Since the dream where I was the actor on stage and also in the audience watching the drama, I have wondered: "Is my purpose here to provide entertainment for my higher self?" Sometimes I think yes. Especially during the dream state when someone pulls my toe, or rings a telephone, maybe to get my attention. I don't have a telephone that sounds like the one that sometimes rings during my dreams.

In this lifetime I began my journey looking for metaphysical, out of the box answers during 1975.

I would not use the word bored but substitute curious.
Not saying im right but here is a possibility.

The Creator knew everything but being formless could not experience anything--- touch sensation is needed for this.
So Source became form, everything including humans.
The Hindus call this Maya/illusion Indra's dream.
The illusion is that we think we are separate from Source.

So we were given potential and free will to see what would happen.
As said if everyone was enlightened the play would end, or at least this chapter would end.
Enlightened beings function perfectly and enjoy life to the full without the limitation of ego.
Consciousness is now evolving to know itself and the process is accelerating.

Found this book on Trainee Humans' Thread, and after reading the first few chapters, find it an excellent read so far. Yep! Wish I had had this one, before reading William Buhlman. Yah I know... cccc. Haven't y'all figured that one out, that no matter what we learn, there will be someone comes a long with a better way. This looks to be far simpler, and much quicker for jumping OB, than even Buhlmans methodology. It does me no good to try this now, but for a beginning OBE'er, it would seem to me that this is a no brainer. Try it by all means.

Certainly I read THs' thread, and do not object to any of it. It's his journey, and he can live it anyway he so chooses.

In reading raeding through the material on the Sith73 threads, I have found that it goes back about 100 million years worth of our existance. Well, if I may do as usual, I would like to give you a bit more food for thought, which by the way should be how you look at everything I give you anyway, knowing how I post, if that is, you have been following. If you haven't been following, read my signature, quotes before wasting any more time here.

Ouroboros, you know the one, the snake, eating its' own tail, yah that one. What's it mean? Going round in circles, for the simple answer. It is found in various cultures throughout our ancient past. In thinking of our Universe, by the "wisdom" of ouroboros, one can immagine, that this Universe has been going round and round and round, for all time. Yep! But what even does that mean. Back to that which I keep saying. Infinity. Source is infinite. This Univerase is infinite. We have been doing this for all time. There is no beginning... that holds any meaning. 100 million years? Right! For "this" cycle maybe. Infinity means "Infinity". Backwards, or forward.

So... who was in control... 200 million years ago? Who was in control... 100 Trillion years ago? Infinity... is infinity!

Those who try to limit our ancestry, need to do a bit more research. The only way to learn of our roots... is to go OB, and achieve total 24/7 communion with our HS/Source.

I you ain't there yet, you may wanna do some more reseach.

But then we're right back to this again also... what do I know? ccccc.

I am near the end of the 3rd book by Robert Monroe, ULTIMATE JOURNEY, and just went through some chapters where he is using the term Phase or Phasing, and thank you for sharing more sources of information on OBE, especially since Phasing is used in the ebook linked above.

I still have not finished the two William Buhlman books.

I had listened to the free audio downloads from The Monroe Institute, 32 podcasts of the Explorer series, so was very familiar with Miranon since I had listened to many of the podcasts at least twice and was delighted to see Miranon mentioned again in the third book.

Listening to the Explorer podcasts in conjunction with reading Mr. Monroe's books seems to be a good way to get a broader view of the OBE research documented.

This morning, after reaching a certain point of Mr. Monroe's experiences and reflections upon their meaning near the end of ULTIMATE JOURNEY, I wondered if I was holding in my hand something like a Return Ticket in thoughtform. I know I have come upon a Big Clue at the very least.

I have not yet tried OBE for myself. Still prefer my method of gathering all information available first. So thank you for adding the useful book linked above as a resource to study and use.

Hello everyone

I have been reading this thread nightly and always check to see if there have been any further posts...........so yes you could say I've been a serious lurker.

I'm interested because I have had some interesting experiences myself, more so recently, especially since taking such an interest.

I wish to share this with you all, in the hope of some feedback and maybe verification.

Quite a few weeks ago I woke up early on a Saturday morning and decided to finish some knitting (yes really, im not kidding) after about 2 hours I decided to try and go back to bed for a bit and just lay there self meditating to relax.

I imagined a pure light shining through each part of my body, cleansing, relaxing and healing.

Then somewhere between drifting to sleep and still remaining conscious I felt this surge which I can only describe as shuddering right throughout my entire body.

Its hard to try and put into words but I literally felt like I was falling into them and I was also aware of the sensation of my teeth chattering, although I didn't hear them it was more of a feeling.
Now I managed to drift in and out of this for what seemed like 10 to 15 minutes. On one hand enjoyed the sensation and was intrigued and on the other I was aware that my partner was laying next to me and might hear my teeth chattering.

Then the next I remember is being in a very lucid dream that I just knew I could control. So, I started to fly at first and became very exited that I could actually do this, then a little nervous as I flew higher, at which point things became darker so I came back down and landed in a front garden. I peered through the window to see a women and two children( I didn't recognise). The window was wood framed and I knew I could go through if tried, which I did. There was a little resistance but once I got through that fear it was effortless.

Anyway I danced around this women and knew instinctively that she couldn't see me, which seemed to confirm to me that this was a very special dream. I then proceeded to kiss her on the cheeks and I remember thinking that this would warm her or cheer her up.
The next bit is sketchy but I remember walking up a staircase and I knew the woman and children would be upstairs so I continued to go up. At this point the stairs divided into 2 and on the left divide there was a bright light (artificial) that I didn't want to explore. I stayed on the staircase that I was already on and ended up in the bedroom. The woman was in bed but the children were playing on the wooden floor it was at this point I noticed the younger child had no form below the waist. This puzzled me but I was not frightened.

I seemed to be very aware at this point and said or thought out loud if I am controlling this I want to be able to sing a song no one has ever heard of and it will be a really good song that others would like to hear.

I cant remember the song now but I do remember singing it and it was good, although trust me I cant sing a note in real life.

Then it all got a bit hilarious and I was faced with 3 very plugged in, immaculate looking women singing a ridiculous song, something about "bling" which made giggle and snigger to the point that I woke up laughing.. and also with a compelling feeling of how we are all manipulated in reality to the point of laughter.

This dream and experiences have stayed with me and I vowed on that Saturday to do this again cos it all seemed so easy to achieve.
Suffice to say that it hasn't happened since !!!....and not for the want of trying either.

I just wanted to share this with you as I have enjoyed reading about all of your individual experiences so much ...and Sirdipswitch you have made me cry with laughter at your humour, honesty and no nonsense approach.

I hope that my experience may be of interest to some and appreciate any thoughts or advice.

Interestin story!! Loved it. OBE? Dunno. Lucid Dream? Dunno. ccc. Could be either. The resistance, going through the window, makes me think OBE, and your interactions with the people, also indicate OBE. Your shuddering , or vibration as most call it, certainly indicates OBE, but there's still that dream feeling to it that says no. hmm. Usually there's no doubt about it when you are out of body, because it's just like real life, only you can look back and see your body still lying where you left it. ccc.

You might wanna try that book I mentioned that I found on Trainee Humans thread, about the Phase. Downlode it read it and try it. How to get OB in 3-5 days, is explained in the very first chapter, and seems like it otta work great. And remember to keep your Intention, on YOUR HS/Source. That's the only one that you want to be "connecting" with!

Your kissing the womans cheek, to make her feel better, reminded me of something I do. I told George that I wanted to heal people, with just a touch, and guess what? I do. All the time. Bunches of them now. ccc. I've become the clumsiest person you could ever know. ccc. Everytime I go to the store now, I heal people. And the real cool part about it, is that I can do it without them even knowing that I did it. ccc. I can read peoples sickness just passing by, and then I watch and manuver to them in a crowded situation, so that I can just "brush" past them, or gently touch a little finger to their arm or hand or something of that nature, and be gone, and they don't even suspect what I did. ccc.

Ah the perks, of goin Astral. ccc. Why did I strive so hard for total 24/7 Communion with my HS/Source???? Duh!!! I dunno there Buckwheat!!! People just irritate the "S" right outta me, when they come up with stuff like, what's the big deal with OBE, I like what I'm doing right now, "Here in the"Now". "F" the NOW, I am ETERNAL!

I knew a lady named Mona, a long time ago, and we had a blast together. I'm 5'8", she was 6'4", and when we went out, she would wear her favorite 4" high heel shoes. ccc. You ever slow dance with someone who's 6'8"? I have, and she was a real kick. ccc. I had a freind that I knew through truckin, that was 6'8", and could never find a girl that he liked. I introduced them. They got married. The last I heard from them was about 12 years ago, and they were still happily married. That's aboput 45 years now, goin on 50.ccc.

Yesterday I had a lucid dream again.
I woke up early in the night and figured to spend some time downstairs, because I didn't feel sleepy any more.
At about 7 am I went back to bed to catch another hour of sleep before entering a new day.

After falling asleep, I dreamed that I was in a swimming pool and there was this man, sitting on a stretcher bed near the tower where the life guards sat.
The guy managed to stumble against the tower and the whole thing collapsed on top of him, dragging him down into the deep end of the swimming pool.
I walked up there to see what was happening and saw the man down on the bottom of the pool, unable to free himself of the debris of the tower on top of him.
Strangely, I didn't feel like diving in there to help him, but instead watched around for life guards to warn them and get them to help him.
Suddenly, there was no one there anymore and even the guy in the pool disappeared. I was alone in the swimming pool.
This was the point that I realized that I was dreaming and the dream became lucid.

I felt thrilled to have woken up and more alive as in daily life even.
Everything was sparkling with energy so to speak.
Anyway, without wasting time to explore my surroundings, I remembered the goal to go to Higher Self, so I spoke the words: "I go to my high self now" (I even did it in English this time lol)
Immediately I felt pulled into a tunnel that went upwards and also felt that I began to vibrate which was odd, because normally this occurs only before entering the astral world right?
For the first time, I managed to stay with the feeling of vibration and upward motion into the tunnel (earlier lucid dreams where I commanded to go to high Self had the effect on me that the experience of upward motion seemed to wake me up), but sadly, I felt a poke in my back from my girlfriend who was sleeping next to me which woke me up once more before reaching Higher Self.

The motion in the tunnel lasted for about 20 to 30 seconds though... is it supposed to last that long sirdipswitch?

Maybe next time when I have a lucid dream, I will take some time to explore my surroundings before going to my High Self, because every time that I had a lucid dream for the past 8 months, the dream ends shortly after trying to reach High Self, which is a bit disappointing.

Many thanks for your reply, I appreciate your thoughts.

I've always had very vivid dreams and regularly have fly in them, usually just by waving my arms.
This was the most interesting, for OBE, Lucid or not I was very aware and knew for the most part I could control the whole thing and remember seeing but somehow with the sensation of my eyelids being closed.

I never looked back or was aware of my body lying in the bed though but I did feel like I was zoning in and out, especially through the shuddering. That was a strange experience in itself and not unpleasant.

Your friends story is heart warming, it sound like they were a great match and not just in height.

I'm only just over 5' so I would definitely get neck ache if dancing with someone of that height.

I don't mind your straight talking, if more people did then we would all be a bit clearer. I get accused of being too direct at work, I probably am as my pet hate is overly sensitive people and beating around the bush.
The irony is that the sensitive ones I've come into contact with who don't like any kind of confrontation do most of the damage by whispering in the corridor anyway-in my view the damage is already done with the intention and thought.

I have a question for you.
When in OBE can people make positive changes for the world or and interfere with others who have negative intentions?
I ask this because if this is the case, imagine what a concerted effort could do for the forces of good. Would this be allowed?
And also when going out of body can you join up or meet others who are out of body at the same time?

What are your thoughts?

Ya like that tunnel trip???!! Real blast ain't it?? Nope, didn't spend 20-30- seconds in it. Seemed like I was in there for 30-40 minutes!! cc. I was in there for very long time, just enjoyin the ride and watchin the Gallaxies go by like stars. ccc.

Your reason for always goin back to body, before you get to HS, is because of HS. HS seems to be sayin that you have some hang up you're working on before you can get there. Trust me, when you keep your "Intent", on HS/Source, HS will be controlling your entire experience. HS may be the very reason that your girlfreind poked you in the back. Trying this, with someone right next to you, increases the chance of getting "jerked back" to your body by a simple touch from them. hmm.cc.

So... Dump everything that you think you know! All of your past fears, insecurities, confussion, and any other baggage that you may be carrying about past right or wrong doings. YOU my freind are an Immortal Spirit Being of The Highest Order. Act like it. Stand tall, square your shoulders and go with the pride of who YOU, really are, and knowing that you now are going Home, to remember YOUR real agenda. Trust me, that when you go in this mannor, you will get the whole story of what HS/Source expects from you. You may find that you are a very old spirit, with lots of experience in the physical, or that you are a new Spirit, that has just entered the physical realm, in this life, and have a whole bunch to learn yet. ccccccc.

Whatever the case may be, do not let HS rest, but continually keep your Intentions on it. Even as a new Spirit, to this realm, you have that right, to return to HS/Source, if you wish.

And above all else that you do, do not forget to keep Love and Humor, at the very top of all that you do, and enjoy all that comes your way. cccc.

Yep! We can make changes, and when you return to Spirit, you will know which ones to change, and what it is about them, that you can change. We can't just do anything we want to them, and everything that we do, do, must be cleared through HS/Source. When you are in total Communion with IT, you will have instant access to this information, and immediately know that which you can, or should, do, and who you can do it to. ccc.

That's like my healings. I don't heal everyone that needs healing. Even those that are dieing I sometimes pass over, because of HS/Source, who knows far better than I, what that persons journey is. hmm. George always makes the final decision as to who gets healed and who doesn't. AND, I never even consider, to question, IT.

It is entirely possible to meet up with others, when out of body, but not at all easy to accomplish sometimes. However, this is one of those things that I don't do. As I've said we all have an agenda, and mine does not concern interaction with other Spirits, at this Time. ccc. I am not into the social aspect of it. ccc. It is because of who I am, and that which I am doing. I know that my sitting here talking on this forum, makes it sound like I don't have much to do, but... Mind split, was the first thing I learned, by-location, the second, then pulling my physical body to my Spirit , then jumping physically to wherever I want to go, to the point that now, I can be in as many places at the same time, as I wish to be. I now have TPTB, so confused that they never know where to look for me, or if it really is me, when they find me. ccccccc.

Told ya me an George are havin a blast with this. ccccccc.

YEP!!! We can make "Waves" !!! ccc.

However, one must be very carefull not to get to "rambunctious", about chasin off down the street after bad guys, untill you have enough experience as Spirit, to be able to defend yourself against them. cc. It is because of who, and what I am, that I do all this stuf, and remember, I am a very old Spirit, that has been very very bad, for far longer than I have been good, and I know how to deal with Evil.

Just follow your HS/Source, and you will be fine.

I even don't know where to start or what experience to pick for sharing, everything happens so fast that i could write days and days without stopping. I let it always calm down and sit in it's place inside me. And then i would run into the next lesson or adventure.

Since my last post i had (some) : ) OBE's most of the time in no-form traveling trough time or visiting someone close, experimenting, but always in the presence of me as the Higher Self, sometimes 'merged' as one and sometimes as two of as and always where a lesson or something to learn or to trow out from my 'ego-personality'.

I realized that many times i would stop my self from experiencing something new with my 'ego-personality' or the desire to plan, control, logically understand everything i wouldn't see the lessons in these moments. There where many things i could do all the time or may i say since i was 'seeing' myself as the Higher Self but didn't realize and many times would be surprised by discovering. I will share an experience of three days where the whole three days where connected to each other.

I picked an advice from the Buhlman book about energy healing or energy work. I did it for the first time and it was simple. After i was going into my 'silence mode' where i let go every thought and was just seeking for my inner silence i imagined that the 'Source Light' would go trough me. From the head through my body and the 'dirty stuff' would come out from the feet. I tried to be aware of every part of my body and while doing this for about 20 minutes, nothing special happened. I got than a call from friends and was meeting them, after i got home and prepared for sleeping i suddenly felt my whole body filled with energy and i felt it very strong, to the degree that i felt asleep and slept for almost 12 hours! Something like that never happened to me before.

So, the next day i got a call afternoon from another friend and he called me to come downtown for an coffee. I thought why not. We where sitting there and talked but i wasn't very much interested in the topic and i thought for a moment of my Higher Self or of the 'feeling' when i'm connected.

I suddenly started to change the topic and was talking for almost 3 hours in a row, my friend was listening and was amazed, but i was even more amazed because i listened too! I was listening to my self how the words came out and how every sentence fits. Than somewhere in the middle, my HS started simultaneously another conversation with me throughout thoughts. And i could handle it, talking to him listening and understanding everything. I felt again my whole body burning and thought in one moment i could do whatever i want to. HS said throughout thoughts 'yes, even more that you could imagine' i thought 'wow' but HS made it very clear that i'm responsible for my thoughts and to go one step further it has to be my choice and after that there is no turning back. I understood everything in this moment and i knew also that i didn't had to answer right now.

So while still talking to my friend i knew somehow that i could now 'read' people around me. It's difficult to explain and it's not like reading minds but more like understand them and that in an responsible way. So i tried and the strange thing was i was still talking and looking at my friend while picking someone around me and trying. What i read i couldn't express in words because it was so fast and like there are not enough words to express what i was reading it came in some form of understanding. I was amazed and thought how did i miss that before.

Later the night i was laying in the bed and continued my conversation with HS in thought-form. It is that way that i would thought about something or question my self like 'how could that be possible' and i would in the same way get the answer. But my body was still burning and somehow i blacked out and felt asleep. The next day i woke up after 10 hours of sleep and felt physically really exhausted. Like i was digging holes the day before or like i had a hangover. But i have to say i do not drink alcohol or do other stuff.
And it was difficult to remember everything from the day before i knew i had it somewhere inside me but it was like hard to reach.
The rest of day passed in the exhausted feeling and i was busy working, had to catch up some 'lost time'. I was the whole day busy and found only one hour of time alone. I wrote the experiences down and went to sleep. I was doing my 'routine' and had the conversation with or in the direction of my HS. I thanked for everything i could remember and said at the end 'i'm ready, for whatever' i didn't understand it like the day before, but i said it 'i'm ready'. I felt in return a laughter from my HS and felt asleep.

The next day i woke up early, my mother was visiting and we had a coffee in the morning, she went after an hour and i was sitting in front of my pc and had another cup of coffee. Then i knew somehow that i had to go Out of Body.

It passed a couple of minutes and i focused my intention to get out. Suddenly i felt the strong vibrations and i couldn't remember that i felt them before that strong. I just popped out. I also felt instantly that i had to go higher, like my vibrations didn't fit the surrounding. The first thing i noticed, i was on my own. This time i couldn't 'feel' the presence of HS. So i asked 'where are you?' In the direction of my HS. Nothing happened. I thought...I go now to my Higher Self…Then the outside changed and my vibration also, it fitted now. I went out and found my self on the top of a building it was the highest building around. I could see the other rooftops and there where tops of mountains in between the other buildings. I enjoyed the view when suddenly one mountain in front of me moved and headed my direction. I felt the strange fear but i decided to not have fear. It didn't work this time. I was looking at the mountain and it moved direct my way. The fear didn't go a way and i was brought back to my body.

I didn't open my eyes and thought 'that can't be, what was happening now and where is my HS?' I decided to don't give up and went again out. This time i instantly called 'I go to my Higher Self!' And the travelling started, i knew the feeling to travel long to 'see' Higher Self and wasn't surprised. I was in a blackness but still travelling and i saw around me many glyphs like in the matrix movie but they had many colors and where fluorescent. I thought in one moment 'when will it stop, it seemed much longer than before?' and it stopped. I found myself in front of a door and i knew i had to open it. But then again the same fear like before, the one i couldn't handle and i didn't understand where it came from and why i couldn't face it like the other fears in my earlier experiences. I was looking at the door and with the fear inside me i thought 'Maybe this is not an good idea' And i was instantly again back in my body.

I still didn't gave up and decided to go again. I was laying there and focused my intention to jump out one more time when i saw in front of me the picture of my passed father. It was a static picture and i didn't feel his presence it was just a big picture like a poster. And that triggered again the vibrations and i went out, the 3rd time in a row. I wasn't angry or confused i was persistent to figure out why this way. I just want to know. I called instantly again for my Higher Self. And this time i was brought in to a floor of a building. And i knew somehow it was the same building like i was the first time on the roof top. I was now somewhere in the middle of the building and there where offices and many many space. I saw people in suits being busy but no one payed attention. Suddenly a women came out from one of the rooms. A women what i would call attractive. 'She' was diffrent then the rest and noticed me instantly and 10 feet away from me she began to talk she said something like „You are here……“ and i lost myself and didn't listen anymore to 'her' words because of the strooong energy that has radiated from here in my direction. I never ever felt in my life something so PURE, something so BEAUTIFUL, so much goodness and positivity so much EVERYTHING. 'She' kept going and i had only one thought: To be ONE whit this energy with this PURENESS. 'She' turned around and trough thoughts said „It's up to YOU“ with a smile on the face. I was just starring and was still fascinated by the strong energy i could feel.

I thought first 'wow, what was that?' and than i heard a voice like in the Bible movies when God talked to Moses, but it was not an strangers voice, it was my voice, it was me as the Higher Self. And i knew everyone could hear it, inside and outside the building. But the other people didn't payed attention to it because it was directed at me. And said: REMEMBER, YOU CREATE YOUR OWN REALITY and YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR THOUGHTS. I was still wondering what it was all about and i was still fascinated be the pure energy i felt from 'her'. Then suddenly it came down, throughout pictures and understanding it kept and kept going.

I saw everything, the fear, where it came from, the meaning of the attractive women but then the pure feelings that radiates from her, the building, why HS let me go trough this on my own.
I understood that the building was me and i went straight to the top, i said the day before 'i'm ready', then the fear, planted deep inside me, then i thought to take the shortcut to Go to my Higher Self but HS has put this time a door in front of me to open it, then again the same fear, later i was brought inside the the building, me again, where the fear or block is/was. The projection of the attractive woman the pure love energy that was radiating from her. I saw it now, that was the pure love i translated or converted so many times in my life throughout sexuality in something different then it is, i saw how long i carried this inside me. I saw my relationship with my fiancee now. Everything kept going so fast that i was again in my body.

I saw it clear now throughout my experience i suddenly felt inside a warm feeling and the presence of HS, like happiness, because i learned or understood the lesson. With the calm feeling i just laid there and let everything sit in it's place.

HS asked then in thought-form „enough?“ i said „no“ …….

Crazy ain't it? You my freind are doing so perfectly, I am absolutely amazed, and delighted.

Yep! Fear, It will keep you from progressing, untill you get through it.

Go without FEAR, and the Universe is your playground. Once you get through all of your "Programed" in fears and crazy beliefs, you will make leaps and bounds that you cannot immagine. YET!

Just keep being a pest, with HS, it's workin. ccc.

Oh how I love hearing about all your adventures, it makes me smile and feel happy, you are both pretty amazing and im so glad these stories are shared.

Even though I secretly wish that it was my experience, just reading about this gives me hope that all of us have a unique purpose here in this life.

Im trying to do a bit of clearing at the moment, so each night I go to bed I imagine releasing any dark energy, disease and discomfort and then heal with my own light.

That's what I did on the morning of the "funny dream", which we will call it for now.

I instinctively feel that I have a fair bit of emotional cleansing to do and this is just the start of my journey.

Sirdipswitch can you tell us some more about your adventures please. Did you ever feel fearful about what was happening to you or is the experience so good that you simply don't feel any fear at all?

I realise that you don't like to focus on fear, im not even entirely sure why im asking-but I am curious to hear more.

Anyway I bet my HS has been having a right old giggle about my recent attempts to get fit, detox and meditate more.
I've even started digging up garden weeds to eat-and I must say very good they are too!!

That's why I'm always so happy go lucky. Cuz I know nothin can hurt me.

See I grew up on farm, doin hard works all my life, and as a result, grew up far stronger than most my age, or size. I also had this nasty temper, that I had to keep a really tight handle on, cuz when I was little I use to get mad, and really hurt people. (When I got big, I hurt a few people too.cc. But I quit doin that "S---", many years ago.cc.) So the only thing I really ever feard, was hurting others, or animals, or whatever. I used to go with freinds to Gyms, and would always entertain them by picking up 350 pounds and walkin off with it. I grew up to all of 5'8", and 210 pounds and there wernt no fat. I could sit on those weightlifting machines and lift 1,000 pounds with my legs. That's why I was always scared o hurtin people. I was just to strong tp be playin withem. cccc.

When I learned to go Astral, and found out I was Immortal, well Hey, what's to fear? ccc. Me fear? Nah! ccccccccc.

Are ya sittin? cc. Here comes the rest of the story. Well part of it anyway. I found out where my meaness comes from. Yep. I started life in the physical, in a Dark Universe, far far away, and a long time ago, as one o them Lizard people. I got a really mean Spirit. cccc. Yep. Still. I know just as well how to get really nasty, as I do being good. cccccc.

I just have finally started to prefer, being good. cccccccccccccccccccccc.

This is a classic HS appearance in our lives...when we just start bubbling over with things to say and everything just falls into place and we just cannot stop smiling

When we least expect it in our lives the HS drops little gems into our minds and our life.

Constant seeking of these often illusive and life changing moments often causes distress and concern when we do not experience them every day...they are the proof of our inner Being...the true Spiritual Being...quietly and lovingly walking life by our side.
