This is supposed to be the symbolims of the Maya ball game.

I once tried to take a pic like that, but not nearly as good - either I'm not too good at slam dunks or the Sun wasn't playing ball

Could you make a detour to my area?

That's too funny, I was watching some episodes of Season 2 yesterday and the day before. "Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition", cracks me up every time.

There are birds chirping outside, and the faint noise of an airplace, the computer is warm and it's fan is loud, today it is sunny outside and a clear blue sky hugs the earth. The room is spacious and on the way to getting cozy, this new start has gonne as smoth as it could and for that i thank Mother Earth and God, for allowing me to search in me for strength and finding much more than i hoped for, for giving me this situation where i had to awaken and revise many things that had been left to luck. I am greatful now. The cold tea in the cup hold a jasmine flavor that has gone strong because the bag still rests in it... it tastes a tad bitter, i didnt put any honey nor sugar. suddenly another plane and the door slowly creeks as it opens to let a bit of light in. the ligh is on because the window is small, it doesnt bother me tho, this room is safe and loving as the earth holds it up to its waist. Yes, the sky is brigh blue.

Ok since we seem to be a little cat based on this thread,I will tell you the story of the first time I met a tiger.

Many moons ago before I was a zookeeper, we were at a persons compound. Ron was a big guy six five and three hundred and something pounds. When we got to his place I immediatly noticed the tigers, lions and Jaguars. But mostly one tiger whose name was Targa. He was a seven hundred and fifty pound siberan tiger he was giant and so pretty with such large eyes, I was instantly hypnotized by his presence.

Being that this was a private compound you could get really close, and I did. I had never been so close to such a large and magnificent animal.
    He was so beautiful.
I was staring at him when Ron came over and said "would you like to pet him"? I said yes oh yes. ( still do not know where that came from, it was like I was dreaming)So Ron whips out his giant key ring and proceeds to open the door. He motions for me to come into the cage, and he latches the door behind him.

The tiger comes over and starts rubbing against us his head is almost level with mine, he's so large it's hard for me to hold my balance as he leans against us,Ron says "don't be scared he's a baby. The next thing I know Im plunging my hands thru his thick oily fur, when I hear him making like a little coughing sound. Seeing the look on my face Ron says" he's purring" he likes you. In fact what he was doing was buffing, at least thats what we called it. Tigers can't purr so they make a sound like buuhhhfff.
After some dreamy minutes of petting the tiger, the tiger decides to grab my foot to try and take me down, so Ron recommended we leave. Eventually Targa came to live with me and we had many happy years together. When I wanted to freak people out I would put a peice of chicken or beef in my mouth and Targa would take it from my lips as gentle as a kitten. Targa had children and I raised them too. But he was and will always be the first Cat I ever loved.

Multidimensional is a pure energy environment. we are, in those places, a knot of energy that is organized, like a kid making a thing with Lego blocks, but in this case, of energy.

We start small, and build ourselves. Into something larger, something more connected.

If we connect to others in those places, we are presented with choice. to join, or..... attempt to absorb. To connect in commonality, or to attempt to 'eat' the other. Or.. to decline to engage in both/either.

In times of peacefulness in those places, we must still maintain our organization, to 'keep it together' as it were. We connect to others and have a group mind in those commonalities, as a extra mechanism that protects or watches for the issue of others. Some part of us must be self designed to never stop being alert. Either on our own or as connected to this system of alertness and similarity.

It is not the times of 'war' (confrontation) that causes loss, but the times of peace, if and when our guard is relaxed.

Look around at this world. It is supposedly a training ground, a learning place and space AND a reflection of that dimensional energetic space.

    What do you see?

Another memory for the village. I took a job cleaning a couples house, it was well known in our small town they were very reclusive and a little strange, so when I showed up that morning and knocked on the door the woman let me in saying " never open any door in this house without one of us with you" I chalked it up to them being a lil strange.
After four hours of nonstop cleaning, I decided to take a break. I was sitting on the sofa smoking a ciggarrette when I saw a blur fly by out of the corner of my eye. Hmmmm perhaps it was the sun shining thru the dustmotes. I continued to smoke when all of a sudden a bobcat jumped on my head.
As you can imagine lots of things were running thru my mind. First is this thing going to attack me? Second how could I get him off me without getting bit. He was perfectly balanced on my head. I remember musing about the perfect balance it required to sit upon my head. I dare not move and as there was no one around, and I dare not shout for rescue I sat there some minutes before someone passed the living room and noticed there was a bobcat sitting on my head. It was the husband of the woman who let me in. He said " be very still, this is a territory thing, i'll go get my wife" a minute later she comes into the room and snatches the bobcat off my head as easy as you would snatch your ordinary domestic cat.
I ended up working with these people for years and part of my job was cleaning the bobcat enclosure, beleive it or not that little bobcat freaked me out on many occassions, sitting above his enclosure door so I couldn't get out he would growl at me menacingly. I worked with alot of animals, been chased by a bear charged by a jaguar, played with tons of venomous snakes, but that tiny bobcat had me totally intimidated and he knew it!

Here and now, i'm in front my computer, the fireplace in the back, it's 6h30pm and the night is going to fall.
I'm stuck at home for 10 days minimum , I've a sciatica... What a strocke of luck!
But there are positive points, I'm going to be able to work my english, read, tidy up my spirit and browse the forum. This time will be not lost .
When I draft this lines , I listen to this song of Goran Bregovic, I forgets a little bit the pain, but I can't dance !

If somebody knows good musics for meditation has to give me, I would be delighted !

    Hi everybody!

    Thank you and Peace
Sciatica...hellish pain. Needs attention. Apart for distant healing which this thread has become famous for you may need vitamin B12 for the nerve, chiropractic adjustments of the spine, and massages and muscle relaxants.
Also might want to heat some sea salt in a pan...maybe one pound or so, then put it into a pillow case, make a knot, and put the hot salt bag on the pain area.
The salt crystals, when hot, radiate deep into the tissue and its an amazing form of pain relief.

I once tried to take a pic like that, but not nearly as good - either I'm not too good at slam dunks or the Sun wasn't playing ball
Sorry to disagree Paula - a lot of it is in the feet, he's got at least a foot and a half more than me
Araucaria, I may have been too literal in your interpretation. bwahaha!!!

    Hi Alexis
You might also try a bag of cherry stones heated in the microwave, not tried it myself but they say it works well (I hadn't heard of the sea salt version).
A spot of sunshine might help as well, but that might be too late!
