Can you give any more insights as to what it takes technically and practically, how it can be done?

Anastasia can do this.. though she says only use it when astral travel is not an option... the method is simply using thought, though the body has to be clean, and what matters is the purity of the intentions... But basically you have to visualizse your whole body, from the atomic level to the macro level, and then 'teleport' that image to where you want to go, and bam you are there... she demonstrated it to Vladimir in one of the Ringing Cedars books.. Does Inelia not know about Anastasia? I found Vladimir actually follows Inelia on facebook..

Further, Vladimir says he can do it, too. There's even an exercise ["how-to"] in one of the books (can't recall which; should be in one of the last ones).

Take of this what you will, but I have a friend who was very much into magick as a younger man who swears he has done this spontaneously on one occasion. I'd give more details, but it was a long time ago he told me and I don't recall so I'd rather not make up a story.

a message for Inelia, I practice bi-location. I can explain how to, if I synthetise, it was during a two-month of intense meditations, muslim meditation and study about this religion and eating vegetables, having a good rythm of life, sleeping early, walking in nature..it was on march 2011
now I left all kind of religions and only meditate or relax.
I tried muslim meditation in order to heal temptation of pride (sorry for my english, need practice)..because I know that developping our skills, make us feel special, superior..and it's illusion, you go higher, life becomes magic but afterwards you fall in depression with the risk of being crazy.
But the most important challenge for me was to deal with my main fear, and I think it's part of all human.. I confronted it in real life, I was scared because I could see that we are mind controlled..once understanding and overcoming this psychological problem, that may comes from dna program, maybe implemented since the begining of life (my intuition) and the "cabale" I developped skills like teleportation, and opened, in my mind new doors, I have a multidimensionnal vision, the body too has been developped..

I just noticed this thread and will go back and read all the entries but because I am very interested in this topic, I want to share a story.
There is a lineage of teachings that comes from 1000s of years ago through South America. It has a documented transmission that lists at least a 1000 years of practitioners. The one who transmitted the teaching to me learned it from Starrr Fuentes. Starr leaned it from curanderas in Mexico who practiced primarily as midwives. These healers teleported long distances in emergencies to care for the mothers and babies. Starr witnessed this process.

The practitioners who taught me what Starr calls "Divine Intervention", using the teachings she learned, were in Texas in a car with 4 people from a class. They drove into an intersection when a car came out of "nowhere" and would have hit them flat on at the drivers side. Suddenly, the car was on the other side of their car. It had passed through them.

My friends, including Susan Rossi, had been teaching a class and were still holding the DI "position" for Divine flowing through..... In the semi meditative state that is produced in the DI state, one is awake eyes open, but holding space that is felt as the Divine connection. It is signified in the lineage as connection with a blue torus. One could call this aligned with a singularity where anything is possible. In DI, larger consciousness "Divine" does the "work" and the single practitioner is holds the possibility for a singularity to manifest.

Meditative states are associated with awareness of mind (awake) during the deep relaxation of the body (asleep). One of my questions about this ability has to do with the practitioners depth of "attention" placed on holding the body in the body solidity. Relaxing the attention on the "form" may allow shifts of physical patterning to create a "more perfect" form or a miracle (like one vehicle flowing through another). I am positive the reports I hear are true. The way is through alignement with the means..

I am not sure what the real 'difference" between bilocation and teleportation? If the practitioner is seen in two places at once, that is bilocatuion. is teleportation different really? We assume from Star Trek that a person's body moves. There is very little that we know for sure about these abilities.

The curanderas Starr Fuentes has referenced had to manifest a physical form of some kind to help a delievring mother but rather than different "abilities" I think there must be a range of the same ability.

Historically, I have been interested in Padre Pio's ability to bilocate, well documented and part of the evidence for saint hood.

Then there is a most interesting historic connection forged by a cloistered nun in Spain and her appearance and teaching of original people in what is now Mexico/ west Texas. She appeared and taught the people to expect the Catholic priests and to allow baptism. While she was seen in Texas, she was in a trance in Spain and both her appearance and "visions" were documented on both ends.

María Fernández Coronel y Arana, Abbess of Ágreda (2 April 1602 – 24 May 1665) was a Catholic Franciscan nun and author known for reports of bilocation between Spain and New Mexico and West Texas in the 17th century. In religious life she was known Sor (Sister) María de Jesús de Ágreda. Popular culture since the 17th century has also dubbed her as the Lady in Blue and the Blue Nun. She wrote a series of books about the life of Blessed Virgin Mary. Her bilocation activity is said to have occurred between her cloistered convent in Spain and the Jumano Indians of central New Mexico and West Texas. She was a member of the Catholic Roman Rite group of religious women called the Order of the Immaculate Conception (also known as Franciscan Conceptionists). Sor Maria de Jesús was born and died in Ágreda, a town located in the province of Soria, Castile and León, Spain.

build up the energy field through the use of enlightenment/spritualty and then visualise the field as 2 opposing pyramids then spin them alternate directions and set your intent..

basically it's 2 opposing (electro)magnetic energies,1 spinning one way 1 spinning the other, forming something in the middle which in our case i think is roughly the heart chakra area which is roughly zero point-ish..

i am experimenting with this myself....

few joints,, relaxing state and set the 2 pyramids spinning,,,,,,,

cosmic love we are energy

Funny, I am currently doing a meditation where I visualize an upside triangle, with the apex in my heart. Then I imagine the triangle being opposite, with the apex still in my heart. Put the two together and........viola. Two pyramids spinning around the solar plexus!

Some input.

In considering the Merkaba, consider this - in regard to the sacral and throat chakras.

Complimentary chakras are those whose perceived colours are opposites on the colour wheel ie orange/blue sacral/throat, and are traditionally worked in tandem. When meditating on chakras, different 3D shapes spontaneously appear at different times, in the case of these two chakras, the two most common for many are the pyramid and the inverted pyramid.

Sacral deals with many issues, primarily sex and psychological fear. Throat deals with primarily creation and astral travel. The throat chakra is known in Sanskrit as "the gateway to time and space". Sacral is compromised intentionally by diverting sexual energy into unwholesome channels, or tying it to repressed inner darkness. Also by perpetuation of a fear-based paradigm. Throat chakra is compromised by the switch in musical pitch from A = 432 Hz to A = 440 Hz and personal disempowerment in the face of state control.

Sacral and throat are cojoined to rotate in opposition around the heart chakra. Lower 3 chakras = 3D, upper chakras = higher dimensionality. Heart = meeting place between all that is above and all that is below - the eye of the needle, the crossover point of the infinity symbol, the crucible of the alchemist, the Grail.

As above, so below, and the two unite to lead to what is beyond all dimensional existence - that is, they lead to where our true nature resides, where we are united as one as God. We are given a taste of the eternal nature of our Love in the high heart chakra, we are given a taste of our all seeing nature in the nasal chakra. The nasal is also concerned with the joining of the two poles of ida/pingala (masc/fem) during alternate nostril breathing.

The facets of the Merkaba represent both expressed and unexpressed aspects of all the poles, though one of the primary representations is expressed masculinity/unexpressed masculinity, expressed femininity/unexpressed feminity. The charge generated by opposing rotation is the third part of the trinity of feminine/masculine/magic (or spirit, or whatever we chose to call it).

Love is the key, the point of rotation of the vehicle that takes us to the realisation that we are God.

Merkaba is mostly talked about in terms relating to the output of dis-informationalists. Remember that dis-information is only useful if it is delivered with a large portion of truth, so is very easy to fall for.

There is no shame in being deceived by disinformation. I have been, we all have been. We grow when we learn to listen to others, but see as truth only what we find within ourselves.

There is no reading I'm afraid lookbeyond, other than what I write here. There are basic concepts such as the attributes of the chakras, alternate nostril breathing, all that I learnt one on one from a (forgive the term) master, but there is plenty of good reading on the net. A good basic grounding for the chakras is Elements of the Chakras, by Naomi Ozaniec. I quickly looked and it is available here. It's fairly basic, but not pedestrian, and has good exercises and flashes of tremendous insight. This is not a criticism of the author, the book is meant to be a primer only. Alternate nostril breathing is a fairly common yogic practice, I learnt it in the context of Kundalini yoga, where it is used to awaken Kundalini. Kundalini is a feminine energy (as is Christ consciousness), but like all in this physical realm, She is made up of a masculine and a feminine stream. Just as the ley lines that circuit the earth, meeting at points of power (fundamentally earth chakras) are made up of a feminine and a masculine stream. In the context of this thread, we may posit that the miracles of Christ stem from a mastery of Kundalini. Christ is Love (which is the God that we all are), and it is no mistake that the most commonly portrayed hand gesture of Christ in art is the mudra for dispelling fear. To be beyond fear is to be Love.

All the rest is the product of my looking within. Others will have found the same things, I don't know writings on them though. My high heart and nasal chakras were activated before I had even heard the terms, and I activated my partner's high heart with two taps on her sternum. When it is ready, it will open like a flower. There is very little writing on them, in fact, google "nasal chakra" (as I just did) and about a third of the first page is stuff written by me on various forums (but of course, that may just be a tailored search for me, as google does!). People show little interest though, so I haven't elaborated, but I will say that my feeling is that the energy originates from the brain stem, travels upward to exchange energy with the pineal, and is the true source of the "blue pearl" often attributed to the pineal. Another feeling is that it still relates to physicality, albeit higher dimensional, whereas the high heart offers a glimpse of what is beyond. And here things start to get very difficult to put into words.

Associations of complimentary chakras are pure Kundalini yoga, but can also be found in Kabbalah. Kabbalah stresses the importance of the sacral/throat connection more than Kundalini yoga. As for the nature of the Merkaba, I was driven to discover this myself because when my innereye looked in the most famous exponent of it, it beheld something most unpleasant. It should be made clear though, that rotating the pyramids of the Merkaba in the "wrong" direction will not make one explode. Just as there are right handed and left handed people, and just as there are right handed people who express as left handed people and vice versa, we follow the path of energy that is natural to the way we have chosen to express in this world.

I have posted on the heart/Grail connection, and the above/below nature of the chakras here before. My view may have been modified by experience since then though, I would have to read them to be sure. We are all works in progress. I think I posted about the facets of the Merkaba here too.

There is much more, but as it rarely seems to resonate with people I don't labour the point. I will occassionally repeat things I feel are of great importance, but I am open to the possibility that I may be completely misguided.
