Is Paul McCartney a CLONE??

I don't think McCartney is clone. If he is a clone then I don't have a problem with it since many great Beatles songs (Hey Jude, Let it Be, Get Back etc.) were written after alleged death of real Paul.

The story I heard was that the real Paul MCartney died(?) and was replaced by a look a like...........

That story came out long ago. If you really know the beatles, you would know that is just bs.
