Yukondiva needs some support, too. Came face to face with Costa Rican beaurocracy today, and got drained.
Not a pleasant experience. The first year here is definitely culture shock when it comes to matters of paper work.
So lets make a list, anyone else who wants their name added? Then we just ask the Almighty to deal favorably with them. Very effective, even if hundreds of names are on the list. No limit to the powers of healing and protection, but one must ask.

I'm wheezy from laughing so hard. That was only 2 hours, while many of us go for 24+. The unknown of how long adds to it. But, I have to say, kudos to them! They've shed light for many.

This is a tuning fork for those who cannot interact with their computer. In both tuners there is a up/ down button to set the frequency for A.

Thanks Modwiz! I am just now grasping the effect of this. I'm really not musically inclined, or better said, I am not mathematically inclined. So, Instead of playing a guitar in standard tuning at 440 Hz, I have just now tuned my guitar down to 432 Hz, though it is still in standard tuning. Is that, in terms I'm familiar with, a half-step, or a full-step down?

Yes. With the tuner, you set what A is. You then just tune your strings. Based of your frequency choice the tuner will adjust and when you play a D string it will identify the note and inform if is is sharp or flat by a moving indicator at the bottom of the tuner. It is a great tool. When AID posted the 666 mote thing I was able to see it was a high E tuning bent into a sharper form of it. 550 needed less bending than 432. 432 is about 1/3 of a half step flatter than standard tuning. There is a value called cents in tuning/frequency made up of very small increments. There are 100 cents in a half step. That is the interval between MI and Fa. The interval between DO and RE is a whole step or 200 cents. 432 happens to be 32 cents below 440.

The tuning fork one will emit a tone to tune to. Again one chooses what frequency A is before tuning.

Good Morning, All

Well, good for me, I remembered how to do the dishes. Thing is, it was actually like learning how to do them all over again. Now I can't decide what is more of a distraction, real life or...spirit life. Yeah, those words really don't do it, do they. It is/will be like everything else, I suspect. Big whoosh that consumes me and gets every ounce of my attention and then levels off a bit. If I weren't so intently concentrating on things, I think I do that as a coping mechanism for too many things going at once (maybe ADD?), Spirit wouldn't need to whoosh so strongly, lol. Really gets my attention, I'll tell ya that.

It's like a Great Pendulum. I'm at one end when something is revealed to me in such a way that it cannot be shoo-ed away - really gets my attention, which throws me to the other end. Eventually I will find my way back to the middle.

Key for me is to NOT forget what I just remembered. Integrate it, accept it with gratitude, and keep on swimming.

For some it would never work, to have just one...
but in my case it helped build even more disgust. Disgust is a healthy thing if one wants to get rid of unhealthy habits.

Increased awareness, of what was actually going on there. I saw independent parts of my physiological reaction ....
The slight nausea, because by deciding to quit, some parts of my body had become obedient to that command, even though other parts were in rebellion....the various sensations as my blood vessels contracted, which increased blood pressure,
which was the main reason for the high...
But most of all the mere thought of inhaling the product of combustion....
Yuk.

Ahhh, 1inMany has discovered the pendulum! Very useful thinking tool.
There is a U-turn at each end, and then there is that midpoint.
All three points are revealers. When at the outer limits, the intensity of experience can show that the given path is too extreme, too polarizing. Sensations are strong there, which is why excess is so addictive.
But at the midpoint one can see both ends, and that they lead nowhere.
Yet at the midpoint there is a delicate choice between seeing it as a place full of mediocrity, or full of potential.
Most people get bored there, which is why they rush between two extreme states. Hence bi-polarity.
Yet, if one pays attention when the pendulum reaches the mid-0point, which I also call point Zero, a window opens up and the whole of the universe starts to reveal itself with major downloads.
It's a bit of an art, to make that happen.

Okay, if I take a sip every 10 minutes...the one glass would last...damn, that's a math word problem on an empty nervous stomach too early in the morning. Oh, wait...hell, if I'm going to be nervous in an enclosed space with alcohol for an hour and a half...I will have to talk to the driver about potty stops. I am fortunate to have many Dutch friends and I just learned Queen Bea is abdicating (after 33 years in fact) and so it will be King William who will be in charge of the Kingdom of the Netherlands soon.
