This didn't work - it only saved a html web-page, not a mp3. I'd suggest going to empowerradio.net and try to find podcast archives or go to videograbber.net type in the youtube address, and see if you can save it to your computer as a mp3 by right-clicking on the yellow sign next to mp3 (it doesn't always work...)

Hmm ... it works for me .

That link you quoted (and I quoted again) is a direct link to an MP3 file, not to some html page. Right click on that link and save as something-or-other.mp3, and then you should be able to download and play it. I just listened to a few seconds of it myself now; the audio was delightfully clear.
