Here and Now...What's Happening?

...I dunno, to me it was a chilling synchronicity, I couldn't believe THAT was the episode that came up last night. It kind of locked in everything Paula said (which I already knew), but also made me realize that there are those out there doing what they can, in the way that they can, I guess. And instead of hoping some angel appearing and saying: do this to open your "3rd eye", I learned to appreciate angel WCBD sharing the list of things I can do to take responsibility for the calcified pineal situation and empower myself.

I was just kinda whining, in that I look around at all the people with the innate ability to just SEE and HEAR and FEEL and even communicate directly with beings I can not directly experience in any way. A little perspective though: not one that I know in the real world is without some SEVERE trauma or extremely abused early life experience. So I guess be careful what I wish for? I dunno, I still wanna see a ghost, to hear the voice of an angel, to feel the healing warmth of a kind spirit, to get a good look with my own eyes at some weird animal creature from another dimension!

A heart felt thank you, Donk. I’ve mentioned before that I'm still working out the bugs between preachy, teachy, patronizing and sharing helpful information. Your feedback is valued along with how you put yourself in a vulnerable position to work out solutions with us. I’ve read your posts on other threads and it’s clear that you are a multifaceted spirit-human.

I just got this book and the first page I opened to was on some steps to assist with ET contacts. It’s an area that I’ve not experienced in the physical in part because there is/was fear. Because of copyrights, I’ll only briefly list what’s on page 223 (book below). Meditate on an image such as a triangle, send message into universe. This creates a direct line from them to your third eye. Then like zooming in to where you live on Goggle, lets them know where you live. It’s important to come from a place of heart only and not fear. One last point, it’s important to them that they are not looked upon as Gods. It’s a partnership. We and they are equals and learn from one another.

"Recently, I asked my Family Guides for confirmation on what I'm learning through inner knowing and guidance. The book arrived 5 days ago. I'm reading it slow because I don't want it to end. At times, it brings me to Silence.

- How long were you one?
From before time began, I am ONE. All divisions are illusions.
- Do you have to train?
Yes, and the worst part was the leotard riding up and giving me a wedgie.
- Does it require technological skill/training?
Full compliment of psychic powers, or the ability to make veggie soup. Others need not apply.
- What kind of time commitment does it take?
Less than a single lifetime - no guarantee you'll be recognized in another reincarnation.
- Do mods have a short life span being a mod because of the responsibility to deal with so many personalities?
Navy Seals have been trained to do deceased moderator burials at sea, or the Air Force can chop-up used mods and add to chemtrail mixtures - this is left to each mod to decide.
- What percentage of people would you say didn't respect your decisions? Are they mostly repeat offenders?
Do you mean not counting my wife and daughter?
- Were there many paid infiltrators on the forum?
Yes, but we did not pay them very much, so they didn't work very hard.
- What if you are not interested in a thread, do you still monitor it?

OK, now you trailed off there. I can only guess what you were probably going to say. Probably "How important is it for the community to be a part of reporting of interloping archon-infested aliens posing as humans?" I'd say, not all that important. Mods are issued alien detectors and anti-archon syrup.
- Have you ever had to give a 10 day vacation to someone?
I think the longest was 7 days, spent on Grand Cayman Island. I had to give that to my wife and daughter - and I went along as baggage.
- Did the new people stay in close contact with you for support?
We just had that one pesky new person, Inelia Benz - she was a really new person. Actually, come to think of it, she wasn't so pesky after all.

You're welcome, and know that you are amazing Paula...i try to say what i mean...so thats a good word "heartfelt"...I try to put that in every post (cuz I kick myself after posting something that came from somewhere else, exposing the ego).

The pieces you pulled from the other thread---that was LITERAL heartfelt--it made my physical 3D heart feel something kinda funny fo' sho'...resonanted like little else so far today. This resonated (not quite as literally physically as much in the heart welling up kind of way...more like a "red flag"):

I been reading a lot of DNA's old posts (he's related some great stories from '11...and he started a thread that was the original "Horus-Ra" imo), and one of the things he mentioned that stuck out to me was how the "folks" he found to be "higher" helpers definitely were all about somethign to the effect of: be careful, cuz if you even get close to worship or looking on us as higher or whatever, we're outa here...

Thanks...that's why I'm here (avalon) and why I'm here (now). My life was so multifacted, I had only a few that could relate to half what I had going on (that remains true here...this may be hard to believe, but I keep MOST of the 3D drama of my life off here...so if you follow me and my constant venting of my 3D drama...that's ususally not even the most extreme of what's going on).

So here & now I'm projecting the love I receive from avalon (and the village) back out...thanks to all of you, love you all!!

No. Not really. For some technical stuff, (like splitting threads), each new mod is walked through the process by someone with the knowledge of how to do it without screwing up the forum threads (it was usually Paul, sometimes Ilie, for me)

A bit of understanding how the vBulletin (forum) software works is a plus, but the main things mods do are not technical, but are using their hearts to guide them in making King Solomon decisions. (You'd be great!) Nothing controversial was decided solo. The kinds of things mods do without consulting each other are more like forum thread/post housekeeping. Fixing nested quotes, for example.

I can only say for sure why my lifespan as a mod was short. (I got too damn busy.) But it it true (much moreso then, in the wake of the forum's eruption) that I found it tricky to be an ordinary member and posting in controversial threads in which I was also actively "modding."

The percentage was small, other than a hugely unpopular decision when one longtime and well-liked (or strongly disliked - there was not much gray zone) member was removed from the forum. In the very beginning of the short time I was a mod, there was a faction that wanted to crucify Bill for all things wrong on the forum and in the multiverse - including burned toast and sh!tty marriages - and hounded and accused and put-down and some even libelled Bill. That was tough to take, was unfair to Bill, and those folks generally did not respect any decisions made about them and their repeated actions (and some got vacations to think about it, some were removed from the forum, and some quit.)

No. No one was assigned to any threads, and it was hoped (and encouraged) that members would report posts that were outside guidelines - thus alerting mods to problems on threads that maybe none of the mods were particularly interested to follow.

Yes. Some folks handle even gentle forum moderation suggestions very defensively - and sometimes they would simply invoke their right to type anything they wanted, calling it "censorship" if they had to modify behavior or words.

No, whatever you can. (Although it would be kinda crazy to volunteer if someone could only be on the forum a few hours a week.)

Members reporting problems is important because mods should be representatives of the whole forum, not utterly autonomous. Mods have dealt with a few "big deals" and so might not see something else as being big enough to warrant attention - but a member or two reporting a post shows the mod that it needs attention.

Yes. Again, those were different times. There was probably more of that in early 2011 than in all of 2012. There were a number of people - maybe a dozen, that had been a part of Avalon and felt a strong sense of "ownership" (for lack of a better word), and at the same time, the clash they had with Bill and/or some of the mods made it impossible for them to stay. They either quit or were removed.

Not really. I had a few people ask several "how do I..." questions, but not as much as I expected. I think the vast majority of members are forum savvy and computer literate.

I would add that some of the staff (Bill, admins, and mods) chats on Skype were epic and awesome, and easily as good as the best forum threads. For one reason or another, they were about information that just couldn't go on a public forum, or sometimes just personal stuff. It was, of course, also an opportunity to get to know those folks better - much better - and was one of the best parts of being a mod.
