OK, I did skim it, and I'd say she's just one of so many frustrated seekers who draw wrong conclusions from insufficient data. Also, I gotta wonder about anyone who would hang around TM for 17 years! Moreover, she seems infected with a form of emotional reactivity, which blinds her to a balanced assessment of her own adventures in seeking.

People might get a flash of insight into the failure of certain strategies, for example, and then conflate that glimpse into some final fixed belief, which they then feel moved to messianically evangelicize to the masses, usually in an effort to confirm their own self-image.

All she seems to be doing is exchanging one set of beliefs for another -- iow, she has merely modified her consciousnes, rather than penetrated to the root of consciousness itself. There are many like her -- folks who get part way up the mountain, then stop and proclaim that they're at the summit. The world of "spirituality" is filled with them, in fact, and if you happen to scratch below the surface, you find that they are actually some of the most angry, violent folk around, ready for jihad at the drop of a hat.

just in case some of you had not understood, that what ever troubles you are having at work, financial or other wise, you must release those feeling as they will attract more of what you don't want, so if you are having problem with anything release as described in my final post, and allow it to go gently out of you, you will see that things will simmer down, and it will be all you own doing, not pushing things from within that will attract more of what you don't want

When I had said gently, we need to refer back to the push and pull of all thing, if you force that feeling out of your body, then you are creating an act of aversion for that feeling, so when you force push, the result will be pulling it back in.

Any emotion as such does not belong in the body, if you gently allow it to go away from you it will gladly leave you, as it does not belong there, so don’t push or pull, but gently allow it to leave you in the trail of smoke that you created.

I like your challenge Roman. As i can see where you are heading with this. Yes our mind is an intricate tool indeed. It can move mountains. What we think we become. Its all we need. Thoughts create reality. Its that simple isnt it. Two great prophets spoke of this. Jesus and The Buddha.

@WhiteFeather : @Rocky_Shorz : you said "our mind can even move mountains",..as beautiful & hopeful as it may sounds,.but the real reality example is: what about those hungry children in Africa, whom always asking for food & help almost everyday?.. as far as I know, there are still hungry, and the sad harsh truth/reality is: there is still NO food, and NO help available to them! they are still suffering, being hungry & poor,..no matter even how much thoughts/hope/wishful-thinking/Law-of-Attraction they did..

and even to the most mundane everyday thing, like earlier when my internet modem connection was in error, no matter how hard/much I wish/Law-of-Attraction for it (the internet/modem) to works again, it didn't!.. I have to physically still go FIX it by myself, can't just mere "wishful-thinking/hoping/thinking" about it only..

and aren't all those examples above shows more clearly that no matter how 'beautiful' or 'hopeful/wishful-thinking' we -human beings- often want to believe (especially during the harshest/most difficult times!), yet the fact still remains that we are still just a limited human beings, living in a limited physical world, in which NOT everything can simply become possible,..even if our 'tricky' mind wants to believe so?

Firstly you haven't clicked yet who you are and what you are capable off. secondly you affect the sky above you and the ground below you, when realized people venture to go to an African village, feed them and then take hold of their hands and bring out positive vibes with all the humanity there, do you not think that the clouds would come and the ground would start to sprout vegetation, that we could not affect our surroundings that way, of course we would, by re-inspiring the peoples spirit into life, would it not affect the illusion, think again, that's the power you have, we have.

let me describe this again, that the reason to releasing is to clear a path to your being, call it subconscious , call it your higher self, call it what you like, you cant impress your desires to your being/subconscious, when the path is blocked with nonsense and emotional baggage, you have to clear, and clear, until you are being heard, then changes will occur that will allow you all to make the changes to your lives and affect others.

Hi Roman. I can tell you are in a great place right now. How many times have I been there and wished for others to challenge me, to ask me, because I knew all of the answers are there. Every single question can be answered. The real art in life is how to formulate relevant questions.
So here we go...challenging myself to come up with a question straight from my heart:

What can I as an individual do to tweak the minds of seven billion people to manifest all the basic stuff that they need,
like food and shelter, so as to give them enough security that they no longer have to endanger others in their survival efforts.

And what can I do to inspire all those who already have far more than they will ever need to make them feel secure enough to start sharing with those in need, and do so without legislation, but voluntarily.

I'm joining Ulli in her question. What needs to be done to turn this thing around? Concrete things, like a masterplan, a strategie, project(s), actions...? Or should we just stay in bed and grow our hair? What can or should be done?

Through emotional baggage the path to accessing ones wisdom and ones power with these emotional traumas is not available, open a post and ask here, see what answer you will get, and they will not be the same,check, we just have standard idea that people pick up, but they did not get it from themselves. most of these spiritual expression are learned and fake. you will get the same old crap "i am that I am"

Dear Friends

Would it not be great if one could assigned oneself to solve all the problems of humanity, but alas there is no such thing and no such person exist here in this plane.

If I had a magic wand to remove human suffering, that wand I would use most vigorously with heartfelt joy, but alas that wand does not exist, and no one person could ever solve the inner burden and suffering that we all seem to carry within, there are no answer outside of ourselves that has ever satisfied our cravings within for peace and harmony.

The truth from another is something we don’t easily accept, nor should we, for what is truth to one is just a concept to another, we spend thousands of hours here at Avalon, all trying to find the truth as we see it, and immediately share it here with high hopes, but to no avail, we know it does not happen, as what rings as truth to you, falls flat on its face for others.

Many wonderful questions have been asked here of personal issues, and to humanitarian concern as we all have and share, but we always seem to look for the answers outside of ourselves, rather than from within ourselves.

It has to be understood that there is on other person/entity with your resonance/vibration here, each individual is unique with their own code if you wish to look at it this way, what I am trying to say is that whatever is the answer for that person, it has come from within that person, and is mostly not the answer for anybody else. For example somebody could tell you how to get millions of dollars easy, and he will show you the way because he did it, but when you attempt to do exactly as he had told you, it will not work for you, no matter what you do, because it did not come from within you, but from within him

If you need the answers that are right for you, they must come from you and no other, that’s a reality many people either don’t understand, or wish not to believe, but all signs have always pointed that what you seek is inside of you, not outside of you. Other people trying to solve your emotional issue rarely succeed, because these are deep issues that only you are the beholder off and only you are the cure to these issues working with yourself from within.

Matters of external issues that sadden all of as we see the unfairness and suffering in this world, the solution lies within all of as a to the action as individuals we should take, the power of consensus is not always there, and we have to define an answer from within ourselves to deal with these issues the best we can, if we can.

The road to ourselves within is not always easy, when we have personal issues that block the path to our being within to get the answer that we so desperately need. These issues as we carry then have blocked the path to ourselves, and retrieving the personal answers are almost impossible, as emotion and traumas block our way home to ourselves, to our being.

Only these solutions from within yourselves, are the solution to your freedom, balance, happiness, and abundance, that we wish for ourselves and others, but as I had said with these things of accomplishment in your life, that are stemming from you, you can help people, but the sad fact is you cant do it for them.

To reiterate, one own solution brought out from within, in most cases is not the solution for others.

As they say, one man's truth is another man's poison, not in all cases, but in spiritual, and emotional, the sad answer is yes, the answer to all of life’s mysteries, conflict, and solution lies within each of us only. If we could all unite realized, with a committed consensus, nothing would stand in our way.


I humbly offer the solution that I have offered before to you all here and ask you to view this with a refreshed mind as this solution deal only with your personal issues within, it has made unbelivable changes for people from the 50s onwards, and deserves you personal attention to what it can do for each individual.

Please re-review this simple routine for working with you self within, to extract all these issues that have blocked the path home to your being within, I sincerely hope that I had not offended anybody with the way I had reintroduced this simple routine, and am available for any questions that you may have in dealing with your emotional issues, that will bring great benefit to all that will persue this on a daily basis for themselves to bring in love, happiness, and abundance, which I will make more understandable soon, into your lives.





You will be putting absolutely nothing inside you, no rules, no mantras, no hocus pocus nonsense, you will be just removing locked feeling and emotion that have cluttered the path to your very being.

We have a little procedure that has a value of zero, it is not necessary, its a nothing, but it help to establish a line of removal, working with your own psyche, your self within will understand what you are doing and eventually will assist you without this initial routine.

Place your hands on your heart centre/chakra. Now move your fingers down on your rib cage until you start to feel the soft bit of the top of your stomach. Next place you hand half way between the soft bit of your stomach and your centre lower rib cage.


I want you to imagine a door.


Now this door can open like a draw bridge from a castle opening downwards or opening from the bottom upwards, or two doors opening from the centre like a cuckoo clock. You choose it doesn’t matter; all we need is a door that will open at your command. You need to see it there.

Now imagine a smoke that would represent negativity. What colour would you attach to that smoke? Would it be black, white, dirty brown, red, pink, blue? It doesn’t matter. It just has to be picked by you, whatever represents negativity to you.

Find yourself a comfortable place to relax and make sure you are alone at first. When I said at the beginning, I meant as from when you were a baby or from the earliest age that you remember.
I want you to relive your whole life from then to now, step by step. The whole process here is to check your emotions and to FORGIVE.

Forgive and understand the child within that has accepted many false teachings as it grew up, then go with the relations, your mother, your father, your sister and your brother, your grandmother and your grandfather, your uncles and your aunts.

As you go through the family first, check any emotions that arise. If there is something there, allow it to come up whatever it is and open the door in the area in the middle of your rib cage and stomach. Then allow this feeling and/or emotion to flow out of this door like a smoke of the colour that you have chosen. You can help the smoke to leave your body with your breath by pursing your lips as to blow a candle, but blowing gently assisting the smoke to leave you with a trail a few feet long gently leaving through your door.

If the emotion is strong keep doing it until there is no strength left. It’s probably deep and you should return to that emotion often until that emotion does not raise itself again. Many people cry and that helps to remove it. Always release all emotions, that’s the whole idea of bringing them up.
Bring them up and get rid of them by using the door and the smoke. You are telling your psyche to get rid of it out of your system.

You don’t forgive and forget. You forgive and get rid of it by releasing, that’s the object of the whole thing. You do this with everybody and everything. Start with yourself, your family, your friends now and from the past, your boss, your work mates, everybody and everything including all pets and animals.

If you have had a very bad experience with anybody, bring that emotion up, talk to this person and ask them to forgive you. Send them love and see them smiling before you leave them. Always see everybody smile before you leave them.

It doesn’t matter if they are dead, make up with them and forgive. If for any reason you feel that somebody, for whatever reason, would never in a million years forgive you, that’s no problem as long as you have forgiven and apologized and let go of that emotion by releasing it out of the door with the smoke. It is done, you have forgiven yourself.

As you go through all these experiences from the past to the present, you must keep releasing all these emotions through your door with the smoke. Your psyche will accept and understand what you are doing.

This may take some weeks to months. Within 3 month to 1 year you could feel that your on a completely different planet, as positive changes start to appear in your life.

Go through all the events of your life reliving the past that had accumulated a lot of emotions that have left their mark on you somehow. All guilt must be brought up and released until it has no more power left to raise itself. Keep releasing, keep releasing and keep releasing.
