I just saw the thread started by Astrid about Bright Garlick. Really lovely what she is doing to help Garlick and especially is family at this time. I am certainly going to help them out. It is really my first proper introduction to this amazing man. I know there are many gorgeous souls residing here but it was a delight to find out more about Garlick, though unfortunately out of this news about his health. Now I am a fan. So thank you sir. Here is one of his vids and I intend to study more.

Governments and authorities often make important announcements that people won't like during Mercury retrograde. And Cyprus and the EU and IMF have done just that. The are introducing a bailout levy which is forcing savers with under 100,000 euros to pay 6.75% and those with over 100,000 euros must pay 9.9%.


It's daylight robbery!! It was announced at the weekend when most banks are closed, and people are queuing at ATM's to try to get some money out...........People could not prepare for this....so I am advising you ALL wherever you live to beware of the banks. All banks are interconnected and your money is not safe in a bank.

Make sure you have enough cash out of the bank. And invest the rest in gold and silver. Right now, the prices of bullion are low. We will have to learn how to work together - bartering and exchanging services rather than engaging in the tax regimes which are going to get stronger and tighter as the months go by. In the long run, this can be a good thing as we can work in communities and support one another. But let's not let the banks rip us off and let's try to prepare for the coming changes.

Most of the areas experiencing the RADAR pulses are CLEAR (with no cloud cover) .. a few are occurring inside the actual storms.. causing areas to "disappear" even though there IS precipitation at the location (disappearing in a sawtooth / square pattern) 



Late PM on March 16, and the late PM of March 17 -- so far several of the areas have received strong cell storms -- SW missouri / Central Arkansas -- having damaging winds last night (early am of the 17th).



Tennessee having severe weather today / tonight (17th going into the 18th).



Tomorrow, March 18th, the professionals have now forecast SEVERE weather to develop inside each pulse area .

A federal appeals court reinstated a lawsuit seeking Central Intelligence Agency documents outlining its drone targeted killing program, ruling Friday that the agency’s refusal to acknowledge the program and whether records exist about it contradicts public statements by top government officials, including President Barack Obama.

Cyprus' savers bear brunt of unprecedented bailout

BRUSSELS/NICOSIA (Reuters) - The euro zone agreed on Saturday to hand Cyprus a bailout worth 10 billion euros ($13 billion), but demanded depositors in its banks forfeit some money to stave off bankruptcy despite the risk of a wider run on savings.

The eastern Mediterranean island becomes the fifth country after Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Spain to turn to the euro zone for financial help during the region's debt crisis.

In a radical departure from previous aid packages - and one that gave rise to incredulity and anger across the country - euro zone finance ministers forced Cyprus' savers to pay up to 10 percent of their deposits to raise almost 6 billion euros.

Parliament was due to meet on Sunday to vote on the measure, and approval was far from assured.

The decision prompted a run on cashpoints, most of which were depleted by mid afternoon, and co-operative credit societies closed to prevent angry savers withdrawing deposits.

Almost half Cyprus's bank depositors are believed to be non-resident Russians, but most queuing on Saturday at automatic teller machines appeared to be Cypriots.

President Nicos Anastasiades, elected three weeks ago with a pledge to negotiate a swift bailout, said refusal to agree to terms would have led to the collapse of the two largest banks.

"On Tuesday ... We would either choose the catastrophic scenario of disorderly bankruptcy or the scenario of a painful but controlled management of the crisis," Anastasiades said in written statement.

In several statements since his election, he had previously categorically ruled out a deposit haircut.

"My initial reaction is one of shock," said Nicholas Papadopoulos, head of parliament's financial affairs committee. "This decision is much worse than what we expected and contrary to what the government was assuring us, right up until last night," he told Reuters, without saying whether he would back the measure or whether he thought it would pass.

Papadopoulos is vice-chairman of the Democratic Party, a partner in Cyprus's centre-right ruling coalition and whose support in parliament will be crucial to pass any haircut.

Parliament was expected to convene from 1600 local (1400 GMT) on Sunday to discuss the emergency legislation. Without parliamentary approval, a haircut cannot take place.

Cyprus may make its citizens shoulder a 12.5-percent crisis tax on savings larger than €100,000, while reducing the tax for smaller deposits to 3 percent, Reuters reported. Panic ensued as Cypriots rushed to withdraw savings. Wonderful Post Paula. Very warm soul is Bright. I resonate with him. Sending him my love and intentions for healing. This video has great insight. New wujo from Clif. No updates on the "time event" nor anything else that he normally speaks about but I found it remarkably interesting so going to post here anyway.

This one has to do with Native American "creation myths" from the Northwest. Perhaps Gio and others from the region have long been aware of these stories and understandings but was completely new to me. Talks about life *before* the annunaki showed up and then very descriptive and fascinating information on how the natives of that region (going into Alaska) were able to stand up to and eventually even drive off the "sky people" due to a variety of reasons.

Makes a reference to this book ... but really covers stories from other island cultures as well.

The Kolbrin Bible contains an allegory about how a celestial body flies by Earth, creating a large amount of volcanic activity, and leads to the destruction of Atlantis, Masters detailed. The so-called Lost Book of Nostradamus includes a prophecy about a harbinger of doom that will appear in the constellation of Ophiuchus, he continued.

Masters believes that an "object of interest" captured in webcam photos of the Turrialba Volcano in Costa Rica is possibly a harbinger to the arrival of Planet X. He nicknamed the object "Bluebonnet" because of its bluish color and said that it appears before sunset near the ecliptic of the sun. Bluebonnet, he reported, may be planet-sized but can only be observed from high altitudes above the cloud cover during certain times of the day, such as sunset. Further, he believes Planet X could be arriving this year. "2012 was the warm-up band, and 2013 is the headline act," he commented.

First hour guest, biblical prophecy expert Cris Putnam talked about the possibility that the Vatican is preparing for an ET savior. Synchronicity...just a bit ago I PM'd someone. In part the message was about George's March 21st date. He also stated it about a year ago. This was part of the message that I call "upgrades":

These are the timely upgrade dates I welcome. I can’t recall where some of them came from but added them to the calendar from sources. What’s important is awareness and to be open.

• Equinox - March 20th-21st (Wednesday-Thursday) Some are using this date rather than December 21, 2012 as bridging with the Higher Self, lessening of the veil, etc.
• Monday, March 25th - Final activation of Christ DNA
• Tuesday, March 26th - full moon change over and the collapses of the old structures

I also use solar flares as a positive force. My thoughts:

They are welcomed but prefer them in a small, steady stream. Like a spark plug, it ignites whatever mechanisms/DNA/wave information in the body, which in turn fires up the connection to Divine within and without.

During these times, I prefer not to be around others. I don’t want to cross contaminate garbage with someone else’s. I also believe people of Light need to be more vigilant because manifestation from start to finish has quickened. Unless there’s a greater purpose, I’d choose not to be the trigger in someone else’s movie. Though I do understand that we all move as All-Oness in this delicate gossamer web. Experience is just experiential without tacking on the good/bad label.
