably be Obama, especially if Hillary came along. I just think they would be more entertaining party monsters. Anyways, I apologize if my last comment was a tiny derail. Cheers, Chester

I remember seeing Jesse Ventura on RT recently suggesting that politicians should follow the example of racing drivers and wear outfits bearing advertisements from their sponsors- the size of the advert relative to the amount of the sponsorship. Would love to see that!!

I'm sure going to a party with Obama would be much more exciting than going to a party with Romney!

But it's still the same party! drinking and spilling blood with jihadists or drinking and spilling blood with satanists!!!! There'd be more fireworks at the Obama party....the Romney party would likely just be one big "flash" and it'd be time to go home! or for an urn....

I think the Republicrats want their toys back, having let the 'patsy' take the heat for the last four years,...We, wife and I, as usual, have voted for Ron Paul...wrote in his name...wife is a democrat, I a Constitution party supporter....(and just right of Atila the Hun ! LOL),...to me.. the federal branch was to regulate a fighting force for defense of nation, make pleasantries with other nations, and to keep states playing nice with each other...they were NEVER supposed to morph into a government (of redundancy) that controlled the states and the citizens...and in all honesty, I don't think life would be altered much if Washington DC was decommissioned and played no part in the lives of American citizens. Who can argue that the politics of America is so convoluted and absurd today, that most folks are just tired of it all. The separation of powers is a joke...the moves the federal govt have made these last 50 years has only hurt the country as a whole, and Americans in general...but hey, that's just me....I could be all wrong. ! ugh!
