I'm personally very fond of the Anthony Sanchez take on DULCE as reported to him by his whistle blower one Colonial X. You have to love the guy's named X,

Anthony Sanchez has more than a few interviews on the matter.

This interview with Colonial X is, one of the most engrossing I have read. I want to put a thread up about it, just because it's so good and even though there are people here who have been into the scene for a long time and have seen and read everything there are plenty who have not, and this interview is just unmissable.
