We-R-One, thank you so much this is uplifting thread! The timing is perfect! I do hope many Avalon members are inspired to contribute; together we are a wealth of information! I have so enjoyed reading all your posts – here is what I would like to add to this vast subject.

For me, I am not an ostrich that buries its head in the sand – I have spent 20 years looking at things head on wherever the trail leads. I have watched from afar the Machiavellian nefarious agendas unfold upon humanity, kept abreast with all the many layers of control that is not just 3D but inter-dimensional involving many super technologies used to control on a planetary scale. When one finally pieces the jigsaw pieces together it makes a huge big horror story that involves lots of intergalactic wars on ‘Souls’.

As I see it, simply put in a nutshell, we are experiencing a War on Frequency between ‘Love’ or ‘Fear’. All the above mentioned with insidious agendas is to promote ‘fear’ – when one is filled with fear, one is disconnected to their Great Spirit.

For myself, I had to define whether I knew/believed that I was an ‘Eternal Spirit’ OR was I a ‘mortal one lifer’ that all balled down to ‘survival of the fittest’ and needed to save my short time sorry arse?

I have been there and done that over the year’s stock piling food, seeds, joining communities, gathering non electrical tools, read books on survival tactics, learnt to shoot, and build tree benders and hobbit home hovels etc. I was like a busy bee, dead focussed on the many gauntlets I needed to protect myself and my family from.

I was about 5 years into this survival drive when I suddenly realised I had lost my sense of humour, I rarely laughed anymore. I no longer appreciated the quiet healing walks engaging with Nature because my mind was consumed on what ‘else’ I needed to do on the exceptionally long ‘prepare list’. I had lost my ‘JOY’ and inner tranquillity. My psychic intuitions and out of body experiences had dwindled away. I found it hard to engage with anyone who wasn’t into the survival plan. Life was no longer seen as a joyful gift to experience, inspire and learn by; I had unwittingly turned it into a spiritless nightmare filled with anxiety, worry, fear and death.

While the rest of my dear friends dug undergrounds, stock piled etc, after having this personal reality check, I suddenly dropped the whole survival thing. I spent a year reclaiming back my joy composing songs on my guitar, painting, writing, and making hundreds of unique handcrafted cards. My friends were busy preparing for planet X, Nibiru, Sun flares, comets, Reptilian invasion, worldwide and Galactic War, martial law, starvation, drought, tsunamis, volcanoes, earthquakes...... while I made pretty cards unleashing my creative mind. It was all quite surreal.

Allowing my creativity to flow in whatever direction the day inspired me, I found self love and love for others again; joy, peace, enhanced intuition, laughter, strength, courage, empathy, wisdom AND more importantly reconnection to my Great Spirit bringing pure ‘Knowingness’ into my life.

Do I have any regrets of being in survival mind for 5 years – NO; it taught me useful tools, I understand how it is every human’s self responsibility to be as sovereign as their situation enables, this is self-empowerment. It is prudent and common sense to have some extra food stored away; you never know when you might need this either for yourself or a neighbour. Eating one’s own home grown produce is so rewarding spiritually and for physical health – and is relationship building with Nature. For me, these 5 years and the 1 year re-discovering my Joy was all a ‘Grand Initiation’. Interestingly, 80% of my friends’ years later came to the same realisations and insight.

Using pure reason, why would 7 billion Souls choose to incarnate in a lifetime where their arses was inevitably going to be fried? What would be the point of that? Only a very small percentage of humanity has the millions to finance and fully ‘prepare’ for the myriad of onslaughts prophesied. There has to be much more to this story methinks. Are we simply a mortal human having a onetime experience – or are we Eternal Spirit?

I am one of those people who Knows ‘Divine Intervention’ does exist and very much alive today. I have experienced divine intervention in my own life, albeit on a much smaller scale compared to planetary. Divine Intervention is not just ‘out there’ somewhere, it is within us too.

If one has been paying particular attention to our Sun in the last two years, there have been some mind-blowing phenomenal events occurring that have scientists scratching their heads profusely. Just look up on Youtube what has been happening around and inside our Sun on the 11-13th March 2012 – what was the large dark Triangle that appeared inside the Sun? Was this showing a Star Gate? Also we had a temporary Earth electromagnetic pole shift! Something very strange is occurring.

Look up the 13th March 2011 and what happened between 7-8am GMT. I witnessed dawn arise, and then turn back to night that morning before rising again at 7:45 GMT. Something very BIG happened to our Sun that morning, it was as if it was turned off from the inside! I started a long thread about this on PA. Was this morning a grand example that we are living in a Holographic Universe?

I see and feel the suffering on this planet, I feel it in my heart and I desire with all my heart/soul/spirit for Evolutionary ‘Change’; Change that will allow Humanity to get back on track and walk the Spiritual Path of our unique Evolutions. My loving focus includes ALL - Human, Animal and Nature. Hiding in a bunker with the few is not the spiritual answer for me. I Know together united we can be so much greater than this.

I send love and compassion to every one of us, we are experiencing great changes on so many different levels right now. This is likened to going through our masters degree and imho, connecting to one’s inner self and inner knowingness will guide us to where we are meant to be. For me, my life turned around when I opened my heart, my soul connection, allowing joy to flow through my being that enhances my compassion and empathy for All Life. And to those who walk the path of survival this is especially for you, for I understand the grand Initiations you are in. Every path has a golden lining bringing great wisdom.

‘HOPE’, imho is not a weakness, rather a precious spiritual quality we humans have, and while there is hope in one’s heart there is always inner strength and will power to overcome whatever comes our way. When such hope is slashed completely, stagnation becomes all consuming on the human spirit. Be ‘Mind-Full’ and may God-Speed you on your journeys. This lifetime is about Great Conscious Changes! Reality is so much bigger and awe inspiring when we shift our perceptions from the head to our hearts.

Evolution is about ‘Cooperation’ not the misconception of ‘Survival’. Bruce Lipton explains this exceptionally well in the beginning of this wonderful link. It all balls down to our ‘perception’ of reality. As always, the ‘choice’ is ours.

What an awesome post Real Eyes. Often I find that some of the most important posts, I mean "real" information gets overshadowed by non-verifiable chatter. Obviously all contributions have a place, and I don't want to take away from the importance of other threads, even the dark ones, but I really hope that people pay close attention to those of us who post real life experiences as we look within ourselves for the truth.

I see a process happening with several forum members that I think is important to point out. We are all having different experiences, but I'm noticing a pattern where several of us are coming to the end of the path with the same conclusion. The more I recognize it, I have to admit that I find myself smiling because the transformation is taking place before my very eyes and I wonder how many truly see what I'm seeing. Your post Real Eyes, is a perfect example of this transformation and the very thing I'm looking for to take place on a mass scale.

Several of us are coming to the realization that our focus should be "heart centered". This is how you transform your reality. As I've said before, I really want to put a thread together explaining this concept with a personal experience combined with an interview that David Icke did not too long ago, which verified my own conclusions that "heart centered" should be the direction we all find ourselves putting a collective effort into. I just may come back to your post Real Eyes if it's ok and insert it as an example to help make my point.

Like you I went through various stages of my awakening, including the stock piling of food, some fear based thoughts etc, etc.....but as I look back on the path I chose, I have found myself concentrating on "heart centered" concepts as I seem to instinctually know this is the future, this is where it's at, this is the change we are all seeking. And since we know the days of messiah worshiping are numbered, it only makes sense to look within oneself for the answers which many of us are discovering in unison that the "heart centered" thought process is the next phase awaiting to aide in the evolution of man.

I listened to Kerry's interview with Richard Alan Miller last week and he validates what you are saying. I couldn't agree with you more! I'm on board!

One of my deep seeded beliefs is, for every problem there IS a soultion. Lately I have found myself sharing this with everyone I come in contact with, who has expressed an issue. Ask and ye shall recieve, seek and ye shall find. You are reminding us to think outside of the box, empowering us to create an alternate reality. I have had glimpses of this incredible world I would personally prefer to live in and believe if we maintain our focus, no matter what is going on in the illusion of our current reality, that we can and will step out of the illusion and into our new reality.

May this thread be the drawing board where our highest and best visions be held and made manifest!

There is a rumour going around that suggests that the pyramids were built on the ley line intersections to suppress our higher frequency ability and some in Egypt are calling for their dismantling. I understand the length of the great pyramid in giza has a base length that is matches the frequency of our avg heartbeat, .7 seconds if I recall. Also the Bosnian pyramid has an energy beam coming out or into it, it also has ceramic resonating stones that have some sort of metal core inside. Could this be what keeps our frequency regulated?

So this is not a coincidence that many of us are coming to the same conclusion in regards to the topic of "love". This book was written between 1982 thru 1998. So I feel strongly in my conviction(noted in my Truman Show thread), that we are being watched and that the outcome or general outcome is all ready known.

The member's support in regards to the content of this thread has been fantastic....and to think I almost wasn't going to post it.....something about the timing didn't feel right when I originally had put my idea to paper back in June of this year. Then recently I re-visted the movie V for Vendetta and posted a thread in regards to my thoughts "here". As I studied the storyline in greater depth, and realizing the premise was based on history that involved my son from a past life and not for doing something of valor, I felt the need to counter-act the draconian deeds which had been done in the past in order to possibly reverse the cycle of history through interjecting the concept of a heart-centered belief system within the enegry field of the matrix. Since Dec. 7th was my birthday back in those times and Dec. 7th is my wedding aniversary in these times, I felt it fitting to post on such date as now it seemed more than appropriate to share the heart-centered information in a public manner.

I am with you 100%. I'm also a little jaded by our families attention given to lesser subject matter.

I see people being more attracted to sensation as opposed to quality. The reason i believe is twofold. Good informatin is calming, it brings answers and introspection. Secondly our type of information requires the reader to apply them selves. This is intended to un cover the problems with sustaining such threads. We cannot force peole to be a part of such a bold and excellent idea, but those who gravitate to it will be richly rewarded.

....I always state to try not to label or judge or sift through information finding faults in it but rather take the good bits and work with them.

Like everything else, Avalon may find it needs to make a transformation, as the frequencies held by the dark are no longer conducive to the environment they once use to call home. Change will be difficult for all of us and no one is immune from the transition as the energy field won't allow for it, the higher frequencies will overtake the lower ones that are no longer needed and things that seemed important won't hold the weight they once did. Avalon covers such a wide range of topics I would imagine it could handle change with grace as its format encompasses topics not typically condoned by those of the programmed matrix.

Your last sentence is exactly how I feel. We are all here to learn and often those that stand up in the forefront to share what they have acquired take the brunt of humanity's judgmental nature when really, they should be commended for their efforts even though not always accurate. We have to continue to question what has been dictated to us for all these years, otherwise there will be no growth and history will continue.

Good to hear....I wanted to add to whoever may find the original post of great use to wake up others, please take the material and work it to however you feel may serve the best purpose. I laid out the information in a particular order as I thought it would be easiest to understand, especially for those who are relatively new to this kind of information. I could have added more to prove my point, but the post was all ready a monster size and sometimes too much information can detract from the original message. There could be some variance in the science portion but I would not suggest removing the holographic universe concept as that is key, they must understand this in order for the bigger picture to make sense.

I think we need to educate as many people as we can in regards to the energy field and how belief systems affect them, which is why the study of Epigenetics is so fascinating and useful. The science is there, but few are aware of it's importance. If you want to have some fun with this, take the original post to your friends. Hook up your computer to your flat screen T.V. one night on a cold snowy/rainy day and have your friends/family commit a few hours to watch. It takes two simple cables attached from your computer to your TV, to achieve a big screen presentation. The you tube clips can be blown up to a larger size giving a movie-like atmosphere.

I don't know about you guys...but I don't think I could stomach my days in Summerland, peering through that crystal ball wondering why I just sat there and did nothing, especially when I had the proper information in hand. And let's just say for some reason it isn't correct(though I believe it is), at least I can say I did something.

See here's another thing- "The Solution" as it's posted is a compilation of several people not just one. How fitting, knowing that one person is not the answer, but rather a collective group of many. Every person can play a role in this transition and it should be presented as such. So if any of you decide to revamp what I've done and present it, promise me that you will involve as many possible within the presentation of "The Soultion", in the true spirit of unification and the we-R-one concept.

Dear We-R-One, I read your post shortly after you posted it and there was such resonance... I am not very computer savvy but wanted to link to something that I felt went along with your ideas. This was a reply I wrote a few months ago to a post elsewhere on the forum.

For now I will copy and paste Default Re: Tap into an ENDLESS FLOW of Knowing, Peace and Vital Energy.

For me, until we surrender to what is, we remain trapped in our judgment and this world of duality. Surrendering is something I am trying to remember on a daily basis. I have found over the years this is my only way to peace.

Two wonderful teachers that have help me to see the value of surrender and how to apply it are, Bryon Katie "Loving What IS" and Eckhart Tolle, "Power of Now" and "A New Earth".

What surrender means to me, is stopping the inner NO! For example, when we don't like what we are experiencing. We have an inner rejection to what is happening. I feel like I have lived much of my life in a place of constant tension because I was internally struggling against the things I saw in the world I didn't agree with. I feel this struggle is the source of all of my health conditions. On a much grander scale, I do believe this inner no is the source of our fall from grace. Fighting against what we see out there.... rather than surrendering to life, (the inner path). Just as the butterfly surrenders to the cocoon when we surrender to what is, we transcend it.

Being on a spiritual quest for many years I would read great books and grasp the teachings but I held onto my inner NO. In my mind there were many situations in my life and the world that were just wrong! When something would happen to me that I didn't want to experience I would stew on it. Reliving stuff over and over again in my mind and hone my skills of pointing my thought at what the problem is. This focus of mine only brought about years of pain. It seems even though I was growing in my spiritual journey I was experiencing some heavy negativity in my life. It was during a tough night of feeling very victimized that I stopped resisting and let my inner screaming fall away. All became peace... I could feel the oneness of all and for the first time I really understood the phrase "what you think about you bring about". My years of looking with my mind at what I believed were the problems in my life only seemed to perpetuate my experience of it. "Could my attention to the problem really be the cause of the pain I was seeing in my world?"

Surrendering to what is... is how I have had every transcendent experience in my life. By dropping all judgment good/bad, right/wrong, etc... and just being in the experience everything seems to expand and peace remains. Getting to this place has been a struggle and I continue on a daily basis to have to redirect, redirect, redirect my thoughts to allowing what is, without attaching myself to it. When I can do this it is like the bigger picture is realized, I am part of everything, we are all one... When I fight within I am like a cancer cell in a body causing pain in the being of humanity. From this perspective all the grand teachings seem to make sense. In a state of surrender, Loving all humanity is so easy! We are all one and we have not known it. We have spent lifetime after lifetime struggling against what we believe is out there.... But we can lay the struggle down. It has served us in so many ways. The lessons gained on this journey of duality are blessings I believe we won't truly grasp until we evolve. In my opinion surrendering is how we get there.

I was feeling a bit of a hump in my spiritual development today. I was wishing i could be back with my true family, my family on a star out there. . .
So i sat down to meditate and planned some intention into it.

I first thought, id like to visit my star family. Id like to feel connected. And with this i found a gem of truth.

When i asked to be connected, i was. But after i was connected my wishes did not come true unless they had some " purpose " imbedded into them. So i spoke to my family from my heart. I asked questions and did specific healings. I also sent blessings to members of my family down here.

I felt a connection that didnt wear off after i got up. I understood the strength of my reality depends on the ability to sustain good thought. To be centred so that when you see a person in the street, you hear your first thought of them before saying it. And feeling that thought was from a place of integrity and peace.

Well i walked down town tonight in my meditation gear. . . White t shirt, white shorts, . People looked at me, and smiled. Not because i looked funny but because i smiled first. :-)

I ordered take away from a vietnamese restaurant. When i left the lady gave me a big gummy smile and i chuckled to myself. These are people, they are alive, they have feelings and families like me.

The evening is peaceful and the wind cool. My tummy is full and i pray yours is too.

When I first discovered what's really going on in this matrix reality (as presented by David Icke) I couldn't stop focusing on it because there was so much to find out and I was in shock. After about a year and a half, I began to withdraw my attention because I didn't like how heavy I felt.

I eventually went back to my knowing that I create my own reality, what I focus on expands, there's a field to which I contribute with my every thought and feeling, and love is the greatest power there is--based on the teachings of Seth/Jane Roberts, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Rupert Sheldrake, Abraham/Esther Hicks, Drunvalo Melchizedek, David Icke (of course), et al.

Your approach to transforming this weird 3-D mess seems to be exactly in line with mine--count me in!

concentrating on the heart is true and a lifelong lesson. For most of us, our hearts energies are blocked and harden by all kinds of beliefs, experiences, most probably past lifes inequities done or received, name it. To undo these blocks may be a work of a life time, if not many. However, in my mind/heart, it is essential. How many of us do have the strenght to go through true knowledge about oneself, and go through the pain and difficulties that are part of the way to clear the heart path. And not be distracted by the mind or ego? Then love/universsal energy will flow through.

Well, in two words: I agree

Now I am making steps towards that goal. Hopefully, universal grace does exist to assist us in these steps and accelerate the process.

Surrendering to what is... is how I have had every transcendent experience in my life. By dropping all judgment good/bad, right/wrong, etc... and just being in the experience everything seems to expand and peace remains. Thank you for sharing your post- this is what it's all about. The difference in replies proves there's no specific way to come to the conclusion that we all have, which makes these moments so beautiful. By bringing our individual thoughts to the forefront, we create a frame of reference for others who are still walking the path, and might not yet be able to see. Dropping judgment is huge! For me, remembering who I was through my journey into reincarnation is what created my understanding to stop all judgment, so here again, I walked a different path, but came to the same conclusion as yourself. When I could see that this life time and a past life were paralleling each other it has become very clear that this is being orchestrated by intelligent design. We're all down here playing roles whether good or evil, so how can we judge one another when it's merely a game? My biggest lessons have come from those who have played the evil roles, and there is much love and gratitude felt for those who put themselves in dark positions to be judged by all so that I may have my epiphanic moments. And it's because we have chosen to change the way we think that we can come to this conclusion. This is stepping outside of the matrix belief system, this is stepping outside of status quo.

Genevieve, thank you for your contribution! It's very easy to get sucked in to all the conspiracy stories, but they're merely a distraction pulling you away from where your real focus should remain. I mean seriously, I want the UFOs to make an open appearance just as much as the next guy, but if we can't get right within ourselves down here, why should they give us the time of day? It is my belief that they are very much behind the intelligent design of the 3D experience. They're not going to come down here in mass until they feel that we are ready to join the galactic community with a higher perspective than what we have. We lack spirituality plain and simple, and until we figure that out, all bets are off for contact of an epic proportion. So the focus should be on heart-centered concepts for those of us who are ready for a new reality whether it be on this planet or some place else.

I wish David Icke would have put more emphasis on the heart-centered topic at his recent Wembeley Arena presentation. One thought did occur to me as to why he didn't....By releasing this information in the manner which I have, do I ruin the spiritual growth of others by spilling the beans? Would it have been better to let others have the experience organically like I did myself? You see I will not be disappointed if I don't see the complete change before I leave this planet. I believe I came here, did what I was suppose to do(kundalini interjected into the energy field), and learned what I was suppose to learn(experiencing the awakening period) and I'm truly grateful for all that has transpired.

I have often asked myself if "The Solution" is applicable to be manifested for this time period....maybe we are 100 years away from realizing the complete transition???? Maybe "The Solution" is a concept of the future life all ready experienced on other planets rather than this one. You see when I look at history, it's no mistake that we keep repeating it....how else are souls to learn unless they experience it for themselves? A playground for duality is needed and that is why I believe we are living within an architectural masterpiece of intelligent design. The game gets played over and over again so we have the opportunity to learn what needs to be learned which is why we keep coming back through reincarnation.

concentrating on the heart is true and a lifelong lesson. For most of us, our hearts energies are blocked and harden by all kinds of beliefs, experiences, most probably past lifes inequities done or received, name it. To undo these blocks may be a work of a life time, if not many. However, in my mind/heart, it is essential. How many of us do have the strength to go through true knowledge about oneself, and go through the pain and difficulties that are part of the way to clear the heart path. And not be distracted by the mind or ego? Then love/universsal energy will flow through.

Well, in two words: I agree

Now I am making steps towards that goal. Hopefully, universal grace does exist to assist us in these steps and accelerate the process.

Glad to see you on here Flash! You're right, it can be a painful process to get to this heart-centered point. Emotional clearing requires you to feel the pain, there's no getting around it. Some just can't do it, some commit suicide and others just won't even go there. Forgiving is hard to do in an environment that condones dualistic behavior that reinforces the eye for an eye concept. You learn that belief system early on, so to go outside of that preconceived misconception is difficult, especially when those around you are enforcing this thought process through their behavior. Now if you remember the video on Epigenetics from the original post, you can see how easily the energy fields affect people and why it can be a challenge to break the pattern as it takes you outside the status quo of the majority.

Welcome! Good thing I spelled Masaru correctly otherwise you might not have found us! LOL Thanks for sharing the link, I will take a look- I have enjoyed his work and I actually wanted to incorporate his water crystal study into my post, but held back because it was all ready large in size and I was afraid I might scare people away with too much information. Maybe what I'll do is create a list of relevant studies that relate to the point of power of intention, belief systems, etc. and post all at once so people can use them in their own presentations as additional information when discussing with others.

What I have found is everyone learns differently. So when you present something it's helpful to cover as many senses as possible. A movie-like showing is most favored, but many like to have something in hand that they can go back and read in order to process what they're learning. You see it's easy for me to stand up in front of people and rattle this off, but I've also been doing this for quite some time now. I forget that many are just waking up and haven't had time to absorb the information. We all think differently and sometimes you can have two people say the same thing, but in a different context, and yet one way will resonate more with another even though the same message is being conveyed.

I just wanted to point out real quick that I added a very short video to the original post that had been given to me by greybeard a while back. I typed it in red so it would be easy to find and I placed it right after the Bruce Lipton video. As I was sifting through my notes I came across it and felt bad that I didn't put that in the original presentation as that had been my intention. Thanks greybeard for sending that to me. Yes great work here we R one. I must admit I only skimmed through your post but I understand and agree with your insights and references. I wanted to make a small contribution to it by citing a book I'm reading right now "The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight"(yes I'm only reading it now, lol) where he says that technology is not the answer, changing the CULTURE is the answer to much of what we see as the biggest problems on Earth. And you know, the implication is there, that once enough of us 'wake up,' great transformation of our global culture is possible. I believe in a sort of tipping point or 'critical mass' of consciousness where transformation of all humanity becomes inevitable. Of course that is but one aspect of the bigger picture.

Came across your thread today we-R-one and wish to send you love and strength in your work...I see in you the nature and enthusiasm of a true server

The most significant thing about this thread is love...so I thought I would quickly jot down some thoughts for consideration by those who wish to serve.

The great question is... "is there degrees of love"...and I guess a large number of people would raise their hands and nod.

We have been brought up in different lifestyles and with different values and different ideals and in different cities and countries and continents but one thing we all seem to know is that love plays some role in our lives. We love our parents for being the ones who have raised us and given us all their time and help and support. We love our brothers or sisters for all the fun and togetherness. We love those special friends around us for just being them. Then we meet that special person in our lives which makes our heart race ahead and do flips. We get married or decide to live with another and we suddenly find a new set of acquaintances and each is considered for our love. Our children become the love of our lives and we nurture and protect them. I have often seen 2 families, who are racially different, form a bond of strong love when a marriage takes place between lets say the daughter and son of these different families. Many have had their jaw drop to the floor because they may have thought there was no way that some person would ever have love for another from another race until we come face to face with the power of love when 2 people find each other in love. Love seems to breaks all barriers and seems to defy logic for those who are set in their ideas and prejudiced in some way. So...Love often seems to be a decision we make based on our personal choice and the feeling we get when we receive it and give it to those special chosen few in our lives.

So then...what is this 'other kind of love' which some seem to have and others not? This other kind of love is all encompassing, and we do not need any reason to show this 'other kind of love', and yet we go about our lives as if it were something which would costs us dearly...as if we will be laying out a huge collateral and spend all our valuable time to achieve this state of 'other kind of love'. We think of the commitment we will need to honour if we were to display this 'other kind of love' to just anyone...never mind everyone. So we seem to rarely even give it a chance.

This 'other kind of love' is called Unconditional Love...and it costs exactly zero effort and zero financial outlay to apply fully. When was it the last time that you never had to move a muscle, or buy a present, or use the phone, or walk a mile, or give up your time and money to be able to be in possession of such a wonderful gift which you can hand out to anyone or everyone? All 100% FREE!...and all it takes is the very thing that makes all of us meek and warm inside.
It seems that unconditional love is a difficult thing for some to achieve...and yes it is an achievement...an achievement which comes from many years and life times of plodding through the miles and miles of emotional turmoil we have gone through in order to realise that we are all brothers and sisters in one life and that we own no one and wish no one to own us because we already belong to one another. We should clearly see the difference between emotional and real love, because emotion does not play any part in real love, real love is totally unconditional and requires nothing in return to fill the gaps in your heart because your heart is so full of love there is no place for gaps.

Unconditional Love is the result of a learning curve, a gathering of knowledge to the point where we see the connection we have with each other, and we see the fight is over...and only love prevails, because we know we are one.

Thank you for this thread.

A couple of years ago I experienced a heart opening, through no effort on my part. It was spontaneous and unexpected. I suddenly fell into another state of being where I experienced bliss and oneness with everything, and everyone.

I soon popped right back into fear though, and since then I have been going back and fro between the two states. I find it quite easy to enter into oneness when I am on my own. But with my familly .... Hard. I am a fixer. I pick up on others pain, and then I go in and fix it ( usually uninvited ). But this is fear based. It is so hard to feel a loved ones pain..and not DO anything about it. This is what I am learning now. To just feel the pain.

Experiencing oneness with my familly is the hardest thing of all. Because of my fear of losing them.

I yearn for the day I am a heartcentered mother, partner and daughter.
