It's being worked on; for now, click "go advanced" and do your editing and saving from that platform.

if you bring the text you want to edit to advanced mode and click save, it would do it...so instead of doing a quick reply, simply go straight to the advanced mode from where the "edit" works... l

I agree that Disclosure won't solve our problems, and neither would "ascension" or whatever else. As the Buddhists say: “If you ever meet the Buddha in your travels, kill him at once!” They don’t mean physically kill him, but that each of us are the only one who can “save” ourselves. Well? You said you wanted choice!

Sooner or later, there will be ET learning exchange centres on the Earth. Personally, I suspect it could happen within 2 years. I imagine some people will be surprised that the ETs will refuse to nominate what educational courses they are willing to offer – with the possible exception of urgently needed info about saving the environment and preventing famine. I’m sure the ETs will request the humans to specify exactly what courses they want. In the field of social sciences, in the last decade studies have proved that the whole concept of “colonization” or “aid” doesn’t work. The only thing that does work is what is known as “capacity building”. This involves the community being “helped” making all decisions regarding what projects or activities it needs to do and what priorities it needs to have. The only “help” or “saving” the community uses from outside is financial help, and expert info strictly on request.

The original prediction was for mass sightings in multiple cities on that date. It only happened in one city which is just dumb luck in my book. Then now that he almost made an accurate prediction the last time, he now believes that the ETs are going to make him famous by allowing him to be "the guy" they talk to. They are showing up because of CO2 levels? FYI to anyone who does not know. Plants can process up to 3x the quantity of CO2 in the atmosphere. That is because while they where evolving the CO2 levels where 3x higher. Threshold of CO2 levels my ass.

On Coast to Coast he revised his prediction after the fact saying " Actually several weeks ago I had the information that multiple cities would be to traumatic for humans and that they would only appear in New York".
Anybody remember him changing his prediction on his site previous to the event ??

The New York event is a spirited debate in the UFO community, the UFO Updates emails mainly talk about it on a daily basis, the fact it was actual UFO's is by no means Locked down and is still open to debate.

I received a message from someone claiming to be Stan Fulham this morning (Saturday October 23, 2010). Supposively was commenting on a posting I placed on Facebook.com about an Alfred Lambremont Webre article: Exopolitics founder: ‘Oct 13 2010 NYC UFO sightings confirm Exopolitics model.’

I believed this message, an email from Facebook.com, was in fact from Stan, who I presumed was following up on his prediction concerning October 13 and the decloaking of UFOs over major cities worldwide. And his new prediction is truly remarkable!

I emailed both Stan and Randy Kitchur Saturday and waited for confirmation or comments concerning the prediction. None were received.

Today, I received an email from Randy Kitchur stating that Stan did not have a facebook.com account and therefore could not have sent me a message about future predictions. I accept both Stan's and Randy's assertion that someone has fraudulently created an account and solicited facebook friends. Is this a conspiracy. a false flag operation of the responsibility of the Men-In-Black?

I strongly feel that Avalon members should have a responsibility NOT to forward or promulgate fake or hokey predictions or 'channeled messages' (at a current rate of one or more a week).

We don't need this kind of nonsense in a climate of the times that could not be more serious. There ARE very critical things happening quietly in the world, and the real signals get lost in all the 'noise'.

Be very sure that this is intended.

Folks, I ask you: don't needlessly add to the noise.

I always wanted Avalon to be about quality rather than quantity: for people to be able to come here quickly and find a digest of good information and intelligent discussion.

To re-post any junk on YouTube or Facebook that catches our eye, thinking we're doing the members a service, might be a well-intended error of judgment. Please always use your intelligence and discrimination.

I'm no friend or fan of ATS, but the mods there immediately deleted a thread about the recent "The Agency" 'prediction' of a 'radioactive satellite' over Munich on 20 October, that was really a forecast comet - not only because it was clearly false, but because the writer urged that it 'go viral'.

They were quite correct to censor this cheap nonsense. Our collective alternative knowledge base is being deliberately infected by information of zero or negative value in the same way as our computers (or bodies!) can become infected with viruses.

The presence of the zero-value add-ons decreases our capacity to function optimally. In this case, we're rendered less able to evaluate authentic information. This is one reason why I find myself increasingly unsympathetic to hoaxes, hoaxers and other forms of knowledge devaluation, and have made some of the decisions I have made in the last year.

Indirectly related to this: please don't re-post YouTube videos with no comment, or with a simple statement like "Hey, Guys, look at this". I and many others will never watch a video unless someone tells me why I should spend the time. Please be smart and caring enough to summarize in your own words what the added value is.

Added value is what it's all about. If you're NOT adding value, then just keep reading. Though some of them are hard to find, Avalon has over 6,000 threads which contain enough good material to keep us all busy for weeks.

This is an important little statement, and I'll re-post this in a thread of its own.

Ref.: For those who remember (or not) Bob Dean talked about Chris Carter (the creator of the X-Files and "The Lone Gunmen, both excellent") and told on camera that he confronted Chris with some questions regarding specific episodes where he simply asked Chris Carter (if I remember correctly) "where do you get your intel from?" and something funny happened I think.. I should re-watch that part.
But based on personal experience I concur with Bob on his question to Chris..

I hear you, that is why I always note the dates that comes up and cross-check them to the extent I can instead of getting "hyped up" about a very relative possibility that something might happen.
(hence why I posted TWZ for people to cross-check since it has been rather accurate in the past)

But it is a tricky one that is for sure, and censoring is just as tricky, and BELIEVE ME I know what you mean. How can we ever really know? I for one do not, but I use my logic and intuition and do my homework before anything is taken for granted.. To much BS to filter one might say.
