    Hello everybody.

I'm currently at my ex-wife's house - well it's her 95 year old dad's place (birthday is tomorrow). Been here all weekend and will be here a few more days. She moved back here six months ago to help her dad stay in his house as opposed to wasting away in an old folks home, and is renovating the entire house. She is overwhelmed with the work and since I'm out of work, with no place to stay, and too many things on my mind to stay idle without going crazy I offered to help her. I replaced all the plugs on the main floor with new modern ones. A few months back I rewired the entire upstairs. The rest of my time here will be devoted to sorting, dusting and cleaning. The end is in site and my ex is a little less stressed. Plus I've had no time to wallow in my own misery, so it's all good.

There was a little incident last nite that had me running away in a crazed stupor at about 1 in the morning. I got poisoned! All the bedding has been in a cedar chest for like forever and smothered in moth balls. I said don't worry about it, trying to be cavalier and all that. So we made a bed out of this stuff and I hunkered down at 11:11 for sleep. At exactly 12:12 I woke with a start. My body and my mind were screaming at me to GET OUT NOW! I don't miss or ignore such loud and obvious signs and I stumbled out of my makeshirt bed. But I could not remember where I was - or how to dress myself. My throat hurt and I was dizzy and really dioriented. I finally recalled how to dress and put all my stuff in my pack, stumbled downstairs and out the door. My ex was calling after me but I just kept saying sorry, sorry, I have to get out! She found me walking down the main road ten minutes later. By then I was coming around again and was regaining my senses. She convinced me to come back. Later, after airing out the room we looked up the effects of moth balls: used for repelling insects and small vermin...and increasing the octane content of gasoline! - among other insane uses. Known to be a carcinogen, it causes deleria from prolonged exposure! Some people sniff the stuff to get high, although I do not know who would be able to stand it's god-aweful stench.

Well, I guess I'm going to live - I do feel okay now, although my throat still hurts.

What a strange month I've been having since inviting that implant or whatever from Kryon. I've incurred a lot of karma through the years and I guess I have to negate some of it before I can move forward. I accept that...but who knew?
Male menopause. Happens to millions of women every night, lol. Poor Ernie.

I am currently very upset. Very angry that things are not going the way I would have thought for this planet toward freedom. I wish for all humans to be free but only deeper enslavement occurs. I hope, imagine, and pray that people will know that they have been slaves and fooled by the cabal without CNN needing to tell them they are but they still believe in the news.
Well, we all have those feelings at times. But on the brighter side...let me remind you that it has always been this way...only now more stuff is leaking out than before, thanks to the Internet. Not everyone is ready to find out at the exact same time....
I was 29 when they informed me of the CCC...the Capitalist Communist Conspiracy...Armand Hammer and his connection to the Kremlin...then came the knowledge about the banks...in 1982 I stopped dealing with banks and decided to go debt free forever....my husband still believes that their game can be of benefit...so I have to be patient...
Playdo's advice is spot-on here, so I will only add one thing....the fact that you feel this frustration is to me a sign that you have found your true path and calling, and like a horse that's been kept in a box is now doubly ready for the race.

This anger and frustration is nothing other than energy which you have at your disposal to do with as you choose.
Someone once said that we only ever have enough energy available for our inner transformation...
Although most don't believe this, unfortunately. But if you want to see change in the world you can start by following Astrid's example and paint the laundry room, lol...
you might even inspire a few other to do the same.
If you don't have one you are welcome to paint mine...it sure can do with an extra coat.

    Ouf, here and now.
I just finished a University work that was due yesterday - I beg the extension, it is 3h40 am, and I am going to bed. I will have to get organised differently and may be less on the forum snif.
The whole thing took 40 hours. Ouf!
Now for the second part, meeting customers in the university clinic, taped meeting with supervisors analysing our ways of doing. Another 40 hours will go there.

    Good night everyone
My daughter was laughing tonight telling me that I was not very dedicated to school, too much on the forum. Then telling me nothing below an A is acceptable.
Same here! I really should be writing a paper by now but I just can't stay away from the forum..

    Well, it's honest.

Kinda lends to my argument that military service itself is not alone worthy of the respect the masses in the US seem to demand/expect people have for it.

I'm not saying there's no service members I respect, quite the contrary. Just saying I don't respect ANYONE based on their vocation alone...and anyone who chooses to be part of the "big stick" of the American govt has to earn it from me. F*** those stupid ribbons.,.

Well, the real reason they are in there is that they get lured in via the golden carrot when they are down and out, or want someone to pay for their 'education', and then it's all justified with the ol' 'defense' argument.

I just wish everyone with a "support our troops" sticker would put one of those next to it.

Again...I respect all beings, for existing...and their actions, words, and deeds add to it. But I have contempt for blind support of terrible ideas. And am offended by the "demand" behind that statement.

I support people with good intent.

Good one, 1, thanks...needed it. Sometimes my mind becomes consumed with that thought.

It's scary to me that it's not only a socially acceptable option for my boys' "career", but that they grow up in a society were they are expected to show respect to people because they make that "choice" (I know, I know...a lot of them have very little "choice"...though I wonder how many of them advertise like the dude I mentioned, the "proud killer"), that somehow they are more worthy of "support" and ribbons and parades than our teachers and healers and true "leaders"...those in service to OTHERS.

Ugh....so many issues with our war machine (call it a defense machine if you want....our friggin' national gaurd is out occupying other countries, and has been for a decade), but the advertising and attitude of the masses is the worst. And the scary thing there is, that I dare mention any of these problems, I put myself in a position to be lumped in with the other extreme, the dip****s who spit on soldiers, or judge people for being in the military. I am not one of those, and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I respect a lot of people, despite the jobs I feel they may have not thought so deeply about.

And of course, there's an element of self loathing there. Being in the finance industry is just as complicit. I am just a little further removed, closer to the heart of the beast, where the military is the hands...just because my job isn't as obviously "as dirty" doesn't make it any better. I just get a true fear reaction from the fact that someone would (don't get me started on "can") proudly boast of their job to kill people.

Sheesh, I need to chill out and listen to some real American play some flute!

They are beautiful together. I love Celtic and Native American music. I sprung for a Native American flute. This is a photo of mine which should arrive in about a week. I am a neophyte when it comes to playing music, and have lots of admiration for those that play. In 1995, I had the fortune to listen to Carlos Nakai, just three rows away. It felt like it was just him and me the whole time. Pure bliss.

Yeah, donk, I know what you mean. I have to remind myself that I can only do what I can do. I can only control what I can control, my own actions or reactions, my own attitudes, my own choices, what I project to others. Like Playdo said, like so many people have said. I could get aggravated right there with you, I mean think about how drawn to or connected with the age group targeted by the war machine I really am.

When I feel worry or anxiety or fear or anger about everything going on, it is like giving my power to someone else. I can't wave a magic wand and poof some things out of existence, and it's a good thing I can't because think of all the people that would have to start over learning lessons, haha.

So, yes I see it, too. But I have to focus on the here and now, actually. Keeping myself focused on this moment and what I can do with it, what I can do within it.

    Much Love,
Thanks, 1inMany. I'm looking for another way to express through breath and heart without words. One more way to move into the deeper parts of me. No imperfection to me breathing into the flute. (That's what I'll learn.)

We had the most awesome weekend. By the time I went to bed last night, every inch of my body was aching. We cleaned out one of the sheds, and put up some shelving. Next weekend we start filling the shelves with dry goods and some other stuff, some we have, some we will get. I have this internal struggle with worry, and getting this set up freed me. Plus, Friday night every child I feel responsible for was in a safe place, and I did not have to even think about any child anywhere for a whole 24 hour period. Mike and I had the most wonderful evening ever. I had a couple of drinks, he mesmerized me with his bass playing, we fulfilled our life long dream of going to sleep early and not waking up before the sun. A whole, continuous night of sleep with no worries. No need to keep one ear open or one eye open.

We finally got a fire going out here, got rid of the "burn pile," a massive bonfire that was. I had to laugh, because Mike is such a city guy. He started the fire with about a gallon of gasoline before I realized what he was doing. Then, when it got dark he pulled the Tahoe out to the back and parked it right beside the fire so he could watch it but still be not sitting on the ground. What a funny man. Camping, minus the camping. Meanwhile, Em was happy on her back on the ground absorbing the beauty of the country sky, black as pitch, watching the stars doing what they do....just being beautiful...and everywhere.

Oh, how I did not want that to end. I'm keeping the memory fresh, I can smell the bonfire of all the limbs we cleaned up...of course, I can block out the smell of the gasoline which is nice, haha.

Heading to Little One's school for Lunch with Grandparents day. Tonight is Open House, where the parents meet the teachers and oogle over the walls covered with pictures colored outside the lines and miscellaneous items cut from construction paper. Well, mostly cut. Good thing the shapes are outlined in black so one can make out the artist's rendition from the photocopier's rendition. K wants me to take pictures, that will be funny because a photographer I am not. Em and Little One both have Open House, so it's back to juggling for me.

I think I will go outside and sit with my weekend some more...

    Much Love Every One,

That lunch was just plain fun. I chuckled a lot. You may know that we should all be eating 5 fruits and vegetables every day. But, did you know that each pickle slice that comes with lunch is one vegetable? Or that if you pick a cherry out of the fruit cup, it is one fruit? I also did not realize to a four year old, one-zero-zero-zero is one hundred forty five, definitely need to work on that. Out of the blue, Little One asked if I could count to infinity, which was pretty funny. I said, "Hmmm. That's a lot of numbers. Can you?" And he said, "Naw, I can only count to one hundred."

Sharing my smiles with you...Much Love,
Life is a road we don't travel alone. But everyone's on their own journey home.
