Brings to mind what Mother Teresa said, I've always loved her, that "if you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one."

My mind wants to go to explaining how many ways that applies, but I don't really need to I bet.

Of course. In fact, here's a thought for you, from my heart.

And as far as psychopaths go... and I know some folks try and tell me I am not, but under my definition, I am a full blown psychopath and know myself pretty well. The difference is that I discovered it was more fun not being all about me all the time and so I am a "redeemed" psychopath. But if Steve Richards is right, I have a zillion "spirit" attachments because I have no doubt i have killed all sorts of animals and "human" animals too during my many lifetimes where I did not get permission at their soul level so to do... so I am one big massive ball of confusion as I have to be at least 1,000 spirits... and some of them are human and some of them are not from anywhere near earth and some of them have never been in the physical world till I sucked em into it.
    Hello WookieeJustOne,

I came across a Native American version parasite of the mind called “wetiko”. It’s easier to read up on rather than the spend time on the Horus-Ra thread. I’m reading, “Dispelling Wetiko,” by Paul Levy & Catherine Austin Fitts. Here’s a video link: Dispelling Wetiko

“...wetiko, a contagious psycho spiritual disease of the soul, a parasite of the mind that is currently being acted out en masse on the world stage via a collective psychosis of titanic proportions. This mind-virus, which Native Americans have called "wetiko" covertly operates through the unconscious blind spots in the human psyche, rendering people oblivious to their own madness and compelling them to act against their own best interests.”

My perspective is that it was freeing to know there’s a name for what my gut has shown me my entire life. I was raised by someone who had archonic energy. It also explained why I was protective of my siblings. Then and now, I feel a wave of energy change. Sometimes it’s cold and clammy, sometimes it’s a huge boom in my gut and head, or my heart throbs and pounds. I hold my breath. As if in slow motion, I watch the escalation of temperaments morph.

All this time, I’ve labeled myself as crazy, weak, or bad for judging what I see. Now....Game’s over. It’s freeing. Knowledge busted me out of that paradigm. I see with different eyes. That’s the critical difference. False label's gone. I do not attach a label to myself. That pulls me into the game. I watch. It subsides. It fizzles away.

I believe there’s a counter balance to the darkness in this duality space. And it pounds on the Light or Lighted Ones, all to prevent them from seeing their greatness. If darkness plays the trickster to us Lighted Ones, then it’s easy to take hold of and infect the many. So I do my part and recognize when I allow myself to get sucked into the quicksand. And stop. It’s darkness’ game to use the Lighted One’s power to escalate the trauma/drama 100 fold. It has none of it’s own. So, I make conscious choices to either lighten the atmosphere by joking, or call someone on their folly, end my associations with a person/group or leave. I know to leave is positive action and not running from the problem.

To the point of past lives:

I am a sum total of this life and past lives. There’s much more good that overrides any potential garbage from other lives. That history is freed. Call it implant removed or implanted. They’re just words. Words that root into a body that trickster darker ones just love it when I allow myself to plop right into their paradigm.

I believe everyone on this planet is here because they are the greatest Warriors in Mother Earth’s history. We are back one last time to move us all into the age of care, share and Love. So that is where my focus and purpose resides.

    Hearts,
    Paula

Here and Now...you could blow me down with a feather. When I was 16, my father and step-mother withdrew me from high school so that I could watch my little brother, an infant. That lasted a couple of years. Then, my Dad (his Dad) passed away when he was (I think) a very young teen. I found him on facebook a while back and once in a long while he pops up with an update. I never understand his updates. He seems to be a vagrant or some such, so I worry, I send ho'oponopono, I say a little prayer once in a while. He is fully an adult at this point, has had a couple of run-ins with the law.

Today for some reason, I got curious about a word someone used on his facebook wall, the word "gathering." He was trying to go to a "gathering." He keeps updating his status from these weird places, all over the country, but never seems to say much. That's why I think about him from time to time I guess, wondering if he is homeless and hitch-hiking and running from the police or something. Well, researcher that I am, haha, I found what he was talking about. I'm speechless.

Quote Rainbow Gatherings are temporary intentional communities,[1] typically held in outdoor settings, and espousing and practicing ideals of peace, love, harmony, freedom and community, as a consciously expressed alternative to mainstream popular culture, consumerism, capitalism and mass media.

Rainbow Gatherings and the Rainbow Family of Living Light (usually abbreviated to "Rainbow Family") are an expression of a Utopian impulse, combined with bohemianism, hipster and hippie culture, with roots clearly traceable to the counterculture of the 1960s. Mainstream society is commonly referred to and viewed as "Babylon", connoting the participants' widely held belief that modern lifestyles and systems of government are unhealthy, unsustainable, exploitative and out of harmony with the natural systems of the planet. The original Rainbow Gathering was in 1972, and has been held annually in the United States from July 1 through 7 every year on National Forest land.[2] Throughout the year, regional and international gatherings are held in the United States and throughout the rest of the world respectively.

Relations with law enforcement and local communities are frequently an issue. Media coverage is often unfavorable, focusing on drug use, nudity, assaults, fugitives, serious traffic charges such as drunken driving and the countercultural aspects of the assemblage. Nevertheless, the Gatherings have proven a durable and international phenomena for over 40 years.[3]
Oh, dear. What to do with this one.

    Much Love,
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow_Gathering
I want to assure you that not all people who attend gatherings are in trouble. I spent several years on purpose hitchiking around the country when young and yes I have been to gatherings, what a wonderful experience it was. Usually no alhcohol allowed, acid, mushrooms weed yes, money no only bartering. However I am sure some things may have changed, for instance burning man was born of the rainbow movement. We may have been young and carefree, that was the point. Gatherings can be a great point to grow from, and usually we all grow up.

Thanks, yukondiva and ulli...I needn't put the label of victim on my brother, I can actually allow myself to imagine him living the time of his life. All I could see was another soul in need...maybe needing a home, a friend. That gets weighty. I will get the courage up to reach out to him. He is a stranger to me, and I to him. A lifetime is a long time, but it feels like yesterday I was changing his diapers and smooching all over his little face, nurturing his little soul. He looks quite like my Dad, so looks like some work for me there.

Thank you for helping me see that he might be a free spirit, obviously he has broken away from the Jehovah's Witness mind programming spell. That alone is cause to rejoice in my book. Maybe he is an awakening soul, and we can reconnect at some point.

Dang, my pocket kings were no good last night, shoulda held out for the ladies like I posted...when I was close to the bubble (last person in tournament out of the cash), I looked down and felt good about kings in the hole, even better when the only caller to my pre-flop all-in was ace-queen off-suit (hand I hate the most, never seem to win with it, always seems to beat me), so all I thought I had to dodge was a bullet (ace).

Flop comes 10-rag-rag (rainbow...as in: no possible flush), feeling good...

Turn is a jack...no way, now all of a sudden all I DON'T wanna see is that king I was hoping for pre-flop...

And the river?? Of course that third king comes...I mean, dude had 5 outs (the three aces to make top pair, and the kick in the nuts king, giving me a set but him broadway--straight of 10-J-Q-K-A)

Braodway crushes the hopes and dreams of the 3 kings. There's a metaphor in there somewhere...

Oh well, was fun, [relatively] cheap, and educational. Poker is the only voluntary competitive situation I put myself in, and I have been approaching it lately from a non-engagement position....where I am not playing to make money, to be better than anyone else, but rather to mainly test my discenment skills. The rules are cut and dry, there is no hiding from logic and math, there is a decent amount of skill involved, almost enough to take luck out of it...

Unfortunately, you can't take ALL the luck out of it--maybe that's what makes it fun, though I am awfully unlucky--which makes it not-so-fun at times. Also, I'm a terrible liar, so I don't even try bluffing--but I find it exciting to try to figure out when I'm being lied to. I've gotten pretty good at it, unfortunately there is always that luck factor, where the odds were something like 90% in my favor, and I never seem to avoid the few cards that can crush my soul.

When I can transcend the competitiveness of it, let go of ego and just stay in the moment, not overthinking, not expecting any particular outcome--that seems to be the only time I find success. Luck seems to come when I need it most, if I am in the right frame of mind...seems whenever my mindset is negative or preoccupied, I just give money.

Here & now I wish I was at the poker table rather than in front of this screen. There trying to make it legal (again) in my state to play online, maybe when that happens there's enough avalon card-players to get an online game...

    Donk,

I know the odd person who is so darned psychic and 'out of time', that they have permanent lifetime bans from Vegas.

They don't like psychic card readers there. I can do it to some degree and I can sharpen my skills, and be quite good. But these folks -are off the scale. They don't even like cards or care for the games and the money. They are simply capable of calling the cards before they hit the table, every time.

They win as they are dispassionate, disconnected from the results. They don't care, they have no investment in the moment that would pull them in, and break their capacity to visualize.

The other trick is to to a physic clear and reset, for each hand. Otherwise the thing gets jumbled and it cannot be 'read'. It comes not from the forebrain, but emerges as a visualization coming out of the hindbrain.

Any form of involvement or emotional attachment, breaks the concentration of it, it breaks the connection. They win as they know how to do it and they don't care, they are not involved/invested.

If one IS invested, then a PUSH can be used to cloud the others, to blank their minds. Which is how the dirty players do it. One can win, as the others are not at home, one has blanked them out.

Is this bad karma, such behavior (blanking the rest at the table) and will it cost, at a later date?

Play with this sort of thing with a set of cards. To let the cards sit for a few seconds, before each turn. to allow the TIME of a reset in the mind to occur. There must be enough definition from one moment to the next so the time sense can understand one coming moment from the next coming moment..

If you eventually find that it does work for you, remember to not be invested ...and walk away from the table when the spell breaks. As soon as one cares and is invested, the spell breaks and the capacity disappears. The body would retreat into the now moment (save the avatar from the perceived danger) and not be able to read across time anymore.

Good? Bad? What to do...always temping, isn't it?

I'll go as far as trying to guess the lottery numbers, but that is difficult with other millions pushing things around, in their unaware states. A bit more fair. The best time, IMO, to guess the lottery numbers is closest to the cut off time for the given lottery. As in one hour before the draw time/date.

Aw wow, that's wild Carmody, thanks for that.

I want to keep at the level of fun though...I'll continue to try REMOVING any chance of charmic debt from the game--attempt to "play the game" without playing it, without competition or ego or expectations from the universe, and most of all, the unknown (as Paula's been mentioning lately) is what I am drawn to.

If anything, I'd want to be like Damon in "Good Will Hunting" (heh, betcha thought I'd say "Rounders", eh!), where he can read everyone and know what they have (and then walk away saying "I don't play poker!") with subtle clues and feeling the energy. I don't want to be able to impose my will or confusion or manipulation on anyone...more than anything I want practise at knowing when someone is trying to decieve me.

As far as "not being invested", that's my goal in every interaction throughout life...I found that is the key to creating the most desirable reality you can have.

Was thinking...you could substitute "buddist" with poker player...the fam doesn't understand it all, the friends think it's something beyond them, when I play--I'm in some completely other world with completely other rules for a little bit (my favorite reason for playing), but really, I'm sitting at a table with an interesting cross-section of society playing cards.

Quote So I do my part and recognize when I allow myself to get sucked into the quicksand.
Thanks Paula, great way to handle I will remember it and will try to do the same! I stay for too long which only costs energy and does not contribute at all and is toxic for empaths

    Muse - exogenesis

    Part 1: Ouverture

    Aping my soul
    You stole my overture
    Trapped in God's program
    Oh I can't escape

    Who are we?
    Where are we?
    When are we?
    Why are we?
    Who are we?
    Where are we?
    Why, why, why?

    Woah

    I can't forgive you
    And I can't forget

    Who are we?
    Where are we?
    When are we?
    Why are we?

    Who are we?
    Where are we?
    When are we?
    Why are we in here?

    Part 2: Cross Pollination

Rise above the crowd, and wade through toxic clouds
    Breach the outer sphere
The edge of all our fears
    Rest with you
We are counting on you, it's down to you

Spread our codes to the stars
    You must rescue us all

Spread our codes to the stars
    You must rescue us all

Tell us, tell us your final wish?
Now we know you can never return
Tell us, tell us your final wish?
We will tell it to the world

    Part 3: Redemption

    Let's start over again
Why can't we start it over again
Just let us start it over again
    And we'll be good
This time we'll get it, get it right
It's our last chance to forgive ourselves
"I cannot detach myself from the wickedest soul"

Ok.. going to settle for this album,
just in the mood for some Leonard Cohen

    Drop dead divine...
Awesome Astrid, one of my favorites too. Here's my favorite Leonard Cohen album, Death Of A Ladies Man. It was produced by Phil Spector, and it's quite easy to tell. Simply gorgeous:

Here's a place where we could have Dennis' luau. See, some of us are already there. I believe Dennis is the one at the edge of the surf, digging his toes into the warm sand.

Maybe it could be part luau, part clambake? I know a little about doing a clambake ... dig a hole in the sand, make a fire. I don't think I could put in clams though ... it'd have to be a cornbake and potatobake.

BTW, Astrid will have to come for sure... this is in Australia... 'The Loch Ard Gorge is part of Port Campbell National Park, Victoria, Australia.'
