I heard that something is going on with the magnetic field. Can anyone confirm this, Rocky?
There is quite a bit here.

If you do a search on David Sereda/magnetic u tube---there is a lot about the magnetic pole shift and seems the suns North and South poles have disappeared. Its all there on U tube from the likes of David Sereda and Gregg Braden, they do have scientific background and are well respected.

Thanks, Chris. I have read about the The Schumann resonance and I've heard that it's rising and it is related to human consciousness? Maybe that explains the constant ringing in my ear...

Also I have listened to David Sereda and Gregg Braden. I've also read Braden's book "Fractal Time". Fascinating stuff.

If what I have read from different sources is so, then every planet in our solar system is being affected, changed by something.
It also appears that energy can change DNA---- I darent even hazard a guess where all this is going if anywhere.
Non tinitus ear ringing seems to be happening with a lot of people (myself included)--there are numerous threads here on this.

It seems that all this is related to the shift which is occuring at the moment, shift in the human consciousness. The Sun is a entity (or god) which controls human consciousness, our destiny is at her hands. Dense matter or energy arriving from somewhere else is causing the Sun to act in weird ways and maybe that energy is affecting everything. Also Dolores Cannon has covered this material pretty well, she has connected alot of the dots.

I believe that we have been prepared in many ways... All of this is cyclic. Earlier high civilizations have been destroyed in the past by massive earth changes because of man's greed and inability to live in harmony with nature. Will humans rise to the occasion this time?

Another significant flare slipped by me yesterday ... M1.2 from sunspot 1686 at 7:45 UTC:

spaceweather has covered this one on the farside:

Quote FARSIDE EXPLOSION: An active region on the farside of the sun exploded during the early hours of March 5th, hurling a bright CME into space. Cameras onboard the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) recorded the expanding cloud:

NASA's STEREO-Behind spacecraft is stationed over the farside of the sun, directly above the blast site. An extreme UV telescope onboard the spacecraft recorded a movie of the explosion. The responsible active region will rotate onto the Earthside of the sun in less than a week, which means geoeffective solar activity is in the offing.
    From the SolarHam guy:

    Quote Pubblicato in data 05/mar/2013

Remember Sunspot 1678? What appears to be a strong solar flare was observed this morning around our old friend and an impressive full-halo Coronal Mass Ejection is visible in the latest STEREO Behind COR2 imagery (3/5/2013). Because this was a farsided event, the CME will have no impact on Earth. The solar rotation will bring the active region onto our eastern limb by this weekend.

Have alot of challenges with personal life lately--but i wouldnt blame the sun for tht, lol. Lots of movement, nonetheless!!

    What's new at spaceweather.com:

Quote NEW SUNSPOT: Last week, a farside sunspot hurled a massive CME toward Mars. Now that same sunspot is turning toward Earth. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory photographed it emerging over the sun's eastern limb on March 9th:

They came from outer space--and you can have one! Genuine meteorites are now on sale in the Space Weather Store.

    Own your own meteorite

SOLAR WIND ENERGY SOURCE DISCOVERED: Using data from an aging NASA spacecraft, researchers have found signs of an energy source in the solar wind that has caught the attention of fusion researchers. NASA will be able to test the theory later this decade when it sends a new probe into the sun for a closer look. Get the full story from Science@NASA

COMET PAN-STARRS MOVES NORTH: On March 10th, Comet Pan-STARRS (C/2011 L4) makes its closest approach to the sun inside the orbit of Mercury. As the comet swings by the sun it is also crossing the celestial equator, moving from southern to northern skies. First sightings of the comet are now coming in from the northern hemisphere. Halda Mohammed sends this picture from Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia (latitude +5o N):

"After several days of comet hunting at dusk, on March 8th I finally caught a glimpse of my first comet ever - Comet PanSTARRS," says Mohammed. "Wonderful! I plan to try again tonight."

If the low clouds part, he'll probably see it again. Worldwide observers report that the comet is glowing about as brightly as a 2nd magnitude star, similar to the stars of the Big Dipper. Technically, that makes it a naked-eye object. The only problem is bright evening twilight, which competes with the glow of the comet. Look low and west after sunset; if you can't see the comet, try scanning the horizon with binoculars.

Dates of special interest include March 12th and 13th when the comet passes not far from the crescent Moon. The tight conjunction on the 12th provides a splendid opportunity for sunset photographers. Sky maps: March 12, March 13,

Visibility will improve next week as the comet moves away from the sun. When it is framed by darker skies, Pan-STARRS should become an easy target for naked eyes and small telescopes alike. Check the realtime comet gallery for the latest images.

More: NASA video, 3D orbit, ephemeris, light curves.

NEW SUNSPOT: Last week, a farside sunspot hurled a massive CME toward Mars. Now that same sunspot is turning toward Earth. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory photographed it emerging over the sun's eastern limb on March 9th:

Since targeting Mars with a strong eruption on March 5th, the sunspot appears to have lost some of its potency. We shall see whether the active region still has an explosive magnetic field as it rotates around for better viewing in the days ahead.

    And...

The Magnetometer located in Boulder, Colorado just detected a sudden flucuation in ground currents
and this signals the passage of an expected Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) past our planet.
The Sudden Impulse measured 23 nT at 05:26 UTC Friday morning.
An increase in geomagnetic activity at very high latitudes will be possible.

    SUMMARY: Geomagnetic Sudden Impulse
    Observed: 2013 Mar 15 0526 UTC
    Deviation: 23 nT
    Station: BOULDER

    What is a Sudden Impulse?

A sudden magnetic impulse represents a rapid momentary fluctuation of the geomagnetic field over a
period of only a few minutes. It is generally associated with interplanetary shockwaves produced by
energetic solar events and can (but need not always) be followed by increased geomagnetic activity.

Here is a new image by the GOES-15 Solar X-Ray Imager. What appears to be a significant eruption is currently in
progress around Sunspot 1692 which is now in a great geoeffective position.

Please note that the SDO spacecraft is currently being eclipsed by Earth and images are unavailable at this time.

Just what us sky watchers have been waiting for. What looks to be a

burst associated with a solar flare at the 10cm wavelength was double
or greater than the initial 10cm radio background. This can be indicative
of significant radio noise in association with a solar flare. This noise is
