Biotech giant Syngenta has been criminally charged with denying knowledge that its genetically modified (GM) Bt corn kills livestock during a civil court case that ended in 2007 [1].

Syngenta’s Bt 176 corn variety expresses an insecticidal Bt toxin (Cry1Ab) derived from the bacterium, Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and a gene conferring resistance to glufosinate herbicides. EU cultivation of Bt 176 was discontinued in 2007. Similar varieties however, including Bt 11 sweet corn are currently cultivated for human and animal consumption in the EU.

The charges follow a long struggle for justice by a German farmer whose dairy cattle suffered mysterious illnesses and deaths after eating Bt 176. They were grown on his farm as part of authorised field tests during 1997 to 2002. By 2000, his cows were fed exclusively on Bt 176, and soon illnesses started to emerge. He was paid 40 000 euros by Syngenta as partial compensation for 5 dead cows, decreased milk yields, and vet costs (see [2] Cows ate GM Maize and Died, SiS 21). During a civil lawsuit brought against the company by the farmer however, Syngenta refused to admit that its GM corn was the cause, claiming no knowledge of harm. The case was dismissed and Gloeckner remained thousands of euros in debt.

I have been asked repeatedly why I am not getting behind some of the Disclosure
Projects and documentaries. Whereas in the past I have fully sponsored them as
of late I have some serious questions. It seems many of the disclosure projects
have censored a lot of people, mainly women and those who have a more benevolent
picture of our off world visitors. Even Alfred Weber who actually invented the
word Exopolitics is asking why he is being censored from many of the events.
After repeatedly being cut out of major documentaries at the request of certain
individuals and watching major documentaries completely sabotaged again by
certain individuals not to mention where their funding comes from I have serious
doubts and questions at to the intent and direction of these projects. These are
the following questions I would like to have answered.

1. Why do they ignore the ongoing proven contact at ECETI with literally
thousands of eye witnesses, triple PHD Boeing Engineers, Lockheed Engineers,
Pilots, Air Traffic controllers, photos and videos a mountain of evidence are
they not part of the censorship and cover-up by doing so?

....

Why? Great question. Really important question.

Sure, disclosure campaigners like Steven Greer come out with launches like Sirius. Yet his repeated omission of others in the field doing equally if not more important work (i.e., ESPECIALLY ECETI) stuns me!! What James Gilliland has been doing all these years is phenomenal. Groundbreaking in respect to ET contact.

Yet, I always feel that ECETI embraces everyone doing their bit. ALWAYS. Generosity of energy and intent.

How can we possibly get this ball rolling if this kind of exclusive behaviour continues ?

13 Mile Crop Circle Discovered In Desert. May 7th, 2013



13.3 miles of lines were carved into a dry-lake bed in Oregon. What was discovered looked like a Crop Circle in the middle of the Desert...A perfect "Sri Yantra Mandala Formation". This ancient symbol was so precise it was flawless...Each line was 10 inches wide and 3 inches deep carved into extremely hard compact dirt that is very difficult to dig in.

No cars where seen for miles, no tire tracks were seen for miles...No footprints were seen at the site or anywhere around it...No apparent signs of tools were used...And no one was seen in the area...I don't see any dirt from the 13.3 mile long 10 inch wide hole that was carved into the desert at a depth of 3 inches...There must have been a lot of dirt so it begs the question where is the dirt? The close up photo of the 4 lines looks clean with no extra dirt laying around outside the ditch that was made from each of these lines being dug out of the desert...This happen on Aug 10, 1990...

"Summer At ECETI"

We have been working on the fences making sure the great Yak escape part three does not occur. I have to admit asking the masters where they were getting detailed information which turned out to be very accurate made my day. Validation never gets old. The old gardens are planted thanks to staff and voluteers, potatoes are planted, beets, carrots etc. and the new garden is in with more veggies added later.

The new well and water system is also a Godsend. The pond is full and after days like today I am sure we will be in it paddling the windsurfer, boats and rafts. The sky watches have been incredible with ships making maneuvers, powering up responding to the guests. Have already met some incredible people and the speaking engagements have increased. I love stories like this. Citizens are beginning to do what our corporate controlled government will not. Who flies the drones America uses to take out military targets in foreign locales all over the globe? I had the chance to talk to an Air Force drone pilot operating out of Whiteman Air Force Base, and astonishingly, he admitted to me that he took part in strikes on wedding parties in Middle East & Asian countries said to harbor terrorists.


I confronted him with some of the troubling news that has emerged about the secret White House kill list and the apparent readiness to destroy the lives of innocent bystanders in pursuit of a target -- women, children and elderly villagers who are all considered nothing more than "collateral damage." 



Did he, too, find these people dispensable? Did he share the cold rationale of our leaders that it is "worth it" to kill these civilians to target an enemy? I tried to find out when I saw him during a wedding I attended, all while I was deeply aware of the unsettling irony that the celebration we were attending was seen differently than the weddings, funerals and other gatherings that U.S. airstrikes have unofficially declared to be venues of war.
