Just drive is not good enough, it means ‘fly like the wind’ (eaglespirit)!

I’m missing my son; he only lives twenty minutes away but we’ve only seen him twice since Christmas because of the crazy hours they make junior doctors do. I remember not getting home myself often enough – 2x14 hour journey including expensive car ferry. Call it karma if you like it. I put it down to the primitive transport system, totally unworthy of the 21st century. We have sophisticated cars that go slower than forty years ago, owing to congestion and tighter speeding regulations. I have family and friends all over the place and I don’t see nearly enough of any of them, mainly because I hate this kind of travelling, especially driving, and also because of this work ethic we have, which I shall describe as protestant, because I protest!!!

I just watered, and the babies are doing well considering. We started noticing that the leaves on some of the plants were turning white, but it wasn't powdery. When we asked at the local nursery, we found out the erratic weather was the cause. The plants don't know what to do when it is 80 degrees F for a few days, then 50 degrees F for a few days, waffling back and forth. So, this lady said to take gallon jugs like from milk or water and cut the top and bottom off, cover them with these. This will help keep the heat from the sun closer to the plants.

Well, we didn't have 15 empty plastic bottles laying around, haha, so we went to the dollar store looking for something (since this is a hometown remedy, this wouldn't be found at Lowe's haha). We found party bowls, about 12" in diameter, and cut off the bottoms. Sure enough, they fit perfectly. Only, now it sort of looks like we have those cones all over the beds that dogs wear after surgery. Actually, being yellow or orange, they look sort of like sun bonnets.

So, here and now, I'm looking at our pretty babies wearing their sun bonnets to keep them warm, haha. And this works, too. Quite warm by the plants themselves.

This gardening thing is a hoot!

I truly believe this is so. Sometimes the electricity of my light body feels so strong, I have even said to people numerous times: I feel like I could just step out of my body.

At times it just feels awesome to feel the strong vibration of it. I don't always feel it all over. Sometimes just my legs or feet are vibrating, but I sense it in a state of awe.

Good reminder. It hasn't occurred to me since my sudden move.

Then I'd say start living "as if". It's what I'm doing. If someone followed me around for a day, they'd conclude, “It's the same day, every day”.

I'd say, experience what I experience. Changes moment to moment. Or is it nano-no-time to nano-no-time? Or I’d just say, it's the “Fibonacci Way”.

These videos touch my heart deeply. The Savor Every Moment video makes me feel love for my dog I used to have for 10 years Max, a beautiful golden retriever. Apollo Maximillian Golden Angel was his official name on his pedigree papers.

We are the World also makes me cry because we are doing it. We've come a long way since that was first created.

A good time to acknowledge our accomplishments at every level. We are here now. :-)

My landlady called last evening to let me know a couple of trees will be cut down for safety reasons. This morning I blessed the pine tree grove. And thanked them for assistance with the practice of "One with All", while I do Tai Chi.

And then there were three. Five taken!
Paula’s silver lining: Time for clearing and new openings.

I took a screen shot from my Tai Chi video. Still trimming. Now, I look up and out and it makes me dizzy. Another silver lining: more room for sky people to drop in for a mocha cappuccino visit.
