Is your brain expanding and stretching your forehead? Try reading mainstream newspapers once or twice a week.
Interesting that you ask that ? I think that part of my head has expanded a bit. David Wilcock said something about that happening. If it's my brain expanding it might be a good thing but I haven't noticed any improvement in that dept. lol
MSM is sickening to me. With the newspaper I take out the comic's and crossword page and toss the rest.
Why do you recommend reading the newspapers. Is it to get a dumbing down for a change? I've had enough of that in my life, thank you.
Well, I've a few things to try out that I have gotten from the very aware people on here.

Hi Paul, I've been to holistic health for a long time and am not familiar with the things you mentioned.
Are they available at health food stores? And what specifically is each one used for?

Kimberly, I have been doing the urine therapy but just drinking it.
Is it to be applied externally also? Thanks.

From a womans point of view, there are much worse things in life than male pattern baldness. Sexy is, a guy who loses his hair but knows he is hot anyway. : ) so in case none of these treatments work, check out this link, you may just decide to save that money for a really nice date with your woman.

I suppose you question is in response to the post of mine that I quote above (since it's my only post before now, on this thread.)

Those four items are sources of various minerals. Our modern diets, from mineral depleted soils, is usually deficient in various minerals.

I do most of my purchasing on-line, where all these can be found. Google is your "friend" .

I expect to replace the Himalayan pink salt with Redmond "real salt", once my current stash of Himalayan pink salt runs out.

oh Christ, East Sun...ive been thru this hell too; i truly sympathize.

we may have to take this to pm east sun, as i have so much to say on the topic (what worked, what didn't, the small fortune i spent while desperately seeking the remedy etc...)
Thanks Chinaski, for your reply. As you can see I've gotten a few suggestion to try out. The herbs mentioned are worth a try. Urine therapy also.
Anyway, I'll get used to 'gracefully surrendering the things of youth' as Desiderata(sp) states.

There certainly are worse things as we've all seen so many times.
The thing is, I don't like to just accept things that may be changeable, like most people on Avalon, I would guess.

If I have positive results I will post them on here. As in most things, natural is the way to go.
Your avatar hair looks good and strong. Be well.

The yarrow and witch hazel treatment has worked for me, my wife and a man I worked for. He fired me ( woodworking, I worked too slow and zen like) before buying his second batch. He kept his hair very short but it was obvious that it was filling in. His wife, who cut his hair, had commented on it also. She thought he was silly for thinking it would work. I have come up with a number of remedies, including sunburn treatment. All of these treatments are made by hand. Like making a homemade pie. Some people have comment I could make a lot of money making this. Money does not move me. Especially being able to see what would be involved in keeping up with production of something popular. The is also The pharmaceutical industry who thinks they own these matters and their well paid gestapo in DC.

I make a strong tea of yarrow. I have no particular measurement, I make it strong. This is much more about vibration and informational packets than dosage. One the teas is made I strain it and then make a 50/50 yarrow/witch hazel mixture. I then put in into a bottle like a shampoo one with one of those flip top tyoe dispensers. After shampooing and before conditioning, if you do, I jigger the HairBThere onto my hair/scalp and then work it in. Yarrow will thicken existing hair slightly and make it fuller. Yarrow grows in many places. I like to combine leaves and flower heads. The flower heads have are rich in essentials oils. You can refrigerate your stock if you have more than fits into your dispenser bottle. In the warth of the shower area the mixture will usually ferment in a way that adds a vinegary scent to it. I find this actually enhances it. Skin has a slightly acidic pH and the light acetic touch is helpful to that end.

Any further questions on this please PM me. Or skype me. My skype contact is under my avatar. O see my PM's more. I only open my skype once a day...........sometimes. LOL
Thanks for the valuable info, Modwiz. I looked in a few places for Yarrow plant but no luck so far. Any suggestions? I live out in the boonies but farmers probably don't grow it. Whole Foods does not have it. But I'll keep searching. And I hope to report back here with good news.

Amazon has carriers of it. One has an ounce for 2.99. It is a good starting point.

    Modwiz,

Would a tincture of both yarrow and witch hazel work too in your opinion?
I searched for them and they are easy to buy both as a dried herb and as tinctures. Tinctures would take away the time to make it into a shampoo like substance, hence my question.

Baldness runs in my family and I'm not too sure that I am willing to go through all the fuzz to make my hair grow back and my girlfriend is strangely fond of bald men, but I think my dad (who is more attached to his looks and imago) would be thrilled if I can offer him a natural solution to restore some lost hair.

Since I started taking carnosine & fish oil supplements I've been having plenty of new growth on my temples. Not sure which one is responsible for it, but they say that carnosine is a youth supplement.
I think it would be a good idea to search info about apple cider vinegar & hair regrowth, too.

Bear in mind that what worked for someone else, may not work for you. Your symptom may have a different cause! This is why reviews of all treatments are so mixed. As I understand it, as usual, a multi pronged approach is the most efficient. First off... enzyme deficiency makes you lose hair fast. Can you find out which enzymes you are short of and really work on replenishing your enzymes. Secondly, a violet wand with scalp attachment will really help. And thirdly, the Taoist way to save your hair and it's colour, involves monitoring your ejaculation so that you learn to retain your life force, after a certain age losing semen is really just throwing your jing away unless you learn to extract your jing from the semen, by energetic methods.. ie working with your subtle body. Jing is the Taoist term for lifeforce. So.. replenish your gut, strengthen your follicles, and preserve your jing. There is a Chinese herb very good for strengthening, called Fo Ti , said to keep away losing colour from hair. Semen draining, colour of hair draining.. in Taoism these things considered correlative. Maybe you look up karezza as a love making technique...mightily improve your sex life and increase your life span and strength and hair, all in one go! Good luck,

I guess so. I have to guess because I have no experience with the tinctures. Also, there is no need to make a shampoo. The yarrow tea, store bought witch hazel 50/50 mixture is a rinse for after shampooing and before conditioner if you do so. Most conditioners are thicker than needed, so I sometimes add some of the rinse into the conditioner. Since much of my stress has abated, my hair hair and scalp are in good shape. I use the rinse as a hair thickener and scalp conditioner once in a while.

Is there such thing as a way to restore hair loss?
Suddenly my hair line went crazy receding fast. I've always had great hair until a few months ago. I can't think of any change that I did, same diet etc. I know, it's male pattern hair loss but if healthy otherwise, why?

Or at least a way to hang on to what I have. I've seen advertisements but I have never seen anyone show that they regrew hair after it went except when they had a serious illness.
There may be some natural remedy. So if any one out there knows of a treatment please let me know.
I know, people say it's old age but if that was the case every old person would be bald.
Hereditary? It might be but I feel like there has to be a physical process that takes place that could be stopped.
    Wishful thinking perhaps.
Yes. Check out my latest post in "Taking the Piss thread" and check out Dave Murphy's 3 minute video on "living on wee" his head started to re-grow with looping AND massaging it into his body / especially scalp.

Modwiz, I have a few questions regarding your tea.

For the witch hazel, is it the actual plant? or is the the witch hazel liquid you can get? (kind of like rubbing alcohol)

Also, if it's the dry yarrow and witch hazel, do you just steep the mixture in boiling water?

    Thanks so much!!

Witch hazel is the kind bout at the store. I bought a pint of generic WH the other day for three dollars. One makes a tea from the dry yarrow. Fill any suitable container with the herb, pour in boiling water, cover and steep until cool. Mix equal amount of the 'tea' with the witch hazel. Strain the tea by whatever method works. Pour off the liquid if a strainer is not available. Work into scalp after shampoo.

Horsetail (equisetum) is a reasonable addition. It offers silicon to the mix. The doctrine of signature would indicate that this herb would have a good impact.

LOL

Modwiz, today I found a herb store with lots of dry herbs. I bought a few ozs of yarrow, witch hazel, and horsetail. Now to try them as well as a few other things later if I have to..
    Thanks again.

Horsetail (equisetum) is a reasonable addition. It offers silicon to the mix. The doctrine of signature would indicate that this herb would have a good impact.

Just curious, how long did you wash with your mixture before you started noticing results?

    Thanks!

I have read that drinking distilled water will regrow hair and also reverse greying!! will let you know if that's true, just started with my husband a few weeks ago, haven't quite made it to the 4-6 litres a day yet but getting there.
I did drink distilled water (about a liter daily) for over 20 yrs. and it did nothing regarding regrow of hair, so I would suggest other advise different than this one.
