Quake kills at least 46 along Iran-Pakistan border

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) -- A major earthquake described as the strongest to hit Iran in more than half a century flattened homes and offices Tuesday on both sides of the Iran-Pakistan border, killing at least 46 people in the sparsely populated region and swaying skyscrapers and buildings as far away as New Delhi.

Iran's Red Crescent said it was facing a "complicated emergency situation" in the area with villages scattered over desolate hills and valleys.

Iran's semiofficial ISNA news agency and others described the quake, measured at least magnitude 7.7, as the strongest quake in more than 50 years. State-run Press TV called it a "massive quake."

I am so sorry the ignorant death and destruction mindset affected and injured some of our brothers and sisters.
It is my impression and intent that the truth about the perpetrators and their motives fully come into the Light of Awareness for the world to see and the masses wake up to the deception and corruption in our institutions as a result.

"For the first half of the show, intelligence expert Douglas Hagmann reported on the Boston Marathon bombings, and offered analysis of the tragic event. There are so many things we don't know at this point, he noted, yet he doesn't find it surprising that many are suspicious of official government accounts, because the public has often been misled in the past. Curiously, a bomb squad was running a training exercise with controlled explosions on the same day in Boston, and it was said that their drill was still going on when the attack bombs hit, he detailed. It was also reported that a Saudi national was hospitalized with severe burns, and was tentatively identified as someone who was bringing in backpacks near where the two bombs went off. The bombs were believed to be detonated by a cell phone, he stated.

There is information that there were three additional devices found-- one outside the area in Newton, MA. This suggests to Hagmann a larger plot or operation. He considers the bombing an act of terrorism in that it caused mass fear, yet we still don't know the motivation behind it. The fact that there were multiple devices also aligns with what we would normally think of as a terrorist attack, he continued. "It seems like [the attack] was very well coordinated, and very well planned, and somehow...managed to escape the vast security surrounding this event," he commented.

Hagmann shared a photo http://download.coasttocoastam.com/p...ton041513a.jpg of an unidentified man under police guard at Boston Common immediately following the bombings. The man was said to run from the blast area and to be acting suspicious before the bombs went off. Another photo (http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2013/...29_638x636.jpg ) originally posted on Twitter, shows an individual on a rooftop directly overlooking one of the blasts. Hagmann said the bombings could be looked at in the context of all the world events taking place such as conflicts with North Korea and Iran, and possible new global alliances forming. The FBI and inter-agency investigation involving the forensics of the bombs and the blast pattern could take months, he added.

Open Lines

In the latter half, callers were invited to share their reactions to the the bombings. Richard from Alabama said he'd worked as law enforcement at large stadium events, and pointed out the 26-mile Boston Marathon was a logistical nightmare in terms of security. "There's no way to control a large event like that," he said. Several callers wondered if the attack might have been a "false flag" event."

Question: How about the people that choose to be evil in this life?

• The concept of evil is objective. We prefer the idea of evil as negative energy. That is simply a mechanical description of what is being done.
• Positive energy is one that integrates, unifies, makes whole. Whereas, negative energy is that which separates, segregates, diversifies, and breaks apart. And thus doesn’t allow communication to occur in a harmonious way. But it’s discordant, jagged, rough. This is a description of the actual energy involved.
• The only reason why a being would choose to exhibit that kind of behavior is because they has been subjected to it. And have been taught that is the only way to communicate. It’s the only way to relate to all that is.
• They are in fear. Deep, deep, deep, deep fear. And they feel powerless and disconnected from spirit. And in feeling powerless and experiencing powerlessness, it isn’t that they are powerless.
• In experiencing the idea of powerlessness, they then resort to the only thing they haven’t had and that is: physical control and domination. They feel they are loosing control. They are dying. They are going down the drain.
• You don’t want to die alone, so you’ll take down as many people as you can.
• It’s an attempt to reconnect, but it’s in the only way they know how. Negatively. That’s what domination is. An attempt to reconnect with no positive tools. They don’t know how. That’s how they were brought up.
• But, it’s still an attempt to reconnect. But if you understand that, and can find that space in the being, that can be reached, that can be loved unconditionally, that can be shown as valid a piece of Creation as anyone. Then maybe they will be willing to let go of the fear. Let go of the need for domination and transform themselves from negative to positive. They will give up the job of being evil. Because it is no longer necessary.
• Here’s the secret: When they feel like they are powerless, and are trying to dominate in order to gain a sense of power, the issue is really that it’s simply an expression of powerlessness. Because, THE GREATEST POWER REQUIRES THE LIGHTEST TOUCH. If you truly have power you hardly have to do anything to make things happen.
• Those that force...are saying I have no power at all. So I have to FORCE everything to work, instead of ALLOWING it to work.
• Allowance and unconditional love are the keys. And teaching them that they are powerful aspects of creation. So they don’t have to be in fear, terror and feeling disconnected. Thus feel the only way to reconnect is to dominate anything in their reach.

Part Two:

• Sometimes the frequency that we give off is better processed in other ways. Sometimes it will actually bring up things within you that your only just barely ready to look at.
• We [Bashar] exist in a kind of frequency domain that induces others to rise to that level.
• This is why ET’s don’t physically land on the planet. If we did and you were literally exposed to us full force, it might cause many of you to go into psychotic shock. Because it would force issues that you are not ready to look at to the surface of your consciousness and you would actually be terrified of yourself. Not us.
• This is why you must understand the difference between the world you have created and the world you can create. What it really means to have heaven on earth.
• The frequency, the energy is so intense when you are living on that level that we must be cautious when we encounter beings that are not living on that level so that we do not burn them out.
• None of this is bragging, none of this is judging. I’m simply discussing the mechanics of it.
• What you are experiencing right now about 1% of our energy. Our reality vibrationally is about 300 years ahead of your reality. But culturally, we are about 3000 years ahead.
• It doesn’t mean it will take you 300 years to get to where you are. Because you live on a world of great acceleration. The point of earth is to accelerate to the dark to the light more rapidly than most any other world.
• This is why we use the ‘rubber ban’ analogy to describe your planet. You all know that when you take a rubber ban and you pull at it, the farther you pull it back, the farther it will go when you let it go.
• The idea on Earth is darkness...the reason why you have experienced so much depth of darkness and limitation, you’ve pulled your rubber band so far back that when you finally decide to let go of all darkness, you will snap back faster and much farther to the Light.
• You are very strong, brave beings for doing this. And we thank you. Because you are teaching many other planets valuable lessons on how to overcome almost anything.

China 'reveals army structure' in defence white paper ...


China has revealed the structure of its military units, in what state-run media describe as a first.

The army has a total of 850,000 soldiers, while the navy and air force have a strength of 235,000 and 398,000, China said in its defence white paper.

The paper also criticised the US's expanded military presence in the Asia Pacific, saying it had exacerbated regional tensions.

China's defence budget rose by 11.2% in 2012, exceeding $100bn (£65bn).

The defence white paper, which state media describe as China's 8th since 1998, emphasised China's "unshakable national commitment... to take the road of peaceful development"...

Have You felt Afraid, Angry or Stressed recently ?

On Friday the 5th of April 2013, I felt a rumbling ANGER in the collective vibration. The anger built up quite dramatically and drastically, bringing chaos and fights to many sensitive people around the planet, and peaked on Tuesday the 9th of April.

Looking into it with other intuitives and seers, we saw that it was a powerful energy of "doing" and "achieving" that had been somehow artificially piggybacked by our shadow selves to turn it into anger and a "I've had enough of this" energy <read "I've had enough of this", with your right fist punching the sky, a deep frown, and frothing at the mouth>.

The artificial waves were huge and hit the collective very badly. They were further amplified by the media with anger generating stories coverage.

But it was not over. The rumblings continued after Tuesday, and built up into a different "flavor".

On Friday the 12th of April 2013 we were artificially hit again, but this time it was FEAR. It has been building ever since, and peaked on Tuesday the 16th of April. Again, they were amplified by the media with fear generating stories coverage. It is manifesting as stress, irritability, watchfulness, feeling like someone is about to hit you over head, or stab you in the back, kill you, torture you, or an energy of "something terrible is about to happen" ...
