Universal Constructor, a short story by Adam Bull

The universal constructor is an unusual kind of device. Most of all and especially to all the academics. It is in fact not in any of the academic books. It bears such the unusual title of the undiscovered virtue. What is this undiscovered virtue the academics hiss. It is the undiscovered sciences the laboratory man replies.

It is not like any other device, except for the universe. It can create many things, like many of the planets of the universe can. Minerals, plants, and animals are one of the things, but mostly what it can do is turn the light of the stars into something assuredly material and solid. The professor remarked "It turns the light particles into the neutral matter particles".

Nature responded earnestly "The constructor is really a simple thing, and is quite ordinary, but some of the things this universal constructor has made have invented quite unusual things and called them current sciences". Nature never could understand how it's creations could be so wise. For nature had built the wise and he wondered what it was that was not universal about them and their inventions.

"Oh yes the constructor it is universal and quite ordinary". Ordinary, and most in particular - peculiar in nature. The laboratory professor was quite unimpressed by the remark. The chemists and the biologists trumpeted to the harsh sounds of eggs being crushed, it was not the lack of birth from them, but it was the singular viciousness of the inventors footsteps that crushed it so readily. And then nature wept with all it's heart.

Nature angry in it's association channeled a deep blue bolt of lightning into the professors head, and it accompanied 7 red shades of colour. It spoke.

The professor looked so baffled. Until nature got angry. "The chemical reactions in the atoms, the hormones and receptors and neurons in your brain, the central nervous system, the chemical battery, and the electrical transmission line, your inventions and your being, your consciousness and your soul is controlled by me." The professor said but why do I anger you? . Nature furiously responded "I ANGER YOU , for you are cruel to me." Nature continued "everything is universal, and I give it motion, so that your chemicals can create electricity, your inventions can carry current, and your machines can build crafts, so that your mind and nervous system can carry messages of pain and joy, and feelings of resentment and cruelty. What of it?". The chemists could not half believe themselves, and the biologists looked upset aswell, the physicists most of all could not understand how motion could do anything. They already knew about motion. It seemed preposterous that motion could fuel every chemical reaction, every implosion, every explosion, every thought of consciousness, and even dictate the very light speed reactions. Totally alien they considered it.

The universal constructor is a miracle of device, it can create parts from the light of stars in the most universal way, and transmit them at great distance, or I should say without regard to it whatsoever. Natures creations hissed "entanglement". Nature laughed and said, "you should not laugh unless you wish to be laughed at , you are half - that is what you are, but I am all". The greatest professor entered and said "light instead of being turned into the neutral particles of life, and instead of being turned into the volcanoes and mountains and crystals , diamonds , golds and various rocks from various currents, can instead be wirelessly channeled into this electrical device that I have here". He continued "This electrical device is like a small planet, assembling your inventions of minerals and life, and electricity, from the motion of the stars, and that is what the universal constructor can do. It can make all things from light. All things are magnets, so there is no problem".

The greatest thing about this miracle of universal construction is that it could turn so much energy from the wireless stars , that it could create things for free. Factory parts, bricks for housing, silicon and glass windows. All entirely automatically and all electrically derived in the same way that wind and dam power does, but it was direct. Totally direct. The great professor from this virtu-ed planet finaliZed his remark "all from motion of current, all of it and this device knows that like my very friend nature". “COSMIC FORCE: Here is additional information for those who read my advertisement in The Miami Daily News, February 3rd, 1946. The North and South pole individual magnets are the cosmic force. They are the building blocks of nature's perpetual transformation of matter, and they are so small that they can pass through everything. They pass through the earth from pole to pole, and around the earth.
If the North and South Pole individual magnets could not pass through a vacuum tube the same as the Thompson’s electrons cannot, then they could not be the building blocks. The Thomson electrons are very small parts of matter which come out of the cathode while the cathode is burned up or consumed in the vacuum tube.

Without the general circulation of the building blocks there would be no change. Everything would remain in the same way as it is now. The building blocks from a matter that go to pieces could not get in the general circulation for the new construction.

I think the Radium and Uranium were built up inside the earth with high pressure, and heat, while the North and South pole individual magnets were circulating through the earth. During the time the Radium and Uranium were inside the earth they absorbed more of the individual North and South pole magnets than they normally could hold, and so now while they are on top of the earth they let the magnets go so they can become normal again.

Gravitation must be caused by the matter in the middle of the earth, and more concentrated than Uranium. When Uranium atoms burst they release the North and South pole individual magnets that held the atom together, then the magnets scatter all around, but when the atoms burst in the middle of the earth, and many burst at the same time, they can only run from the middle to the outside.

When the North and South pole magnets are running alongside each other and in the same direction, they have no attraction for the other kind. They only attract if they are running one kind against the other kind. When the magnets are running out of the middle of the earth, as soon as they meet an object they attract it, on account of the fact that in any object there is both kinds of magnets in it.

It can be seen by rubbing hard rubber or glass until they get hot, then they will attract sand, iron filings, salt, and other things. To see how it functions, move a salt crystal a little, if it happens to get on a different magnet pole, then it will jump away. Another way is to rub hard rubber until it gets hot, then it will be a temporary magnet.
The difference between the rubber magnet and the steel magnet is that the magnet in the rubber comes from the magnets that hold together the rubber, and both North and South poles are in the same side of the rubber and the magnet poles are small and there are many of them close together, but in the steel bar the attracting magnet is not the magnet that holds together the steel, but the surplus magnets the circulating magnet that was put in it.”

i feel that patents are criminal, they are not free enterprise at all, they represent the struggling vestige that is man. I see how Tesla must have felt. I explained a theory , a working theory for manipulating gravity by sufficiently shielding it from cosmic rays. I see this was missed. In fact electrons are only produced by the dielectric 2 pole condition found in all conductors.


IT never fooled me for a minute. We have betrayed ourselves and called it logical scientific debate. And rejected truth and called it fallacy and hearsay, using nothing but the inventions of einsteinian fallacy itself. Many electrical men here should be ashamed of themselves, and others should work harder to help Eric as I and others such as Techzombie do. Fools quoting non existent electrons accusing fallacy reaches no bounds and represents the most intolerable handicap of such great men as Eric, Tesla, Reich, Carson & Leedskalnin.

Interesting note, alternating current isnt more efficient because of the way it's packeted in the transmission line. Alternating Current only appears to carry the current better because in between the alternating cycles electricity is pulled around from the surrounding air. This is fundamentally why aurora borealis and other cosmic ray effects on the atmosphere tend to cause inexplicable explosions at power stations and military and broadcasting electrical installations and other undesirable effects for which an entire litany of documentation can be found on this. Research will reveal that electrical companies have spent billions, and most likely trillions since the early 20th century removing this free energy from stars and suns.

Extra Remarks: These power station overloads, from cosmic rays, they can happen at night, (when the sun is on the other side of the earth). The power station overloads are caused by rays accounted by the solar flare ejections of our sun. But also sometimes they cannot be accounted for. This is unique cosmological events where a great deal of wireless energy, not unlike Tesla's wireless energy interferes and inducts into the transmission line from great cosmological distance. This energy is always available and could likely be used to generate power from about 500KVA up practically. See Eric Dollard Wireless Power and Introduction to Primary Coils, and the tentative research in telluric rays by Eric Dollard. These fields are equivalent to what some new agers called Ley Lines, it represents an ancient knowledge, and upon inspecting the Bolinas Marconi site, still intact, but tagged for immenent destruction to which the loss to man would be incontrovertible, shows the tell tale signs of being aligned to these telluric currents.

And most likely the earth itself was used as an amplifier for these currents in the same way as expressly described above, as the nature of alternating currents in short duration impulse trains (the suppressed lost current type) results in clear and observable overunity effects that could channel power from the moon and the wind, without using any kinetic deriving device such as hydroelectric or windpower plants, this energy can all be obtained, wirelessly, electrically and directly before it moves the trillions of watts of energy in the ocean, or creates the wind and temperature differentials on earth. It can all be obtained directly - indeed, in the same way the exemplar inexplicable power station centre transformer coils tend to explode for no apparent reason - indeed they channeled the cosmic rays from the inside out in a "non hertzian fashion", or a differential would be detected from terminal to terminal.

In fact it is most likely that "spooky action at a distance" the strane quantum effect where an object can effect another literally trillions of light years away instantly will be the power source of the future, and, it could have been much sooner, as I have repeatedly asserted.

I believe such uses remain only in critical defense instrumentation, and that is about it. They are all classified. Like the use of some vacuum tubes,

Hi Adam and All...Good Evening!

I have been reading through your posts, Adam, that go back a few months as I had missed most all of them while building a two car garage for family and moving around doing other work and not being near a computer regularly.

As you have probably fully surmised by now...most people on the planet do not 'get it' in regards to Your hard work and research and uncovering and writings and demonstrations on video. It probably holds some interest to about 5% on the planet and about 1% would have full interest...these percentages are much higher here at Avalon, of course.

Most people do not care about the how and why of these matters but would become rather excited if they were shown how it works and its application to the freeing-up of their lives in front of them. And I feel many around the world would actually put it together, part by part, piece by piece, themselves, and put it to work if shown on film how to set it up safely and properly. And I understand You are aware of this.

I feel the horse has to be put before the cart here. Your book will not make it happen but Your showing of it powering a small home will. The book will then become a one-of-a-kind top notch informing energy of this energy.

It can be done. The people to help are here and the time to get it out is now.

There is monumentally more to this once it gets put into real evident motion, once and for all, as a fully spiritual/scientific endeavor, together.

Doubt very much there will be a second edition,

I want to get this over and done with before I am yet again wrongly accused of money mongering or some other appalling crime. To be honest , I like all of you are just trying to earn enough to live and do my work (and coming no where near, I rely on other people to keep me!)

Looks like I will have to get a slavejob anyway. Nobody here I believe bought the book. The book was not supposed to be for everyone. That is not what it was about. (At least for those who suggested otherwise).

I have done this because I was all alone. I had nothing to help me, or guide me, or even comfort me about my instinctive schoolboy thoughts about perpetual motion, but others, of a younger generation will. I experienced that horror, now they won't have to. Which is ultimately why I have done this. No longer will the artist, poet and holistic thinker be ridiculed by scientists. Indeed the scientists will be ridiculed for failing to understand the dimensionality of mutual inductance and the wave envelopes of Tesla, and wrongly asserted that no other wave form than Hertzian exists, or that nothing could travel fundamentally faster than light.

They will now not be alone. They will have something, and this was the plan.

Even if it is a few, it shall be enough to ensure that my work lives on!

A personal friend wrote to me complaining that this information in my book wasn't free. He of course failed to note the book cost me $70 to produce. That I had given up a career, two infact, and been permanently dedicated to this problem and setting up my own publisher for some year now, Net loss to do this was about £31,000

I used to work at Sega Europe and contract for the MOD :D If anything I've lost an incredible amount of money. As you might note, I obviously don't seem to care very much, because I've done the work and did what I could.

I hope that it will be enough,

With what little money I have, I will continue to do my research as best I can. Sharing my insights as I go, and that of my contemporaries particularly the brilliant and unrewarded destitute homeless polymath Eric Dollard.

I will also share schematics of my experimental prototypes with all people willing to create their own. I never could and doubt I ever will at this standard be able to build the large generator, not through a lack of willingness or engineering faith, or technical understanding of detail instinct or logical reasoning, but by a limit of capital.

Others who can afford it can build it. I will help them where I can. Or they can buy the parts and I can help them some how building it. It is worth noting this is experimental work and is non ohmic, and non kircchoffian in nature, and therefore no proper maths except that of Dollard and Tesla explains it sufficiently, of course all of which is lost to most academic electronic, electrician and physics engineers,

The Black Box

Himself an Austrian military man and a trained aviator, Mr. Savo was extremely opened about certain long-cherished incidents in which his uncle's genius was consistently made manifest. Mr. Savo reported that in 1931, he participated in an experiment involving aetheric power. Unexpectedly, almost inappropriately, he was asked to accompany his uncle on a long train ride to Buffalo. A few times in this journey, Mr. Savo asked the nature of their journey. Dr. Tesla remained unwilling to disclose any information, speaking rather directly to this issue. Taken into a small garage, Dr. Tesla walked directly to a Pierce Arrow, opened the hood and began making a few adjustments. In place of the engine, there was an AC motor. This measured a little more than 3 feet long, and a little more than 2 feet in diameter. From it trailed two very thick cables, which connected with the dashboard. In addition, there was an ordinary 12-volt storage battery. The motor was rated at 80horsepower. Maximum rotor speed was stated to be 30 turns per second. A 6-foot antenna rod was fitted into the rear section of the car.

Dr. Tesla stepped into the passenger side and began making adjustments on a "power receiver" which had been built directly into the dashboard. The receiver, no larger than a short-wave radio of the day, used 12 special tubes, which Dr. Tesla brought with him in a box-like case. Mr. Savo told Mr. Ahler that Dr. Tesla built the receiver in his hotel room, a device 2 feet in length, nearly 1 foot wide, and 1/2 foot high. These curiously constructed tubes having been properly installed in their sockets, Dr. Tesla pushed in 2 contact rods and informed Mr. Savo that power was now available to drive. Several additional meters read values, which Dr. Tesla would not explain. No sound was heard. Dr. Tesla handed Mr. Savo the ignition key and told him to start the engine, which he promptly did. Yet hearing nothing, the accelerator was applied, and the car instantly moved. Tesla's nephew drove this vehicle without other fuel for an undetermined long interval. Mr. Savo drove a distance of 50 miles through the city and out to the surrounding countryside. The car was tested to speeds of 90 mph, with the speedometer rated to 120.

After a time, and with increasing distance from the city itself, Dr. Tesla felt free enough to speak. Having now become sufficiently impressed with the performance of both his device and the automobile. Dr. Tesla informed his nephew that the device could not only supply the needs of the car forever, but could also supply the needs of a household "with power to spare". When originally asked how the device worked, Tesla was initially adamant and refused to speak. Many who have read this "apocryphal account" have stated it to be the result of an "energy broadcast". This misinterpretation has simply caused further confusions concerning this stage of Tesla's work. He had very obviously succeeded in performing, with this small and compact device, what he had learned in Colorado and Shoreham.

As soon as they were on the country roads, clear of the more congested areas, Tesla began to lecture on the subject. Of the motive source he referred to "a mysterious radiation, which comes out of the aether". The small device very obviously and effectively appropriated this energy. Tesla also spoke very glowingly of this providence, saying of the energy itself that "it is available in limitless quantities". Dr. Tesla stated that although "he did no know where it came from, mankind should be very grateful for its presence". The two remained in Buffalo for 8 days, rigorously testing the car in the city and countryside. Dr. Tesla also told Mr. Savo that the device would soon be used to drive boats, planes, trains, and other automobiles. Once, just before leaving the city limits, they stopped at a streetlight and a bystander joyfully commented concerning their lack of exhaust fumes. Mr. Savo spoke up whimsically, saying that they had "no engine". They left Buffalo and traveled to a predetermined location, which Dr. Tesla knew, an old farmhouse barn some 20 miles from Buffalo. Dr. Tesla and Mr. Savo left the car in this barn, took the 12 tubes and the ignition key, and departed.

Later on, Mr. Savo heard a rumor that a secretary had spoken candidly about both the receiver and the test run, being promptly fired for the security breach. About a month after the incident, Mr. Savo received a call from a man who identified himself as Lee De Forest, who asked how he enjoyed the car. Mr. Savo expressed his joy over the mysterious affair, and Mr. DeForest declared Tesla the greatest living scientist in the world. Later, Mr. Savo asked his uncle whether or not the power receiver was being used in other applications. He was informed that Dr. Tesla had been negotiating with a major shipbuilding company to build a boat with a similarly outfitted engine. Asked additional questions, Dr. Tesla became annoyed. Highly concerned and personally strained over the security of this design, it seems obvious that Tesla was performing these tests in a desperate degree of secrecy for good reasons. Tesla had already been the victim of several manipulations, deadly actions entirely sourced in a single financial house. For this reason, secrecy and care had become his only recent excess.
