I'm planning a liver cleanse before a 10 day fast over the summer solstice here,
the fast i have no issue with, but its my first liver cleanse, so I'm a big daunted,
reading up now on what i need to do.
I will be also re reading the thread on it here, seems that quite a few have done this
with great results

Synchronicity - Yesterday was my 10th day on my 30 day cleanse/diet program. Yesterday I started the liver cleanse segment - nothing but juices, a detox tea and two bottles of special drops.

Interestingly I am no longer dealing with hunger issues. I made it through yesterday easily. I had one of my better days relative to clarity of the mind than I have experienced in years.

This is working.

Training my new worker...had to think hard what to come up with as a feasible idea...

So I decided to try this: she will be making bead curtains to hang in doorways.
What design? What colors? What materials?

This is not about me needing to get the stuff done...this is about someone needing work.
And I'm feeling reluctant about investing in people...
Been there, done that...I just hope I don't get stuck with dozens of bead curtains I can't sell.
With products from China being dirt cheap it's going to be hard to compete with those prices.
Paying fair wages here means low profit, or no sales at all.

Lol I need a bead curtain! My kitchen is tiny and the fridge/freezer is virtually up close to a pantry style food cupboard, so when you open the door to retrieve food the door hits the fridge, so have been considering a bead curtain!

I've been gifted a holiday to Florida for Christmas. Staying in a friends villa for two weeks and yes! I'm doing the Disney thing for my little boy. My first time on American soil. Only my third holiday abroad in 7 years. I've always thought of Disney as my idea of hell on earth and I definitely will NOT be anywhere near a theme park on the 21st lol! Maybe I'm honouring my inner child! I'm also flying on 12/12. How did I manage that?!! Anyone here been to Disney World? If so tips and pointers gratefully received. I'm definitely up for Harry Potter Land!

Just feeling so helpless watching this play out, its a sad, sad week for humanity.

I have come to steer clear of this type of topic ... these kinds of concepts.

I don't really feel I have an adequate understanding to make a contribution or shed light such that others may be of benefit.

How long has humanity wept in frustration and shouted at the skies in search of answers from a "god" that would allow such horrors to be perpetrated upon them?


This we understand ... we feel it in our bones and in our hearts.


One of the few metaphysical topics that continues to be dear to my belief system and inspiration is what is brought through from the NDE people who have so much to bring back they feel it their "purpose" to do so.

Nanci Danison is one of many but several stand above others in the depth and quality of what they have experienced and were "allowed" to remember and share with the rest of us.


What may seem quite "odd" or "worse" is when she would "merge" with some of her "soul group" to exchange memories and experiences from her particular life. Her story seems to express that such an exchange was quite meaningful, worthwhile and contributed to the "greater good" even from some of the most horrific of lifetime experiences.

How to find anything positive in children being blown to bits in naked agression at a senseless "war"???

We cannot ... here ... now.


... let us hope that such messages brought back to us from "beyond" (or wherever) offer a reason to believe there is a *REASON* for this.


Even those from other dimensions are allegedly at war (military grade night goggles anyone?) and it all filters down to us as we are all connected in ways that very few understand.


All that to suggest that *perhaps* there is a *reason* for what is happening and as a cherished bird lover was often quick to point out ... all is well ...
