Apocalypse - February 5, 6, 7

I woke up today to a disturbing dream of an apocalypse occurring for three days, today, tomorrow, and Thursday. Since my dreams are prophetic more times than I'd like them to be, this is of great concern to me.

Because i was looking out of a very tall building in this dream, I did not interpret it as being a message specifically for me, but for the world out there, which includes many. I did not see apocalyptic images but there was much darkness around. Someone jumped out of tall building in the vicinity of the building I was in. It was a man. I did not see him land. It was not a building I know, but I could see I was in a large city. However, I did not see many people around. Everyone seemed to be inside, not visible to me. I was not terrified, just concerned. I interpret this to be a metaphor of some sort. Ultimately, I don't know.

I was not going to share this in case I'm wrong. And I certainly do hope I am wrong! But I thought it might be a warning of some sort. Even metaphorically, an apocalypse is cause for concern.

I'd just like to suggest that we take care of ourselves, our loved ones, and everything worthy of taking care of. Let's be careful with our daily walks, our words, our thoughts, our decisions.

Ultimately, a metaphoric apocalypse could be a good thing. It could mean the end of darkness. I don't know. I certainly hope that would be the case.

For those of you who analyze dreams, what could this mean? I know it could be just a dream without much meaning, but I've never had this sort of dream before.

You keep using the word apocalypse, which actually means to unveil or reveal something.

Sensing the concern in your post I do not sense this is just a "loose dream" so to speak. As I wrote this last sentence a fighter jet just flew over my shop and startled the crap out of me! It must of only been 100 or 200ft above me, I actually felt the building shake....very unusual as I live in the middle of no where!

I don't believe in coincidences so I would have to interpret your dream as a message that perhaps something will be exposed over the next few days that many "out there" will learn about. I don't think your dream is about a "catastrophe", but it could be something rather quite unsettling that may be revealed. Possibly something involving military as this jet flying over me while writing this could be an omen....

The man jumping from another building is rather strange, don't know what to think about that, it may actually mean an end to something symbolically....or it could actually mean a literal death as a part of this revealing or unveiling....

Did you actually see what this man looked like in the dream?

buildings are sometimes symbols of yourself. The higher you are up in the building the higher level "self" you are observing from. Falling from a building sometimes means going into the subconcious, but I'm not sure if this applies to watching someone else. You might have been watching someone else descend into the subconcious or more primal sectors of themselves and not be sure what they outcome of that might be.

Something in me immediately responded when I saw your post come in. Thank you again for your courage. My thoughts and they are being delivered to me as I type.

It is a message of a personal apocalypse, not yours but as a metaphor. Two days ago I found myself thinking about this quite strongly. One of those phrases that gets thrust into consciousness and you sit up and pay attention. What I understood is that for those who haven’t been releasing all along will be suffering an internal apocalypse. This isn’t judgment though, it is a final tearing away or tearing down of personal constructs that will no longer serve us. For some this is going to be harder than others.

You are standing in a tall building watching, it is from the height of your achievements through your own personal struggle that you look around. These days are days of reckoning for many. You are safe though, watching what is happening is of concern but you will not be touched in your personal life. Your empathy for others is needed. You will play a roll in helping many through this period of three days.

If the dream continues I see that there is a great coming together after this passage. This is a collective healing crisis, many will be highly attuned to a new type of communication that we haven’t used before.

There has been a lot of discussion on the forum since I've been here regarding parasitic and/or energy harvesting entities/activities. They say that the two most potent forms of energy are love and fear.

We see a lot of fear going on in the world today. It's hard to argue that this is anything new, but it's also hard to refute that these energies are on the rise.

A man was shot and killed just a few blocks from where my father was staying this weekend, in a city that has relatively very low rates of violent crime (compared to many other cities across the country). When sharing this with me, he also recounted another three or four murders he had read about in the news over the course of that same weekend. All I could think of was the rising fear. The fear, in whatever form, that drove these people to kill, and the fear that would take hold as a result in the surrounding communities.

These serve to instill distrust in one another and paralyze with fear. The people in your dream were all hidden from view, hiding inside and shutting out the outside world. I think the jumper served to exemplify the next step, when one cannot even feel safe from within his or her refuge; they are driven to do the unthinkable out of sheer desperation.

We can scarcely understand the real impact of fear, or its power to shape our reality. Particularly if this is a tangible energy which can indeed be harvested or channeled. It is of utmost importance that we maintain courage and dispel the fear which tries to consume us.

strangely I opened the forum just now to find the post on the New Madrid fault and booms heard......because my husband had just emailed me a picture which he stumbled across that triggered a memory of last nights dream......in it he said that he , myself and our youngest daughter stepped out of a building but not our home and we looked up and the sky was completely black, and he saw not one but at least 6 very big tornadoes coming....they were so close that he felt we didn't even have time to hug each other and it was over......he woke knowing he had a very important dream and could not remember it at all......then this afternoon he was on the computer and looking at a painting techniques book and randomly found this image. which brought the dream to him.....odd that I opened this in response to his dream not knowing that it would entail a dream scenario.

Here is the picture that triggered his recall.....he said we were in a wooden structure

Tall buildings can be seen as one's own connection into the higher psyche/spirit. On one hand, it appears something is giving up, a suicide, a sacrifice, from on high. The flip side can be seen, that this is needed by the "man on the ground", in other words, you. I would look for an emerging source of higher guidance.

To take the prescient tack, Modwiz retired his account today, so perhaps there is some parallel there. It is a fact, that the dreamer is the best person to interpret dreams, so take what fits and leave the rest, and look into the symbols for your self.

I think Christine makes some very valid points, I was awake half the night last night due to new energies coming in.

The tall building I presume is a business premises & not residential ?

I would equate it to "The Tower" in the tarot, and its main meaning of ruined ambition, not yours but the end of the current corrupt business/ investment / banking model.

I'm not saying Wall St will be down by Friday, but energies are coming in that make the demise of their house of cards ponzi scheme inevitable.

Today? Now? The great unveiling of all that has been hidden? Can't wait. I know it will be tough for many, and maybe that is why we are here, for many will be confused and will need some guidance.

If the recent energies have been tossing me about as they have lately, it must be really tough for those deeply intrenched in the system. What does it mean?

Well, I don´t know. Dreams are not direct depictions of events most of the times; They are symbolic.

Death, in dreams, most of the time doesn´t mean physical death as well; It means the death, or rebirth, of any concept, paradigm or construct, regarding the psychological aspects of the dreamer.

In my opinion, you shouldn´t be alarmed about such dream; Most likely it doesn´t mean that any significant event will happen worldwide.

However, pay attention to what does it mean to you; Try recollecting all symbols depicted in the dream and draw them on paper; Do some free word association writing regarding these symbols; It might help you to understand its meaning.

By the way, whenever you have a dream, write it down immediately after you wake up, otherwise your conscious mind will fabricate elements to fill the gaps left by what can´t be interpreted by it, consequently, corrupting the subsequent memories of such dream.

(When you intend to interpret your dream accurately, you have to write it down before the "unconscious to conscious" psychological translation mechanism kicks in, because this mechanism is not reliable.)
