I am still getting my headspace around the idea of our DNA becoming crystalline. What does that mean?
    Hello Zebra,

It’s an allusive subject in this 3D veil existence. It takes a leap of faith and an open mind to consider some of this material, but that’s what I like about it. Some information serve to trigger my inner knowing from different experiences in my life. Like those “Could’ve had a V8” moments.

IMO, it’s not so much what we must do, but rather it’s what we are becoming as a natural process of humanity’s unfolding. (See The Human Butterfly video) There’s a lot of information on how the younger folks are coming in with crystalline DNA, while some of us are in the transformation stages. Which may be one reason for the symptoms and why different age groups experience them more or less.

Personal Goal(s): Including the ways below to awaken DNA, the sun, the magnetic shifts, Mother Earth shaking off the fleas, etc., I’m working in conjunction with Higher Self lessen the effects of the veil. All for the purpose of remembering who I am and not this illusionary playground.

I’m aware that I haven’t answered your question on how “our DNA becoming crystalline. What does that mean?” I don't know. Lee Carroll says: “You are not given new DNA as you go. But rather you are given the energy of enhancing what you already have.” For me, I keep it simple. What I’ve noticed are: Inner changes. How people I’ve known relate differently. Even how some can’t relate which speaks volumes, too. These are barometer to this constant change of the seen and unseen. Most importantly, I just know it. It doesn't matter whether it's DNA activation or alchemical.

One resource I’ve read is called, “The Twelve Layers of DNA: An esoteric Study of the Mastery Within,” by: Carroll Lewis which is Book Twelve from the Kryon series.

I hesitate to put this out there because it’s channeled which mean fuel for those that thrive on debate and controversy. The way I feel about these things is that I use information as a trigger to my own inner knowing and inner awakening. (Here, let me say it for you - "Man, she's a broken record. You'd think she'd come up with new ways to say it!")

Here are a few quotes from the book. If something below goes dink, dink, dink, great! Otherwise, just chuck it.

Pg. 127 - “You are not given new DNA as you go. But rather you are given the energy of enhancing what you already have.”

Pg. 231-2 - “You can call it whatever you wish. Blessed is the Human beings who activates their DNA through any process. Through meditation, through music, through water... through design processes, through energy work, through energetic counseling, through touching or non touching. Since you’re working with an innate aware system of DNA, it knows what you are trying to do! It has always been this way. You can activate DNA and there are many ways, many processes, many substances. But the truth is that the awareness of DNA will decide what layer or what energy it’s going to work with. Not you.”

Pg. 237 - “There is new energy on this planet, and this energy seeks to now activate pieces and portions of your soul energy that we call DNA. It is that part of your body that is both in 3D and multi-D, where the Higher-Self resides. As you activate the energy from the tools that are new, you also activate the realignment of the magnetic grid, the establishment of the Crystalline Grid, the vibratory cycle of Gais, which the Mayans and ancients predicted...all of these things are in play. Then you stir in the energy of the Harmonic Convergence, all of which gives you permission to begin a process that is a sacred graduation, which is mastery.

These are the mastery tools - the allowance for you to understand a multidimensional state, which is within you. In the process of this discovery, some of you will begin to hear the music again. I promise. It won’t be something that you have to sit and meditate to accomplish because DNA, when activated [energized], stays that way [stays changed]. You won’t be turning it on and turning it off....”

Kryon in his earlier books explains the history of all other world involvement. In this book Kryon’s focus is on specific groups Angelic, Lemurian, Pleiadians. But it’s stated that all our attributes come from the diversity of the many, which began with the One.

    DNA Grouping Summary

We have given to you 12 layers or energies of DNA. In the process, we also gave you four groups that the 12 belonged to. They are:

    The Grounding Layers

Layer 1 - The Biological Layer
Layer 2 - Life Lesson Layer
    Layer 3 - Ascension & Activation Layer

    Human Divine Layers

Layer 4 - Your Angelic Name Layer 1
Layer 5 - Your Angelic Name Layer 2
Layer 6 - Prayer and Communication Layer

    The Lemurian Layers

Layer 7 - Lemurian Layer - Revealed Divinity
    Layer 8 - Lemurian Layer - Wisdom & Responsibility
Layer 9 - Lemurian Layer - Healing Layer

    The God Layers

Layer 10 - Divine Belief Layer
Layer 11 - Wisdom of the Divine Feminine Layer
Layer 12 - Almighty God Layer

    Peace to You,
    WhiteCrowBlackDeer

UPDATE: On second thought, I would not have included so much information. I'll add two more paragraphs in hopes that'll make it more clear. It's a deep and interesting topic. I feel that posting random quotes does a disservice to the material.

Pg 110 - “The grounding layers are layers one, two and three. These refer to the closest energies to your dimensionality, and the easiest to understand for you. As we progress, the layers become more multidimensional and harder to comprehend. So the “grounding” is all about creating a foundation for the “house of understanding” as we discuss and build your understanding from the ground up...”

“There is no “most important” DNA layer. But this one [layer one] is the closest one to you and the ‘messenger’ for all the others. It is the only one that resides firmly in your 3D world, yet it is as multidimensional as any of the others. Yet this is the one you can see!...”

    Thank's Zebra!

I would never have thought to use my voice on my Chakra's, I normally just meditate, but I'll give it a try. It looks good to me.

FFT: You've integrated the experiential 3D, so the "non-feelings" are moments, hours, days, of the State of Love, Peace, Joy, rather than 3D emotions and feelings?
    Thank's WhiteCrowBlackDeer!

I'm not sure I understand the question, but I have pretty good control over the mind and emotions. Love,Peace and Joy anytime I like!
I just can't feel any physical sensation where the lower Chakra's are concerned, except the unpleasantness of nervous energy(which is physical to me).

(BTW what does FFT stand for? I looked it up in a slang dictionary and it came up with 'Fan ******* Tastic', is that how you meant it? )
    Hello AwakeInADream,

Thank you, thank you, Zebra for your input!

FFT = food for thought. Just a way of saying does this trigger anything for you? As I understand States of Being rather than control over emotions and feelings are that one has integrated self with Higher Self. One lives from the larger perspective.

It’s my understanding that those who’s emphasis is on the spiritual journey, their upper charkas are more active than lower ones merely because of their focus. Some suggest it’s important to keep them in balance.

How to balance the chakras and what effects them is a large topic that ranges from the foods we eat, gut flora imbalances due to environmental changes (lower chakra areas), to raising energetics through means such as Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Yoga, and spiritual attunements like Reiki or shiatsu massage.

Have you seen this video called, “Ac Tah magnetic movement”? It’s designed to raise conscious of humanity. One can do it alone or join others. Either way, running energy through the body is one way towards balance.

WhiteCrowBlackDeer, thousand thanks for these notes and this neat list .. it has the effect of clearing my mind just looking at it, invites me to start investigating those layers through the biological 1st layer.

It makes sense really, that the change is really the activation of the unused reaches of DNA. Enhancements, upgrades through conscious work on self - yet also from the environment, including energies from 'out there'

    What a dance.

Nice to compare notes with you, always a pleasure. I love the butterfly analogy .. perfect. The V8 commercial is hilarious and you are a Lars .. we so need more people like Lars in this world.

    Thank you, Zebra,

I love that I'm a Lars. Only Lars' can appreciate it. I'll add below for context and for the smile factor.

"New Beginnings, New Skills, New Old Skills"

What does this time represent? New opportunity to partner up with the enhanced energy, and refine tools that are innate in us all. Time to break out of outdated beliefs and perceptions.

Ending of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest

Special powers that aren’t so special. All humans have these tools. And more and more are awakening to them:

I say keep it simple. Be a beginner at every turn. It keeps in check the illusionary pressure of performance, fireworks and grand expectation. Not one way, but many ways. Be creative. If I were to sum it up in one word it is - Awareness. That's all you need.

We all have these tools in varying degrees. In fact, most use them automatically; recognition and practice enhances them. Our new energy upgrades are coming in, which means that you may surpass someone that has developed tools for decades. Soon, we all will have full recognition of our innate abilities.

I listen for when to step away from everything. Inner knowing whispers that it’s time: to process information, to reframe an assumption, or trash outmoded beliefs. Ideally, my goal is to process as it’s happening. Too, the time between process and clarity has quickened, in part because of willingness to hav-a-look. The goal is rid the garbage that anchors me to 3D illusionary play. A side benefit? Emergence of subtle refinement of the tools.

Recently, I came across some new and old tools. You can research to find out more about them.

- claircognizance via knowingness

- clairvoyance via visual
    - clairsentience via feelings
    - clairgustance via taste

- clairaudience via sound

- clairscent via smell
    - clairtangency via touch

    “A Message of Hope”
1-3 minutes vignettes that illustrate messages of hope. Time to acknowledge your unique perspective and the gifts that assist the Whole of Humanity.

“Negative Programing is a Drain on You”

You are accountable for your mind programming. Stand in your own power. Keep it simple. The #1 prevention is reprogram the mind (self-sabotage examples below).

To give your power away is not taking responsibility for yourself. Unconscious mind programs oneself into a life of paralysis:

    - I’m clumsy
    - I have a black cloud over my head
    - I always loose my keys
    - Accidents always happen
    - I’ve always done it like that
    - I'm unorganized
    - I'm a procrastinator
    - I’m fat, skinny, stupid, an idiot
    - Everyone hates me
    - I’m afraid
    - I’m weak
    - I'm confused
    - S/he did it to me
    - It's because of my mother/father
    - I can't decide
    - Victim blaming
    - No one cares
    - Poor me
    - I can’t do that
    - Everyone is jealous of me
    - Don’t hate me because I'm beautiful, hubba-hunk, rich, smart
    - I’m too scared
    - Why me?
    - I can never do that
    - Life’s a bitch

Conscious Mind takes responsibility for oneself:

    - Takes ownership of and for your own life choices, not what others think you should do
    - Awareness of what you put out is what you get back
    - Choices, choices, choices
    - No blame, just get the job done
    - See from the larger perspective

YOU ARE YOUR BEST ASSET! Be brave enough to get out of your own way to honestly see what is right for your unique personhood.

Do you recommend the use of affirmations to reprogram the subconscious mind?

I find it useful to 're-frame' situations with self talk, putting a positive slant on things in a 'glass is half full' kind of way, but when it comes to affirmation I worry about self deception (even if it's positive). It's rather like brainwashing your self.

I can see the usefulness in affirmation if the words are chosen carefully and truthfully,
but I would never go around all day chanting 'I am God', because I don't believe I am,
and besides, can't it be harmful to over boost your ego in this way?

The top of your self sabotage list is 'I am clumsy', countering this with the phrase 'I am NOT clumsy' wouldn't do any good at all because the unconscious doesn't recognize negative words like 'Not' so it would still only hear 'I'm clumsy'. (I know you probably know this but it's worth mentioning for anyone that might not)
Still I'm not sure what phrase I would use to counter the 'I am clumsy' command.
    'I'm careful','I'm graceful','I'm a Ninja'?

Any suggestions for countering the list in general?

    Hi AwakeInADream,

I used affirmations for a little while, but it was too rote and there was a subtle doubt that lurked, just waiting to ambush. Awareness works best for me. I catch it, see where it's coming from and don't label it.

I like the re-frame, too. As for 'I'm clumsy', that wouldn't come up. If a clumsy movement happens, I say, whoops, or oops, because it's an action that happened and it's not who I am. I tripped. I spilled. I dropped.

I took a seminar in the early 70's called, "Silva Mind Control". We'd say, 'cancel-cancel' to a negative in-put, otherwise it reinforces habits, non-action and disempowerment. (Oops, I’ve stated the obvious.) Better stop and hit the "submit reply" button.

    Hearts,
    WhiteCrowBlackDeer

If life’s an illusion anyway, then why not follow your heart song?

19 year old, Andrew De Leon, never sang in front of anyone. He over came labels of shy and outcast.

Hey I've still got some old 'Silva Mind Control' cassette tapes put away somewhere(I've nothing to play them on now), that guy really knew his stuff.
The Silva method reminds me of NLP, particularly Tad James's 'Time Line Therapy'
(which really does work for creating future events, I've tried it out successfully, if selfishly to find money in the street in the exact place I visualized, but it was only an experiment).

The only thing that worries me about NLP is that it isn't a spiritual discipline, but then I wonder is the mind spiritual at all?

Is it better to 'deal with' the mind in a non spiritual way, to take mind out of the equation so that your Spirit/Soul can get on with the more important stuff?

Awareness is great, like the Buddhist 'mindfulness', is that like just letting the mind get on with it, whilst at the same time realizing that you are not your mind?

I feel the need to tell you how much I appreciate your posts, for you bring a wonderfully joyful element to Avalon!

Merry Christmas and have an amazing New Year and Mayannium! (the smiley is called 'tea' but I've put some nice coffee in there for you)

    Hello AwakeInADream,

Choking back tears. (The good kind.) Have a happy holiday, and "amazing New Year and Mayannium," too! See you on the other side.
