So, he's gone the patent route. This will result in either a Secrecy Order being slapped on the patent (yeah, I realize that once broadcast, this may seem to do little good, as it is no longer "secret", but is the current legal way to abruptly stop the technology), or else we have someone that potentially would hold the patent and may decide he wants to be a billionaire more that the world needs and deserves the new technology.

Being that the Earth is in constant motion around the Sun and the fact that it's spinning also, and that the Galaxy too is in motion, perhaps even the Universe.
That's an awful lot of movement, and perpetual motion. I know it's all relative (lol), but surely there must be a way to harness this energy. Like a cosmic wave windmill?

NASA does it all the time to accelerate interplanetary space craft.
