Default Any ideas of what is happening to me?

    Hello All,
I havent posted anything in a while but there is alot going on and some of it I am quite perplexed about and need some feedback.

There are some odd things happening to my body that I just dont understand.
These things have been going on for 3 months now and I really dont know what to think so if anyone has any feedback I would really appreciate your thoughts.

    Changes to my body :

I am having muscle spasms all over my body, every day it seems to be a new area that is affected and usually lasts throughout the day or sometimes half a day.

My inner ear is twitching alot !! Sometimes its both ears and sometimes its just one ear and it feels very deep inside my head. Some days it drives me nuts and wont stop but has been happening almost every day for couple months now.

My heart is feeling really different and sometimes I have palpitations, especially noticeable when I lay down to try to sleep. Also having alot of back pain at night with intense heat in my neck area. Very uncomfortable sometimes.

Another strange thing is, (this is the wierdest) my 2nd and 3rd rib bone from the bottom of both sides is starting to protrude ! Some days its uncomfortable to sit like I normally do as it feels like my ribs need to be stretched out. They only way to make it comfortable is to sit as straight and as tall as possible to avoid the discomfort. I know this sounds strange but I am very aware of my body and this is not normal for me.

I sleep much more than normal lately, usually about 9 - 10 hours a nite. My kids are a little concerned that I am going to bed at 8-8:30pm at night. I have no desire for food much of the time and no desire to be social lately so I understand why they are worried.

Last couple things, blurry vision, pressure in my head, and sometimes slurred speech accompanied by difficulty forming sentences or thoughts (a little worrisome there).

I know there are alot of changes happening to people on the physical level but if anyone is experiencing some of these things I would like to know. I have never had so many changes to my body happening like this and I think I just need some re-assurance as I dont believe in seeing traditional doctors and usually try to heal myself but these things are just odd and have no idea what to make of it.

I was ok when I went through the emotional changes when I started to wake up, I understood the relationship between emotion and awakening but this is a little too much too fast for me to understand.

All my intuitive Avalonians.....please help !

    Blessings,
    Annette

ps. not sure but dont think my meditation is related, nothing too eventful there other than the eye that I have been seeing staring at me.

Some of what you describe, could sound like ascension-symptoms. Not that I´m an expert on that, I just remember reading somewhere about them, esp.
the palpitations, and extra need for sleep. Other symptoms were strange sounds in the ears, moodswings, depression et al.

Yup. Welcome to the club Annette. If you have access to youtube, try searching for some of the latest Dolores Cannon videos where she talks about 2012. Most of what she rattles off as "ascension symptoms" are on your list too, it look like. Today for me, it is heart palpitations, and an extrememly swimmy head. As Dolores states, recognize it as your body going through the changes to try to keep pace with all the added energy we are being exposed to, and rather than swim against it, try to ride the wave. I simply do that by basking in the weirdness.

    Thanks Kathie,
those are the symtoms that worry me a little but I dont have health insurance. I dont believe in it.
Yea, I could spend 2-300 to go to urgent care but I dont have that either.
I dont really feel worried that something is "wrong" necessarily, just worried that so much is happening all at once.

    Blessings,

Well I really don't know what to make of all of your symptoms but if it was me I would do blood tests that include all the biological and chemical components I don't know if you can go directly to a clinical lab and ask for those without seeing an M.D. Many of the illnesses show a sign in the blood with altered levels. Wishing for your well being very much.

You should backtrack your steps to 4 months ago or so and see what you are now doing different.

Did you move, change water or food sources, get dental work done????? etc etc etc.....it almost sounds to me your body is rejecting something physical.......if it is spiritual, well, that's some pretty serious stuff too.

I agree. I think you should see a good doctor just to be sure you´re not suffering from any disease. Please, do it.

Then, if everything is ok with you physiologically, we can start talking about possible spiritual causes.

Anyway, muscle spasms are involuntary local energy release. Look at horses; They do it all the time.

Ear twitching may be hundreds of things. Your doctor will be able to diagnose it. Maybe it´s just a matter of doing a deep sanitation with your ear doctor.

Heart palpitations, specially during sleep, are associated with your heart trying to sync with your slower brainwaves and slower metabolism; It´s normal for brainwaves and metabolism to slow down during sleep. Associated with the neck heat and excessive sleeping, it´s a typical sign of hormonal imbalance.

As you´re 45 years old, maybe you should see your endocrinologist to check your hormones.

Blurry vision, associated with difficulty to speak, specially associated with the muscle spams, are signals of malnutrition. Maybe your diet is lacking essential vitamins and minerals, specially complex B vitamins and Iron.

Take care of yourself, my friend. Let us know if everything is fine after you visit the doc.

    Cheers,

    Raf.

    Annette,
Could your symptoms be related to menopause? I know that when my hormones are unbalanced my whole body feels strange. I know some women experience the need to sleep more. There is a product that helps with hormones and it's natural. The product is called soy essentials for women and the company is called Reliv. This is just a thought.....but I know hormones are very powerful in making us feel foreign in our own bodies.

    Wishing you well,

even if spiritual, there is an impact on the body.

could be anything from brain tumor to lack of vitamin B and Iron. Lack of iron would also make breathing more difficult and 12 hours nights for example. It has to be found out, on the physiological side first.

You are also in pre menaupose which means imbalance in the hormones. Lack of vitamins and minerals, including iron, and thyroid imbalance, are frequent in pre menauposal women. I would definitely have myself checked if it were me. You still have children to care for.

Hi, it sounds very much like magnesium deficiency.

The best form to use is "transdermal" ie absorbed thru the skin, this is most cost effective as "magnesium flakes" which are a kind of salt that you dissolve in water. I use a piece of cloth soaked it which I wrap around a forearm or around my neck for an hour or so, the body only absorbs what it needs.

The body has trouble processing magnesium tablets, and they tend to mess up the digestive system.

I would go & get checked out by a decent Dr too BTW.

I dont really feel like its menopause related, only because my mom and her mom did not go through it, at least any noticeable effects. I have very little issues with menstal and its only 2 days long so I have been pretty confident that I wont go through the menopause either. I am no expert but I dont often feel hormonal effects.

As far as my diet, I eat veggies, fish, nuts, juices (as much organic as possible) and occassional rice and pasta. I just dont feel hungry sometimes so I will eat only a couple tablespoons each of veggies or hummus. I havent eaten beef or pork since October and I feel better than ever in that regard.

I appreciate all the feedback and concern,

I have been experiencing some of the same symptoms too. Knots in my muscles which seem to move around, bones ache, joints hurt, have hard time sleeping, lethargic, a bit depressed, heart palpitations are some things which are happening. I have been going to a herbalist/naturopath so I don't think it's a vitamin issue as she has tested my vitamin & mineral levels and I'm taking B and D vitamins as well as LIGA-Joint for my joints that she recommended.

I recently heard someone say on a radio program that a lot of people are going to the Dr with various problems, and the Dr can't find anything wrong with them. A lot of my family say they have been feeling out of sorts as well.

Funny you should ask, just before October I told my body to reject what is bad for me and my body responded like magic. Since then, I dont eat beef or pork and I have been eating much more raw veggies since then. No dental work in over a year. I did move end of October also. My water in the new place was clear when I moved in but a week or two later it turned milky and has been ever since. I do have an expensive water filter under my sink so I think my water is safe. Other than that, I dont know what to think.

So, you´ve recently become a vegetarian, right?

I suspect your health issues may be connected to it.

You have to be extremely methodical regarding Iron, B complex vitamins, Zinc and Folic acid.

Your body was used to take them from meat and now may be in trouble to extract it from vegetable sources.

The lack of above nutrients would indeed cause many of the symptoms you´re describing.

If you´re not full vegetarian yet, try eating more fish.

Beans and dark green vegetables will help with the Iron.

Beside magnesium depletion... why not pay a visit to this thread:

    Thanks RMorgan,

I do eat fish about 3 times per week. I eat chicken once per week, which I am not that fond of anymore. I do love beans, edamame, hummus which I eat few times a week. This makes sense that I may be adjusting to this new way of eating but it doesnt explain my ribs moving their place. That one is just odd. I will go to the health/organic store and check out the vitamins and minerals you suggested.

    Thank you !

    Snookie,
Although I have the back pain, I do meditate in my copper pyramid at least 5 -6 times per week and that supposedly helps with bone / joint aches.
Crazy thing is, I feel pretty good spiritually and the issues I have dont seem to affect me emotionally. I dont feel depressed at all even though I have the desire for more solitude. I actually wish I could meditate for several hours a day but I have a 9-5 job so that is not possible.
