Has anyone here vetted this guy? (That ANY of the claims he makes in the first 10 minutes are true)

Not so sure I like this part of the thread title, "The answer to everything", as this is about the legal control structures, contracts, maritime law, and the language deliberately put in place to gain control over the entire planet - and keep it.

I have only listened to two segments, but know I will make time to listen to the entire seminar. So, to make it easy for myself (and you), here is a set of links to watch the installments in order:

25 of 25: There is no 25th installment. Whomever broke up the original video must have calculated that they would have to break it into 25 pieces for YouTube, and it worked out to fit in 24 (and they did not want to go back and rename all of the videos.)

That's why I asked if anyone had vetted him. I hate to spend my time if he is a fraud. He makes some claims that we should be able to check out.

However, that is different from having a gut feeling that he is a fraud, and making that into a declaration of fact. If you believe he is a fraud, please give me some evidence . Thanks.

Dennis, you would need to watch the vids to make your own opinion.
Whilst I do not disagree with his salient observations regarding the legal system we are forced to exist under, I did "feel" while viewing the "workshop" that he was not truthful!

Strange thing but, I would like to see him naked!

This guy is something like 50+ if we look at his credential and his described career timeline, yet he looks like 40 at the most, what does he do?

I struggled - twice - to properly edit my first post, where I was trying to provide the embedded video. (I had another youtube video loaded into my "clipboard" and was pasting the wrong one. The other video was an animated video about how the US spends tax money, mostly on military.)

I'm six segments "in" this morning and David Wynn Miller is totally legit. This may be the most important thread on Avalon at this time. Some of the gems hidden in plain sight, in segment 3 he discusses the lithium and storage of data in the "space" and how this will totally revolutionize current cell phone technology. He just gave us where to look for "the next big thing" to invest in.

Also, he is 63 years old. Does he look it? Nope.

It's going to be one of those days now where I get nothing else accomplished but watching these, which is a clue: Most people are too busy working to make any money, or see the forest for the trees, or however you Quantum Grammar that one!

I agree. I almost skipped over this because there was no description in the OP and the title was, well, too generic. The answer to everything? That would have been a terrible shame.

Grip, Please think of a better title, and let's propose that to the OP, scanner, for this important thread. If scanner agrees, one of the mods can work their magic and re-title the thread, and more people may be compelled to dive in.

    Hey folks,

I donīt know anything about the man, but Iīve watched the first two segments of the above videos and didnīt feel compelled to continue.

Anyway, thereīs a Wikipedia entry about him, which is not very beneficial to his image. Let me quote part of it:

Quote Defendants have attempted to use Miller's language or ideas in courts of the United States and Canada. These attempts have been unsuccessful.

In 1998 Miller assisted Ingleside, Illinois resident George Johnson in his legal defense against child molestation charges.[21] Johnson was convicted and returned to prison in 1999.[22]

In June 1998 Prescott, Arizona resident James McCreary filed a federal lawsuit after being arrested in February for aggravated assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. In his filing, "McCreary mentions the name of his apparent mentor. David Wynn Miller of Ohio is an advocate of the restoration of Constitutional rights through 'correct' language and procedure."[6] McCreary's actions in court got his conviction reduced by the judge to three misdemeanors, and he was sentenced to three concurrent 60-day sentences in jail.[6]

In August 2001, Paul and Myrna Schuck unsuccessfully used Miller's language during a tax-evasion trial in Calgary, Alberta. They were later sentenced to jail after claiming postage affixed to their clothing and signed by them made them legally equivalent to royalty.[2][17]

In October 2001, Andrew William Sereda, a naturopath, went to jail in Calgary, Alberta, for contempt of court when he addressed a judge in Miller's language during his tax evasion trial.[2]

In September 2002, Miller was profiled when Milwaukee-based accountant Steven Allen Magritz was jailed after engaging what authorities called "paper terrorism," or filing large numbers of legal claims against perceived enemies, as part of the sovereign citizen anti-government movement. The article calls Miller "the movement's linguist" and outlines his belief that people don't need to pay taxes if they can "prove that money is a verb."[23] Magritz was convicted in 2003 on seven counts of criminal slander of title and sentenced to five years in prison.[24]

In December 2002, Wisconsin juries convicted Oconomowoc, Wisconsin residents Janice K. Logan and Jason Zellmer (Miller's cousin)[23] of "simulating legal process" by filing documents which purported to be legal documents from the jurisdiction of the "Unity States of the World," a concept originated by Miller.[25][26] Zellmer had been previously convicted of resisting an officer.[23] Miller testified at the trial. The defendants were found guilty. Miller remarked that the genesis of Truth-language was when he "turned Hawaii into a verb" and showed "how a preposition is needed to certify a noun."[13][27]

In 2002 and 2003, Ed Dick stood trial in Vernon, British Columbia for unlawfully failing to provide income tax returns for the taxation years 1997 and 1998. Dick succeeded in having the style of cause amended to include his name with a colon, namely, Edward: Dick. Among other tactics, he challenged the jurisdiction of the court. Dick was found guilty.[28]

In 2005, Montclair, New Jersey resident Brenda Rickard was arrested and charged with orchestrating a $30 million mortgage scam: "Rickard, who claimed her name is :Brenda :Rickard, is a follower of :Judge: David-Wynn: Miller, who gives seminars around the country and advocates speaking in the 'true language,' which features odd punctuation and syntax. 'I have no problem with the complaint against me as long as it’s in the truthful language,' Rickard told the judge." Her lawyer requested a psychological evaluation following Rickard's behavior in court.[29] Rickard and co-defendant Jamila Davis were convicted of conspiracy and six counts of bank fraud in 2008.[30]

In 2006, Hemet, California physician Jerome Mueller was jailed for tax evasion: "Part of a loose-knit group calling themselves 'freemen' and 'patriots,' Mueller is an adherent of 'truth language.' Developed by self-professed genius David Wynn Miller, of Milwaukee, truth language is based on mathematics and purports to be the only correct way of interpreting English. A major tenet, according to interviews with Miller published on the Internet, is that maritime law is the only worldwide governing authority because the Earth is a vessel in a sea of space. The U.S. government, however, contends in everyday English that Mueller owes income taxes back to 1993."[31]

On 7 July 2008, La Crosse, Wisconsin dentist Frederick G. Kriemelmeyer complained about his conviction for falsifying federal income tax returns. In the United States Court of Appeals, he asserted that he had not been permitted to use Miller as his counsel during the trial. The magistrate judge had refused to allow Miller to act as counsel because Miller was not licensed as an attorney. The Court of Appeals ruled that the magistrate judge's refusal was correct, and that Kriemelmeyer's argument that he was not subject to the tax laws was frivolous.[32]

In 2008, Wai'anae, Hawaii resident Rita Makekau was convicted of eight counts of assault and one count of domestic abuse for injuring five children in her care with hammers and knives.[33] In 2009, Makekau challenged her child abuse conviction by claiming her sovereignty group, Hawaiian Kingdom Government, declared her innocent. Miller said he is the group's spokesperson and is a "plenipotentiary judge, ambassador and postmaster."[34] Makekau was ordered to prison in 2009.

In 2010, David Kevin Lindsay asked Mr Justice Frits Verhoeven of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, who was acting as a court of appeal, to quash a conviction resulting from Lindsay's failure to file income tax returns for 1996 and thereafter. Lindsay, who presented himself as David-Kevin: Lindsay, argued that he was not a "person" as defined by Canada's Income Tax Act. He said he had ceased to be a person in 1996. The judge refused to let Lindsay opt out of personhood. The judge said the sentence of a $5000 fine would remain but jail time would be reduced to 30 days from the original 150.[35][36]

In October 2012, Kosciusko County, Indiana resident Paul A. Graber was sentenced on two counts of financial institution fraud to eight years in prison. He represented himself at the trial and read from a pre-written statement that repeatedly referenced Miller as "Judge Miller". Miller was called as a witness to the trial.[37]

He has 100s of cases filed by him as attorney

    the pros:

    http://dockets.justia.com/search?que...+Miller&page=2

    The cons:

    Godlike production:

Quote Meet David Wynn Miller, aged 63 years.

    -- Claims a 200 IQ.

    -- 92nd Degree Freemason.

-- He freed Ireland from Great Britain.

-- He is a "Hawaiian King".

-- Had his kidneys, adrenal glands and heart removed decades ago -- then put back in -- and this caused him to stop aging.

-- Bill Clinton and all Supreme Court Justices were and are his "students".

-- Holds $1,500 a head seminars and interferes with numerous court cases as a defense attorney, mostly bankruptcies, but some child molestation cases as well.

-- The Twin Towers were filled with plastic explosives and that steel is really "plastic".

-- The Post Office controls the planet.

-- In 1998 he discovered "the mathematical interface in the truth that certifies all 5,000 languages, frontwards and backwards."

-- Postal Service has controlled the U.S. since 1873; Mastercard took over U.S. economy in 1999.

-- Found that maritime law applies worldwide because "Earth is a vessel in a sea of space."

-- Created "QUANTUM-LANGUAGE-PARSE-SYNTAX-GRAMMAR" which he asserts constitutes "correct sentence structure communication syntax."

-- Jared Lee Loughner of the infamous Tuscon mass shooting was suspected to have been a "student" of Miller due to similarities with his and Miller's style of writing. Miller later commented that Loughner probably had visited his web site, but that he did not condone the killings.

Quote "He probably makes something like 40 or $50,000 each week he comes here, because he gets quite a group of followers," Sydney Morning Herald's Investigative Reporter Natasha Wallace told us by phone. She's been following Miller's antics in Australia.

"David Wynn Miller was trying to serve the court with a dossier of gobbledegook and the judge wouldn't allow it," according to Wallace. A waste of court time and taxpayer's money. Now the worry in that country is Miller's new target. "Most recently he's trying to make inroads in the Aboriginal community."

If you Google David Wynn Miller there are plenty of headlines, and he's no stranger to the Wisconsin Attorney General's office. "I think it was like an hour, hour and half we sat there and listened to him," Assistant Attorney General Roy Korte remembers.

When Miller's followers file phony lawsuits Korte gets the call. "That can be pretty disturbing when you get some document that says I can have you arrested." Traumatic for the victim, whether it's a judge or private business owner. It's also against the law. And some of Miller's followers have paid the price. Korte told us, "Several of these people have been sentenced to prison."

But Miller himself has managed to do little jail time. When asked how he would respond to people who call him crazy Miller responded with, "I would tell them that they can't read and write." A simple thought from a complicated man. His beliefs are raising questions from Australia to Canada, Milwaukee to Tucson, Arizona.

There's no definitive connection between Miller and Loughner, but the similarity in beliefs is both haunting and troubling.

People pay $1,400 for a six day seminar.

Miller routinely calls himself the "King of Hawaii," and says former President Bill Clinton is a student of his.

My comment for above: his prices for corporate seminars is veeery reasonable. I have seen prices at 2,000+ a day.

There is quite a lot against on the web and quite a lot for. So pick your choice.

He may be a 92degrees mason, but this does not look good, does it?

Part 3 @ 21:00 Miller talks about a spacecraft in greenland which has "melted out of the ice".
Very interesting, seems like a form of disclosure if it is true. He also mentions that the spacecraft was connected to the monuments at easter Island.
    Is this guy human?

I wonder if this is a case where he is correct, but the courts usually just do whatever they feel like doing anyway. Lots of people are deliberately wrongly convicted and deliberately wrongly sentenced to fines and imprisonment.

I have had the discussion with people that believe that their knowledge of US law and the US Constitution are going to keep them from ever successfully being prosecuted, convicted, or sentenced for not paying taxes. I'm not sure if 1% of the judges in the US strictly follow the US constitution in making rulings, but I'll bet the percentage is very low. I also suspect (at the other end of the spectrum) that at least 80% of judges are outright crooked - getting worse as you go to higher courts.

I'll never forget the small town judge walking me out of the double-wide trailer that served as the court in that little town in South Carolina, patting me on the back and quietly saying, "You didn't think we were going to let you out of here without paying a fine, did you?" after I just proved my innocence. I paid my fine, and left as quickly as I could. Losing in court does not mean you were guilty or that you represented yourself (or were represented) incorrectly. It could very well mean that you went in front of one of tens of thousands of crooked judges.

Tying Miller to someone who committed a crime (like Loughner) that followed or read Miller's work is also not a valid way to decide whether the information presented is valid or not.

I thought it would be easy, using a search engine, to find out if Miller was or was not Bill Clinton's attorney (or a consulting attorney) during the "Bill spilled yoghurt on Monica Lewinsky 's dress" scandal. However, I did not find any info on who his lawyer(s) was/were, other than "Bill Bennett."
