I figured out when my whole body vibrates it’s upgrades, physical and/or metaphysical restructuring. It vibrates enough that the mattress absorbs right down to the springs that reverberate back. That part is subtle.

Waken out of a sleep, I’d reason is was a ten wheeler truck speeding by. Or, it felt like an earthquake. It hit me last evening what it was and to allow and hold gratitude. Which for me, is a welcome for more. With awareness it brings it to a different level so one can work with the energies. This type of restructuring is different from the sensations around skull downward while I’m awake.

I’d not be surprised that others are going through it too.


@ Ulie - I watch the vid but around the 25 minute mark where there was description of the rape of kids and old ones, I couldn't listen any longer. Too much for me. But, information that needs to come to light.

UPDATE: added one line to top piece for clarification: "With awareness it brings it to a different level so one can work with the energies."

Aw, hell. 100 people. One HUNDRED people. One hundred PEOPLE. Okay, okay, okay. Breathe. 16 in the small enclosed space, that only leaves 84. Eighty four? EIGHTY FOUR? And it's at the Hilton? Oh. My. Freaking. Gosh. No, I know Mike and me. And two others, one with negative juju. Not important. That leaves only....no, I already figured those in the 84. A red carpet runway for pictures? In these shoes? If I take one sip every 5 minutes. No, then I won't be able to walk. If I take one sip every 15 minutes.

Here and Now, I have got to find my happy place. Where did I put that....

I realize this is a big deal for you, Sweetheart, but being awakened by a text about how many people will be in this danged limo...and I don't know any of them...is a sure fire way to make me sick all day. It was 5:30, now it's 4:15? If somebody decides it will be noon, I'm out LOL.

And, I'm sorry, but this is so minor compared to what All there Is, that is just irks me to no end that my body gets upset by this.

What a whirlwind. Yes, that's the word, right there. It's a whirlwind. I'm going to find my Happy Place and Hang On!!!

LordaMercy. 16 people? Okay, Mike and me, that makes 2. 14 people. I know 2, that's 12. I have met 3, doesn't count. 12 people. And one that I know carries some negative juju. Oh, this is peachy. In a small space...for an hour and a half...Cripey! Okay, I can start drinking at 5pm. Oh, me? If I do that, I will be gone by 5:30. Okay, if I take a sip every 10 minutes...the one glass would last...damn, that's a math word problem on an empty nervous stomach too early in the morning. Oh, wait...hell, if I'm going to be nervous in an enclosed space with alcohol for an hour and a half...I will have to talk to the driver about potty stops. (Yes, feel free to laugh because I know this is hysterical even though I'm serious.)

This is ridiculous.

GET A GRIP, 1!

How about just closing a few channels?
And allow it to become a game, for your personal entertainment?

When I'm in a situation like that I go into obeservation* mode.
I let out my inner scientist, and think about what astrological sign someone might be. Or silly stuff, like where they got the dress they are wearing. Having been involved in the fashion business helps. Or why they picked that hairstyle?
I always wonder about the conversation someone like Joe Biden might have with his hair dresser.
The main thing is to stop worrying that they might be watching you.
It doesn't really matter, because all those brief moments will soon be forgotten and irrelevant.
The only stuff worth remembering is what was perceived during moments of heightened perception,
IOW, higher consciousness.

"Obese servation mode" is going straight into my personal dictionary....

No...I always lament the need to replace the esteemed Mr. Marley from my life (even if only temporary). It's not so bad as I have a ton to listen to on my own, but he is a crowd pleaser, when music is called for in groups...it is hard to find anyone that appeals to everyone more than him...then you get some "soul shakedown party tonight" going, next thing you know the room starts smelling like Spicoli's van:
