Thing is, now that the jig is up, there should be more people checking to see if the quake was natural or artificially created, which they can analyze and deduce... question is what will the response be... for example they could come out with a fleet of water cars, put them on the road and televise it to the world... maybe that might be enough to give Bush a heart attack this time... As the center of world economic gravity continues to shift towards Asia, changing old Western political constructs aimed to “divide and conquer” has become a key topic of secret debate. The machinations and fighting in Syria are aimed at “destroying artificial borders created by Western powers on the backs of envelopes after World War I,” according to Nazis connected to the Muslim Brotherhood.

In Asia as well, there is a lot of intensive maneuvering taking place to do something about the artificial divisions created between North and South Korea, Taiwan and China and within Japan. In particular, the formerly Nazi allied North Korean ultra-nationalist right wing groups in Japan and their partners in North Korea are seeking to find a new role in the fast changing geopolitical landscape. The focus of the struggle is control over the Bank of Japan and the media-propaganda apparatus set up by the Sabbatean mafia in Japan and South Korea.

New regimes due to be in place next week in both Japan and South Korea will have to make big compromises with their Northern cousins. The new Chinese government of Xi Jinping will also have to get involved.

In combination with the Middle Eastern oil exporting nations, these countries control much of the financial fate of the Pentagon, the United States and Europe.

The Europeans and their Israel lobby American partners are making a big grab for control of the former Muslim caliphate (minus Iran or Persia) in the hope of keeping control of Middle Eastern oil in order to have serious leverage over the oil importing nations of Asia. It is looking likely that such a state may be born but, this effort may backfire as they create a unified Sunni mega-state that suddenly remembers the region’s historical independence from Europe. This has already been shown in the revolt against Egypt’s President Morsi that forced him to back off on declaring absolutist fascist power.

The Green Dragon, the ancient Muslim secret society, is watching the situation and will make its move when the situation is ripe, according to a Green Dragon source.

In Asia as well, efforts to cause fighting over tiny islands or old rocket technology are not producing the desired results. The exposure of the involvement of Lord James Sassoon and Jean Cohen of the Hoche group in these efforts to fan nationalistic conflict between Asian countries has forced them both to back off. The Chinese friendly with Hoche and Cohen (including Xi Jinping) are now pushing for the rights of Chinese enterprises to buy corporations in Japan, the United States, Europe and elsewhere.

Since foreign corporations have benefited enormously from being invited into China, it seems to be a very reasonable policy and the spate of Chinese acquisitions of US and Canadian companies seen last week is a sign North America, at least, accepts this policy.

Japanese underworld sources meanwhile report that Sassoon has suddenly turned quiet and backed off Japan.

Of course the Pentagon still needs to play its card of offering protection to countries around China from potential, imaginary or real Chinese bullying.

This is where negotiations on the new financial system need to be carried out with greater urgency. Neil Keenan, a key person who hoped to get the rights to the global collateral accounts, has left Indonesia without yet clinching any deal. However, he claims to have obtained reams of hard evidence to be used in legal action against the cabal.

On a different front, the White Dragon Society has been invited to inspect a major imperial gold cache in Asia that could be used to finance the proposed international economic planning agency. The owners of the gold are asking, in return for their gold, for enough financing to build a space colony in an artificial planet.. This is the kind of big thinking that the WDS supports.

Of course, the WDS will insist on being allowed to photograph the gold and take samples for testing to make sure this is not just another elaborate fraud attempt.

The other possible breakthrough concerns the soon to be elected new Japanese government. Shinzo Abe, the man expected to be Prime Minister after the December 16th election, has publicly claimed he will change the Bank of Japan law. He wants the BOJ to pump more money into the economy.

It is also possible that he will announce that Japan will pledge 7000 trillion yen for the International Economic Planning Agency to use for massive projects world-wide. To make that possible, some sort of accommodation will have to be made with the North Koreans who have acted as a proxy secret government in Japan since the end of World War 2.

This means integrating them into the region will require some recognition of this history.

The big picture is that 300 years of Western imperialism in the region is coming to an end and that an opportunity to create an ideal world in equal partnership with the West and other regions now lies ahead.

The Western military industrial complex is ready to contribute by sharing amazing science fiction-like technology with the rest of the world as it goes through a swords-to-plowshares transition.

Neil Keenan has been working hard under very difficult conditions in Jakarta for almost two months. Today, along with a little history, he has some very important words to share with us. Preceding his words, Neil has asked our own Michael—known to many of you from the Global Announcement post here last month—to create a brief video preface to put his message in context.

In the very near future, the Elders will be setting up a very private meeting with him, and this is when they will finally rid themselves of their 6o-year-old responsibility and allow Neil to assume it, knowing, as Neil has said, that there will never be one moment when they lose one cent. For the first time they will be relieved of their burden, knowing that not only their beloved Indonesia, but all of mankind will be treated with humanitarian care.

This was the Global Accounts' original purpose but they were hijacked not once, but twice, and used for war against us, the people of the planet, in an effort to control and enslave us. That time is now coming to an end and I believe this simple message from Neil will bring that end much closer.

Until recently Neil did not understand the importance of the fact that after going through Ceremony, he was specifically 'chosen' by the Elders in Indonesia to do this work.

This particular kind of Ceremony is not to be taken lightly: the Elders communicate with Mother Earth and Father Sky and, in my understanding of it, they ask if this is the person they have been waiting for to help them. Then, they wait for a response which usually comes in symbolic language from Mother Earth, and according to that response the particular person is chosen—or not chosen. My sense of this choice is that at the very least the person must be of impeccable integrity and, from my personal knowledge of Mr. Keenan, he embodies this quality.

Putting it in another way, a way that might more easily be understood by the Western world, the Elders communicate with the quantum field, which is the positive energy we call Love surrounding us all, about which many of us have only recently learned. They ask if this person is acceptable to it and it responds yea or nay. Other names for this energy are known as God, the Source, the Universe, I AM THAT I AM, the Field.

My personal experience with this field has been extraordinary. While I don't understand 'the numbers' of quantum theory, in my own personal life I have deeply lived its world view: everything we think, say, do, or feel is important and affects not only our own lives but that of the entire planet. This is because everything—absolutely everything—is energy and is interconnected, and so follows the law of energy: like attracts like.

I believe quantum theory is also the long-lost connection between God and Science. Today, as we all begin to go forward together in Unity instead of Duality, perhaps we can begin to heal this false division between God and Science deceitfully and knowingly inflicted on us by the cabal.

It seems the Universe chose this auspicious day, December 13th, at the new moon, for Neil to make this announcement. As I have posted elsewhere today, the number 13 is far more sacred than the dates of 12.12.12. An excerpt from Drunvalo Melchizedek's book, The Serpent of Light, highlights the general importance of Ceremony. For what it is worth I do believe Fulford is the real deal and I think there is a possibility that an event could take place soon.

I don't know about the "event" other then a general sense... that is hard to predict given all the counter balancing forces exposing the hidden agenda... The world will not end this Friday, December 21st 2012, but it almost did

This Friday will be the long talked about Mayan etc. December 21st, 2012 end of the world date. When that date comes and goes, it will be time to examine forensically exactly who was behind the various Nibiru, Planet X, photon belt, rapture etc. stories that all predicted the death of 80% or more of all humans. We need to do this because a very real plot to start World War 3 and a fake end-times did exist and, although the plot has been stopped, many extremely dangerous mass murderers behind this satanic scheme still walk the corridors of power in the West.

The purge of the over 26 pentagon generals who and the fall of the Bush family are just a start. We need to deal with the rest of the cabal in order to make sure that humanity will never again be enslaved.

To help carry out this process, this week we will provide detailed forensic intelligence on some of the still active cabalists and their on the ground agents. We would also like to report extremely good, very concrete news on the new financial system but loose lips sink ships so we cannot give out much detail yet.

Since many of the top cabalists, like the Rockefellers and Rothschilds are well known, we will concentrate on people who were directly involved in fighting against the White Dragon spokesperson. For what it is worth I do believe Fulford is the real deal and I think there is a possibility that an event could take place soon.

I don't know about the "event" other then a general sense... that is hard to predict given all the counter balancing forces exposing the hidden agenda... But otherwise it goes without saying with the exception of "counter propaganda" campaigners on this site imo... (and now we have a good idea who they are (and their 'lackies'))

Here's a nugget....

A lot of people talk trash of Winston and his process(es)... Well I have yet to meet anyone criticizing it that truly understands and has properly studied it. That's because Winston is hard to follow, he rarely gives step by step anymore because too many people just copied and pasted his stuff and sometimes forgot to even type their own name on the documents! And then walk into courts and get their heads beaten in... If anybody thinks they know the court just because they spent 2,3 or 4 or even maybe more years studying this stuff they are seriously kidding themselves... There is a definite pre-requisite of understandings that must be gleaned from what he is saying or must already be understood...

And I have found from my own personal experience, that every time I make a major leap forward on a new detail of understanding, and check back on what Winston was saying it was fundamentally correct... that is why he is talking and consulting with people like Keenan, and I am grateful and have no doubt that Keenan understands and can implement what he is saying... and that is more then I can say for all the 'know it all experts' (who obviously ain't) and who would say his processes don't work... I don't think Winston is really about 'step by step', but fundamentals, so no sense trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, and that's what many have tried to do...


in any event... I have found this interview, very cool... that gives a little context to that understanding ... seems there is a growing interest for what Winston has to say, which is the same thing he has been saying for over the last 10 years... which shows how sound his basic ideas always have been...
