It's only victory when you separate the guilty from the crowd, prosecute..and then move from the prosecuted ...to the guilty hiding behind the scenes. to find them and prosecute them.

Until then, it is merely another animal waiting in the wings to continue attacking, with someone hidden..backing it.

I do appreciate the idea that fluoridation is being tackled, though.
