"The Solution" Is In Full Swing, Are You On Board?

Dear Fellow Avalonians and Guests,

I humbly ask for your undivided attention while initially viewing this thread. Right up front I need a time commitment from you. Though at first glance this introduction will appear long and intimidating, please stick with me in order to have a full understanding of the message I’m trying to convey and help in implementing its success by your participation, even if it means you have to come back another day.

Many have asked on various threads for a "Solution" to the tyranny that seems to encompass our every move no matter where we reside on this planet; and I feel confident that I/we, have found it. There is no cost, there is no group to join and it’s something you can do on your own time, in your own way without any constraints, judgments or harsh ramifications. This may be the most important thing you do not only for yourself, but for those around you and humanity itself.

With much anticipation and love, I lay before you this resolution to the conundrum that we as the human race all face and I hope every one of you will take this proposal quite seriously. In fact, my desire is that you incorporate this thought process I’m suggesting into every facet of your life. But, before going any further I ask that you do three things if you haven’t come to this conclusion as of yet.

1. No matter how scary things become, do not operate in fear.
2. As new truths come forward be willing to shift your set of beliefs to match those truths.
3. Do not allow a truth to become an untruth because you cannot find the capacity to see it as a possibility, always keep an open mind.

This should help your spiritual transition go smoother, allowing you to focus on the tasks at hand. "The Solution" has been in front of us this whole time, but because it’s not in the conditioned form that many are expecting, it’s ignored, overlooked and passed over. Why should you pay attention to this “Solution”? Because your fellow brother and sisters are pouring out their hearts with a treasure trove of information in their posts which more than eludes to the answer you seek. They are you! They are not joining some group, they are not necessarily following a particular messiah as gospel, they are merely looking within for the answers; and with their initial discovery, posting what they have found for all to divulge and absorb. Though each and every one of them has chosen a different path through the process, they are all coming to the same conclusion in unison at the end of the trail no matter how long it’s taken them to get there. How lucky are we to have access to a forum where this information can be collected, shared and observed by all, with the shear advantage of dispersing this message far and wide in a way that no other civilization has been able to do in their time period due to lack of technological gains.

So what is “The Solution”? I have become very aware of a quiet movement taking place that many of you might not have recognized as of yet and it’s this very movement I believe, to be the key component to ending our reality as we know it. It’s happening here on Avalon, but unfortunately it’s being overlooked and drowned out by threads that focus on unverifiable information, gloom and doom scenarios making one feel powerless, unfulfilled and longing for some real answers. And though you know the days of “following” are just about over, there unfortunately is a lot of attention being placed on individuals who have attempted to offer information to the masses only to be slaughtered by their own with discussions that go nowhere and solve absolutely nothing, but rather continue to divide and conquer instead of unifying us as one. Have we not learned anything? Does anyone feel like they’re on the hamster wheel to nowhere? We can and will change this reality, but only if we begin to change the way we think!

Several Avalon members are all ready manifesting this "Solution" and posting their experiences, but unfortunately they're being bypassed and overlooked. We are so conditioned that many of us are missing the one key component - The change is YOU, and the science is there to prove this theory. Until humankind understands, we will continue this vicious cycle over and over again repeating history as we’ve seen for eons of time. “The Solution” is to become more heart-centered by making everyday choices that are of the heart - not the mind, and not the gut. The famous eye for an eye concept no longer applies in this changing paradigm. If you want your surroundings to change, change yourself and how you respond. It will not happen overnight and in the manner in which many of us would prefer, myself included. Before you question what I propose, I ask fellow Avalonian's this.....what's it going to hurt to follow what I'm suggesting? The cavalry is you, the messiah is you, and not any of the other named groups offering their messages of how they're going to save us. As you know, we are at cross road here where technology has surpassed spirituality, it is our responsibility to begin changing how we handle situations and focus on elevating our own spirituality by stepping outside status quo and the belief systems that accompany the programs within. This is what you do, this is “The Solution” and many, but not enough are beginning to come to this conclusion.

My goal in putting together this thread is to integrate the science background in conjunction with real life stories from every day souls as yourself to further demonstrate how this truly is the answer to our future. This is not some fairyland dream, this is happening, and the more of us that get on board by doing the real work, not by just being a spectator, the sooner our reality will manifest to the degree that our efforts will be viewed as instrumental in creating the very reality we all have come to hope and pray would transpire. But it’s going to take work, and I need each and every one of you to make a commitment of contribution with your hearts and nothing more. This is the way out of the matrix, this is what they don’t want you to know and this is the future environment you’ve been waiting for.

Could you do your fellow brothers and sisters the biggest honor by granting me the wish of making this thread the most viewed ever in Avalon history? Will you make this the one point we can all agree on? Why?......Because this is about you, this is your moment, these are your heart-felt stories, your true experiences, your examples for others to learn by, so they too can contribute their own private moments which in turn help lay down the foundation of a new paradigm, a new frame of reference, for those who cannot yet see. You are the beacons of light that shine over the path that create the bridge for all to walk over. And as sappy as this may sound…..I can’t think of a more beautiful way to usher in the Golden Age, walking beside you as an equal, with love, and as one.

So I could have just posted individual’s stories, but I felt that some background and science were needed to reinforce why I believe this concept cannot only be achieved, but is all ready in the works. What caught my attention was a recent posting of a David Icke video here on Avalon back in August 2012 I believe. Now please don’t discount this post because you happen to not like David Icke. Listen, he’s just one of us. He’s contributing information that he feels should be in the public eye. So before you blow him off, listen to what he has to say, because he is basically coming to the same "Solution" that many of us fellow Avalonian’s have, so I don’t find that to be a coincidence, but rather an enforcement that something is going on and that we are choosing the correct path to our future. I think David fills in beautifully the why’s and how’s. Please take the time to listen to all of this video as David lays out how we got to this point thousands of years back. Pay close attention to where he discusses Gnostic teachings that were discovered and what their message was to humanity. Also take note how he repeatedly discusses being heart-centered and why we need to be taking heart-felt approaches.

SUMMERIZATION
So let’s rehash and make this simple. You live in a holographic universe, which means you have a pattern within the universe that is whole and complete unto itself, which is part of a greater pattern that is whole and complete unto itself, etc. If a change takes place within one of these patterns within the universe, there is a ripple effect and that change is mirrored throughout the rest of the so called holographic universe. Now, tie this concept with what you learned about epigenetics……If our beliefs are energy fields and they can be influenced, and we know epigenetics is controlled by perception, whatever our beliefs may be will become a part of that energy field and therefore can impact what you do. You know that love, compassion and forgiveness are the highest frequencies. If you incorporate those thought processes into the energy field it is those beliefs that influence that field. If a mass amount of people inject the same higher frequencies (see 100th monkey syndrome), also known as collective consciousness, their beliefs will over-ride the lower frequencies thereby changing the reality of the environment.

Let’s interject three definitions into this thought process:

DIMENSION- A dimension is a state of consciousness. When you look at what we know about dimensions, what we find is that each is about a unique set of beliefs. Our current 3D consciousness was not established until enough people began to believe the same way. And the current 5D consciousness will not be established until enough of the people existing there figure out how to live in unity. So we see that when enough people live a set of beliefs they create a dimension.

Going further, a state of consciousness/dimension vibrates at a certain frequency just as all physical matter has a distinguishing vibration or frequency. In our universe, the closer we get to the integration point of Light and Dark, the faster we vibrate (compassion being the integration point with the fastest vibratory rate). So, if a whole group of people acquire a particular set of beliefs, in this case, the understanding of how to live at the integration point between Light and Dark, then they all begin to vibrate at that particular rate. This vibratory rate is also known as a frequency. Continuing on, this group vibration creates a new consciousness, a new reality, and a new dimension by the individuals in the group expressing themselves emotionally, creatively, etc.

ASCENSION- On an individual level, ascension is the process of changing one’s consciousness from one reality, based on one set of beliefs, to another. On a group or planetary level, ascension is the collective expansion of a state of consciousness (set of beliefs) to the point where that consciousness creates a new reality—a new state of being or dimension (*The Hundredth Monkey Syndrome).

For example, 3D is about the belief that, this is the only life that we have and if you can’t touch it, taste it, see it, feel it or hear it, it doesn’t exist. 5D, is about Christ or Unity consciousness where we realize that we are all connected—we understand and live in oneness.

100th MONKEY SYNDROME- here’s the story:

The Japanese monkey, Macaca fuscata, had been observed in the wild for a period of over 30 years. In 1952, on the island of Koshima, scientists were providing monkeys with sweet potatoes dropped in the sand. The monkey liked the taste of the raw sweet potatoes, but they found the dirt unpleasant.

An 18-month-old female named Imo found she could solve the problem by washing the potatoes in a nearby stream. She taught this trick to her mother. Her playmates also learned this new way and they taught their mothers too.

This cultural innovation was gradually picked up by various monkeys before the eyes of the scientists. Between 1952 and 1958 all the young monkeys learned to wash the sandy sweet potatoes to make them more palatable. Only the adults who imitated their children learned this social improvement. Other adults kept eating the dirty sweet potatoes.

Then something startling took place. In the autumn of 1958, a certain number of Koshima monkeys were washing sweet potatoes -- the exact number is not known. Let us suppose that when the sun rose one morning there were 99 monkeys on Koshima Island who had learned to wash their sweet potatoes. Let's further suppose that later that morning, the hundredth monkey learned to wash potatoes.
THEN IT HAPPENED! By that evening almost everyone in the tribe was washing sweet potatoes before eating them. The added energy of this hundredth monkey somehow created an ideological breakthrough!

But notice: A most surprising thing observed by these scientists was that the habit of washing sweet potatoes then jumped over the sea...Colonies of monkeys on other islands and the mainland troop of monkeys at Takasakiyama began washing their sweet potatoes. Thus, when a certain critical number achieves an awareness, this new awareness may be communicated from mind to mind.

CONCLUSION
Are you still with me? We are in the process of shifting our reality towards a new dimension. This is the “ascension” to pursue. I just gave you the science to reinforce and validate what I’m proposing. So if you want to live in love and peace you have to be the love and peace. Your participation is crucial to this transition. This is not the time for everyone to sit on their laurels and do nothing, waiting for others to “fix” it. You are “The Solution” you seek. We need your energy- it’s about energy!

Where do we go from here? Since you know you have an effect on the energy field based on the information above, your contribution is creating a reality around yourself based on heart-centered behavior. There are many ways to achieve the reality you want, but try and keep a few things in mind as you assist in this transition. There is no more eye for an eye, there is no more talk of your emotions coming from the gut, instead you do everything from the heart. There is no victimhood behavior and there certainly is no need for a messiah as I just showed each and every one of you that you are your own messiahs….but you all ready knew that!

I’m going to post an example of a heart centered thought process that happened to me in the early 90’s. I’ve posted it before, but it’s extremely relevant to this particular conversation. The point is that you understand the thinking that created the heart-centered moment, so you can apply it to your own experiences. I’ve asked a couple of other forum members to post their heart-centered examples after mine so you could get an idea of how you can contribute to this process. There really isn’t a right or wrong way, which is what makes this so cool, the only criteria, is that it needs to be from the heart and it needs to encompass one or all of the emotions of love, compassion and forgiveness. It’s more about generating a higher frequency so we can create that ripple affect across the holographic universe which in time will change our reality to the one I know you all desire.

This is it! This is the only way out of the matrix! This is a battle of spirituality! “Systems” are not going to stop the atrocities and if you think they are, show me the science that proves it. Show me the science!!! Your love, compassion and forgiveness are all we need. Many of you have come to the conclusion on your own and it’s imperative that you continue with this belief system. If you have a heart-centered example to share, that’s the purpose of this thread, go ahead and post. Please, for my personal interest, place a date at the top of your thread as to when this heart-centered incident took place. I thought it would be interesting to see if we could spot a pattern if one exists.

From within my heart, I thank you for your time, I thank you for your efforts and heart-felt contributions as you are the creators of our reality.... and there is no doubt in my mind that you are more than capable of being the love that we need in humanity's greatest hour of need.

EXAMPLE OF HEART-CENTERED THINKING

My spiritual awakening began with a profound moment of what I now know to be a Kundalini, sometime in the early 90's. I had no idea what had happened, but it was something I never forgot and and of course back then, didn't fully appreciate or comprehend. Below is a formal description from what I remember of the experience. It happened so suddenly that I didn't understand what I had done or the significance until a year ago. I can only wish I had been paying attention more closely, but I think I got the general point enough to share with you today. One thing that's important that I might not have made clear in my description below.....what I did was a thought process through my heart not my brain. And I believe it is the very reason I had the Kundalini. I don't think you necessarily have to have a Kundalini for it to work, you just have to change how you think. I have no formal training or knowledge in this arena, I'm almost embarrassed to share with you that I don't even meditate.....yet. What I did truly was from the heart, purely organic, nothing more.

This is a heart-centered example that you can use for yourself to deal with any type of emotional clearing you may need when dealing with a difficult situation and god knows, we've all got em. Forgiveness and acceptance is key as those emotions will promote the higher frequencies of love and compassion. I can only hope this eases your pain and that you are truly able to see the gift you've been given of a difficult experience with a different set of eyes. It is my belief these difficult situations were created by design so that we would have energy to work with in order to transform our reality.

As a child and young adult I grew up in a very verbally abusive situation at home. My father, who was a Navy Seal, was brutal. I could never do anything right, I was never good enough, blah, blah, you've all heard this scenario before as it's quite common. Not only is it common to hear stories like this, but to be put in this type of situation is a common experience for a star seed in general, so I've been told. One of the characteristics of a star seed is that we typically have an adversarial relationship with the parent of the opposite sex, it's important to note that this is by design which is why I'm telling you this. Being put into this situation serves a purpose and that very purpose is why I had the Kundalini and why I am able to pass this information on to others, so they too can experience a transformation of energy.

By the time I had hit my mid-twenties I was a mess. As hard as I tried to reason the unfair treatment I had been subjected to (this is 3D thinking now....always the victim), I could not seem to come to terms with what I could have done to make my parents turn on me in such a bad way throughout my entire time growing up. I ran down the whole list of criterias......I got good grades, I stayed out of trouble, heck I worked three jobs my senior year in high school and I was a varsity athlete from my freshman year to my senior year. So I couldn't possibly come up with a legitimate reason as to why or what I could have done to create the situation I was in. While in college I finally came to a breaking point. I had to get over this or I was going down hill fast. I was ready to end it, the abuse was more than I could take and I wasn't seeing any other way out.

Finally, after years of obsessing over this, I came to the conclusion that there was no rationalizing the situation no matter how hard I tried. Let me repeat this thought process as it's key..... "there was no rationalizing the situation." This was not the point of the whole experience I had just lived my entire life. Because if I could have rationalized it, I probably wouldn't have had the Kundalini! Keep this point in mind when you apply the thought process to your own situation. I spent years in a vicious circle trying to make sense of this situation, so I'm trying to help you avoid the same trap. Be aware that some situations can't be rationalized in the manner you would expect and sometimes that's the point- because how would you have the experience of forgiveness if you could?

So in the next few moments before the Kundalini, this was the thought process. In one hand I accepted and embraced all the bad from the relationship for what it was and I was grateful.........In the other hand, I accepted and embraced all the good from that relationship for what it was and I was grateful. The acceptance of both polarities, in my heart, positive and negative was the integration point. Integration point being love, forgiveness and compassion. This moment of integration was when I had the Kundalini. Bascially it felt like an orgasm. I'm sorry there's no other word to describe it, so I have to utilize that one so you understand what it feels like. It's a rush, ...and it started in the lower half of my torso and went right out my crown chakra.

This was playing what's called The Polarity Integration Game. This is the game of the light and dark the game of duality. The opportunity put before me by being exposed to a negative and painful situation allowed me to forgive through love and compassion. Had I been able to "rationalize" this situation most likely I would have missed the whole point as I would have used my 3D perspective to reason away the experience.

What I did was "transmute" energy. This transmutation was immediately sent out into the energy field, there-by allowing others the potential to absorb the higher frequencies and who knows, possibly making it easier for them to have their own kundalini. Scientifically it is my understanding that love and compassion are the highest frequencies to be experienced on Earth and have the capability of changing one's DNA structure. Love vibrates at 528Hz frequency. And as many of you know, every molecule, atom, living and non-living thing, etc. all vibrate at different frequencies. We have seen via Dr. Masaru Emoto studies how water crystals change their structure when thoughts of love are infused or maybe applied is a better word, so we know there is science that backs this concept in addition to the other links I provided in the first post of this thread.

It’s happening…right now

I just want to share what many of us have quietly come to realize. As many stare out at the world around them and try to make sense of the escalating drama, there are some that have turned inward and discovered an incredible process unfolding within. This is a profound change occurring, it is incredibly beautiful and eloquent. Like caterpillars transforming into butterflies, this process is natural, it is quiet and yet quite mind-blowing in terms of the extent of transformation.

We each have our own unique processes. I will share a bit of mine.

The more I look within and uncover, and heal wounded aspects of myself the more my entire world, both inside and out, shifts in profound ways. For me it has been about shifting from a fear-based..divided..perspective to a love-based…unified perspective.

Until a few years ago I was not aware of the parts of myself that I had rejected over the years of growing up in this society. At first it was difficult to look at these aspects as I had long ago judged them to be unworthy and negative. But as I learned to allow and accept all as being parts of the whole I slowly began to reclaim and heal these rejected aspects in order to return to a unified whole being.

My process is not complete, however it has reached a point where it is impossible to deny that it is occurring.

After wading through, and clearing, the murky waters within, I can now relax deeply and connect with an incredible deep loving peaceful space (all the traumatized frightened rejected aspects are no longer lingering just beyond my perception causing my unconscious anxiety..they are now integrated or in the process of healing).

The further along I go on my path the easier it gets to access this loving space. The beauty of this loving space is that when in it, everything just flows and feels magic. I realize now that there is an intelligence to love that is far beyond anything the mind is capable of. When we let go of trying to control things, and are able surrender to love we open ourself up to a new elevated frequency. This frequency feels like a warm, gentle, soothing hum emanating from deep within. I feel a deep connection to all in my surrounds. I feel inspired to participate in this momentous flow…to play, to create, to share. The more I access this energy the more I find myself creating and experiencing beauty around me, in the physical world and in my relationships.

Navel Gazing Vanity

We have been programmed to believe that it is unproductive, selfish, and limiting to look within. However, this is truly the key to escaping the matrix. It’s as though deep down beneath all the ‘stuff’ we’ve pushed away from conscious awareness is a door that leads home.

It is true that it can be easy when beginning to look within to think we are the center of the world and to get caught up in our own egoic maze, and inner drama triggers. While this may not look vey pretty from the outside, it is simply a stage in the learning process. Eventually our paths lead us to see the bigger picture and realize that while it is true that we are the center of the universe, so too is everyone else…it is all a matter of perspective.

Conclusion

For me this is what the Shift is all about. It is about re-membering ourself. We are each like cells in a body that is riddled with a terrible cancer. We can be in denial of the cancer (like many in the mainstream), we can focus on the cancer and perpetuate the cause (separation consciousness), or we can be aware that there is a cancer, but place our focus on becoming a healthy strong joyfully vibrating cell. By focusing on our own sphere of influence and spreading love through our world, we do our part in ensuring that the whole is healthy.

My experience has shown me that love is contagious, and the world is a mirror. The more I move through my world with love in my heart the more I find beauty in everyone I come across. (eg I used to go out and frequently encounter difficult, trying people with horrible attitudes (shop keepers etc), but since I have healed within I find myself meeting more and more interesting helpful warm people.)

One time many years ago I had a vision in which I could see everyone with a sparkle in their eye that said that we each new that we were god and that we were all reflections of each other…all parts of an amazing whole. This is where I feel we are heading. It’s very exciting to experience.

While it is healthy to be aware of what is transpiring in the wider world, I want to emphasize the importance of focusing on healing and loving ourselves. Some people seem so focused on the drama of the outer world that they are compromising their own wellbeing. Waiting for some big outer event (ascension, aliens etc) they are actually missing the whole point. We need to be aware that when we focus too much on the drama occurring in the wider world our own personal worlds can shrink and begin to reflect the bleakness…this can ultimately lead to disillusionment and even depression.

So if you haven’t already, be emotionally brave and take a look within….I highly recommend it

Absolutely perfect ! This is what I have been waiting to hear. These same feelings have been welling up in me for a few months now but couldnt quite put my finger on an explanation. I also have been waiting for the perfect time to tell my story, which I will this weekend. I am at work right now and cannot tell this story without tears so I will wait til I am home to write it. Our stories are similar but I took it to an extreme of the opposite for a period of a few years.

Nothing that interested me 6 months ago interests me today. In fact I have been combing through the posts and not finding something of this nature. I have had several heart expansions that can only be described as amazing bliss and ecstacy. I want so much to share this experience with others but had to realize that I cannot force it upon anyone, I just have to dwell within and it will be infectious eventually.

For now, I will say that I am excited to be part of this and I know it will be fruitful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the diligent work and time you are putting into "the heart".

IT is a difficult practice as MOST of the time our hearts are intune to some other connection tht does not neccessarily flow with the mainstream darkness tht surrounds us.

The Deep Sacred Heart

For me a pivotal key to healing was finding my heart space. This is a real place that we all contain within us. It is within us, yet it is outside time and space and reaches beyond all levels and dimensions of the game of existence. It is directly connected to source energy. It is absolutely unable to be touched by corruption and distortion. No matter what we are feeling and experiencing, if we can enter the deep sacred heart space, all else dissolves and becomes completely irrelevant. In this space we know the truth that everything but love is illusion.

This deep heart space is meant to be our sanctuary, a space beyond the illusion to which can retreat; a space to heal and re-energize before emerging once again to play in the illusion. It’s our home-base.

Unfortunately the pains and hurts that most of us on the human journey endure make us place walls of protection around our hearts; for it is there that we keep our most fragile and precious aspects. However, these barriers that we put up around our hearts for protection, actually keep us separate from our innate intimate space of love and healing. Many of us, other than a vague cultural reference, or a distant yearning, don’t even really remember our hearts.

The first and most important step in reconnecting with our hearts is having the intention. If you hold the intention, your heart will assist you to find your way back home.


Initially a useful tool can be to do a visualization in which you imagine yourself shining from the beautiful center of your heart. This is your space, put in whatever makes you feel good. Try to imagine as many details as possible. If you fill your space with roses, imagine exactly what color/colors they are, imagine how they are arranged, how they smell and feel. The details themselves are not important, it is the process of carefully, and lovingly, crafting an imaginary altar or temple for the heart, that helps us to reconnect to this sacred space.

Initially, it can also be useful to imagine a boundary around this space that ensures nothing uninvited can enter. With time this will become less important and eventually irrelevant. As you learn to trust your heart, you will eventually come to realise that the sacred heart space does not need boundaries. Divisions are unnecessary in the heart, as there all fits perfectly and harmoniously.

As you become more in tune with your heart , this generator of love will play an increasingly important role in your life. While initially the connection may have been based on imagination, it will progressively become one of the most, if not the most real thing in your life.

In its expression you will find your truest self.

The more you connect the more you will want to weave it into every aspect of your life.

It will become your rock bed foundation: a solid place that you can always fall back on regardless of what is going on around you in the physical world or in your mind.

You will also physically begin to feel it in daily life. Like a gentle hum or flutter over the breast bone. It feels fabulous. At first this sensation will likely be sporadic, but the more you nurture it and feel gratitude for the experience, the more present this feeling will be in your body.

As well the more familiar you become with the feeling of being aligned with your deep sacred heart the more obvious it will be when you’re NOT in alignment. As the connection strengthens it becomes easier and easier recognize when we are out of alignment and to bring ourselves back.

I feel that my sways away from the heart will progressively become smaller and smaller, as correction becomes more and more automatic, until eventually I will fall into true alignment. That’ll be interesting.

A leader and wonderful mind with extremely well thought out intention. I am with you 100%. I m also a little jaded by our families attention given to lesser subject matter.

I see people being more attracted to sensation as opposed to quality. The reason i believe is twofold. Good informatin is calming, it brings answers and introspection. Secondly our type of information requires the reader to apply them selves. This is intended to un cover the problems with sustaining such threads. We cannot force peole to be a part of such a bold and excellent idea, but those who gravitate to it will be richly rewarded.

My intentions in the past have been to try and bring an understanding to spiritual healing and couple it with good nutrition and good mental practice. Its been very well recived and now i have peopl coming forward asking me to help them with small guiding steps to help their individual evolution. I always proport denouncment of fear. This is paramount. I always state to try not to label or judge or sift through information finding faults in it but rather take the good bits and work with them.

This is an aweome reaction to our work here :-) it fills me with joy when something we pass on helps someone rise up and find peace.

I did read that post/thread and am becoming aware of messages and hidden meanings in many of the movies and tv programs that I've been drawn to. Sometimes, if my mind is open enough, these messages can seem so blatant as to be quite comical.

I appreciate the effort you've put into your solution and I feel quite comfortable wading about in its content. I've already been opened up to the various topics that you mentioned and I agree with the direction you're headed in, although I still feel like I'm missing some pieces. I sometimes wonder if I'm enjoying the quest so much that I'm hesitating to put any of my newfound knowledge to good use for fear of not quite having the whole puzzle completed. I tried this technique in the early 90's. It is truly simple. The results were amazing. The first session (I've done 4) was a roller coaster ride of emotions, from rage to understanding to love to joy, all in an hour of a simple breathing technique. It marked a seminal turning point in my life.

Like you, my childhood was "unpleasant" to make an understatement. We-R-One, thank you so much this is uplifting thread! The timing is perfect! I do hope many Avalon members are inspired to contribute; together we are a wealth of information! I have so enjoyed reading all your posts – here is what I would like to add to this vast subject.

For me, I am not an ostrich that buries its head in the sand – I have spent 20 years looking at things head on wherever the trail leads. I have watched from afar the Machiavellian nefarious agendas unfold upon humanity, kept abreast with all the many layers of control that is not just 3D but inter-dimensional involving many super technologies used to control on a planetary scale. When one finally pieces the jigsaw pieces together it makes a huge big horror story that involves lots of intergalactic wars on ‘Souls’.

As I see it, simply put in a nutshell, we are experiencing a War on Frequency between ‘Love’ or ‘Fear’. All the above mentioned with insidious agendas is to promote ‘fear’ – when one is filled with fear, one is disconnected to their Great Spirit.

For myself, I had to define whether I knew/believed that I was an ‘Eternal Spirit’ OR was I a ‘mortal one lifer’ that all balled down to ‘survival of the fittest’ and needed to save my short time sorry arse?

I have been there and done that over the year’s stock piling food, seeds, joining communities, gathering non electrical tools, read books on survival tactics, learnt to shoot, and build tree benders and hobbit home hovels etc. I was like a busy bee, dead focussed on the many gauntlets I needed to protect myself and my family from.

I was about 5 years into this survival drive when I suddenly realised I had lost my sense of humour, I rarely laughed anymore. I no longer appreciated the quiet healing walks engaging with Nature because my mind was consumed on what ‘else’ I needed to do on the exceptionally long ‘prepare list’. I had lost my ‘JOY’ and inner tranquillity. My psychic intuitions and out of body experiences had dwindled away. I found it hard to engage with anyone who wasn’t into the survival plan. Life was no longer seen as a joyful gift to experience, inspire and learn by; I had unwittingly turned it into a spiritless nightmare filled with anxiety, worry, fear and death.

While the rest of my dear friends dug undergrounds, stock piled etc, after having this personal reality check, I suddenly dropped the whole survival thing. I spent a year reclaiming back my joy composing songs on my guitar, painting, writing, and making hundreds of unique handcrafted cards. My friends were busy preparing for planet X, Nibiru, Sun flares, comets, Reptilian invasion, worldwide and Galactic War, martial law, starvation, drought, tsunamis, volcanoes, earthquakes...... while I made pretty cards unleashing my creative mind. It was all quite surreal.

Allowing my creativity to flow in whatever direction the day inspired me, I found self love and love for others again; joy, peace, enhanced intuition, laughter, strength, courage, empathy, wisdom AND more importantly reconnection to my Great Spirit bringing pure ‘Knowingness’ into my life.

Do I have any regrets of being in survival mind for 5 years – NO; it taught me useful tools, I understand how it is every human’s self responsibility to be as sovereign as their situation enables, this is self-empowerment. It is prudent and common sense to have some extra food stored away; you never know when you might need this either for yourself or a neighbour. Eating one’s own home grown produce is so rewarding spiritually and for physical health – and is relationship building with Nature. For me, these 5 years and the 1 year re-discovering my Joy was all a ‘Grand Initiation’. Interestingly, 80% of my friends’ years later came to the same realisations and insight.

Using pure reason, why would 7 billion Souls choose to incarnate in a lifetime where their arses was inevitably going to be fried? What would be the point of that? Only a very small percentage of humanity has the millions to finance and fully ‘prepare’ for the myriad of onslaughts prophesied. There has to be much more to this story methinks. Are we simply a mortal human having a onetime experience – or are we Eternal Spirit?

I am one of those people who Knows ‘Divine Intervention’ does exist and very much alive today. I have experienced divine intervention in my own life, albeit on a much smaller scale compared to planetary. Divine Intervention is not just ‘out there’ somewhere, it is within us too.

If one has been paying particular attention to our Sun in the last two years, there have been some mind-blowing phenomenal events occurring that have scientists scratching their heads profusely. Just look up on Youtube what has been happening around and inside our Sun on the 11-13th March 2012 – what was the large dark Triangle that appeared inside the Sun? Was this showing a Star Gate? Also we had a temporary Earth electromagnetic pole shift! Something very strange is occurring.

Look up the 13th March 2011 and what happened between 7-8am GMT. I witnessed dawn arise, and then turn back to night that morning before rising again at 7:45 GMT. Something very BIG happened to our Sun that morning, it was as if it was turned off from the inside! I started a long thread about this on PA. Was this morning a grand example that we are living in a Holographic Universe?

I see and feel the suffering on this planet, I feel it in my heart and I desire with all my heart/soul/spirit for Evolutionary ‘Change’; Change that will allow Humanity to get back on track and walk the Spiritual Path of our unique Evolutions. My loving focus includes ALL - Human, Animal and Nature. Hiding in a bunker with the few is not the spiritual answer for me. I Know together united we can be so much greater than this.

I send love and compassion to every one of us, we are experiencing great changes on so many different levels right now. This is likened to going through our masters degree and imho, connecting to one’s inner self and inner knowingness will guide us to where we are meant to be. For me, my life turned around when I opened my heart, my soul connection, allowing joy to flow through my being that enhances my compassion and empathy for All Life. And to those who walk the path of survival this is especially for you, for I understand the grand Initiations you are in. Every path has a golden lining bringing great wisdom.

‘HOPE’, imho is not a weakness, rather a precious spiritual quality we humans have, and while there is hope in one’s heart there is always inner strength and will power to overcome whatever comes our way. When such hope is slashed completely, stagnation becomes all consuming on the human spirit. Be ‘Mind-Full’ and may God-Speed you on your journeys. This lifetime is about Great Conscious Changes! Reality is so much bigger and awe inspiring when we shift our perceptions from the head to our hearts.

Evolution is about ‘Cooperation’ not the misconception of ‘Survival’. Bruce Lipton explains this exceptionally well in the beginning of this wonderful link. It all balls down to our ‘perception’ of reality. As always, the ‘choice’ is ours.
