Note to self: cancel, cancel, negative programing...
That is one of the many things that spiritual warriors do, isn't it?
Once we know the truth of our own power, we just need to be aware that one of the ways we are controlled in the 3D world is through fear thoughts and fear vibrations in our bodies.

Whenever we catch ourselves thinking fearful thoughts, a super effective way to deal with them is to say out loud (our silently to yourself) "cancel that thought". Whenever we realize that panic feelings or anxious feelings or even possibly terror is manifesting in our body, I find it very effective to stay with those feelings mindfully for a few minutes and just breathe quietly. After a few minutes of mindfulness the fear, terror and panic dissolves!! Because in reality there is nothing to fear.

One super helpful and easy tool for dealing with fear, anxiety, panic and terror is mindfulness meditation. It is easy and it works like a charm!
    Hello northstar,

Thank you for your insights and tips on how to release negative emotions before they have the potential to manifest within the cells. It’s #1 on my list for a quality life.

If I had only one tip to pass along, it’d be the awareness of the thoughts and emotion we feed ourselves. I’ve consciously used it for forty plus years.

I took a seminar called, “Silva Mind Control”, in 1972. They’ve since changed the name because it conjurers up mind-control-of-another-kind. We learned techniques on how tap into our brain potential and power. I’ll share this repost to demonstrate a few techniques. And to show how simple it is if only one holds space for what you’ve aptly described as “imagination”.

When something is misplaced: I empty my mind and wait for the object to appear. It‘s like I only see the ‘phone’ and then as if stepping back for a larger view the surroundings come visible. The second technique is to say it’ll show itself soon. The third is before I go to sleep I program myself to recall where it is upon awaking.

Now with the new energies, these techniques don’t need to be that complicated. I see it and then the flash. 90% accuracy is a fair estimation.

At that time, Michael, my son, was about 10 months old. He had a growth near the corner of his eye. So I used one of the healing techniques from the seminar which was “simply see it not there”. So I did. I forgot about it until a couple of days later. It was gone. Only one application needed, or more precisely stated, “only one belief needed”.

Another was how to detect trouble spots in the body. We partnered up and one person provided the person’s name and state. The name on the card said “Joshua,” (forgot the state). Before his name was spoken, I began to have trouble sitting up. I felt dizzy and like I was choking. My tongue got in the way when I tried to talk.

Then, I applied the helmet technique. Where I put an energetic helmet of Joshua over my head. A visual popped up. He was a little boy about 4 who was mentally challenged, with poor balance. I picked up that there were things he wanted to say but it was frustrating to him that he couldn’t express. I had a sense that there were great ideas locked up. But by that point I felt like I was making up a story.

The information provided was Joshua was either 4-5 years old (I forgot exact number.) and mentally challenged.

I've upgraded the techniques in this new era of quickening. Which is another way to say that time between thoughts and manifest can be one in the same. Or darn close for believers/knowers. So, I keep it simple.

I don't recall the percentages, but our group had great success, which served to reinforce the belief and its applications for us.

That last point I want to highlight: “Cancel, cancel, negative program was the motto.” We are our thoughts. Co-creators know to live in awareness of inner. Keep it sparkly-truthful. The outer, at times, may just be the reflection of inner. I realized that’s an over simplification by many in these weird times. For me, I have to begin some where. Simplicity helps make clearer choices.

The butterfly and the 100th monkey effect have alot in common here. As we grow spiritually as a collective (contributing our consciousness to the 100th monkey field) we then will form this great butterfly together. We are in that Metamorphosis stage i believe. The more we send out our thoughts into the universe, the more the monkeys will perceive it.

And maybe our relatives from the stars whom etched this wonderous art in a crop field were trying to tell us something. Hence The Human Butterfly Crop Circle......

Yeah! to 4,931,631 that listened. People have another way to hear that in life there’s choice. Awareness is choice to view differently.

In 2005, author David Foster Wallace was asked to give the commencement address to the 2005 graduating class of Kenyon College. However, the resulting speech didn't become widely known until 3 years later, after his tragic death. It is, without a doubt, some of the best life advice we've ever come across, and perhaps the most simple and elegant explanation of the real value of education.

We made this video, built around an abridged version of the original audio recording, with the hopes that the core message of the speech could reach a wider audience who might not have otherwise been interested. However, we encourage everyone to seek out the full speech (because, in this case, the book is definitely better than the movie).

From Maia Gabrial thread, “How to defend against Psychopaths”.

This is an empowering video with both the knowledge and the tools on how to prevent psychopaths from surreptitiously controlling your life.

I’ve watch it twice and added an outline here. If there are time constraints you can jump to a specific section.

This article compliments the topic, “The Art of Hyper Dimensional War” - “Knowledge protects, ignorance endangers. Always use love: kind love for the kind, tough love for the tough.”

Quote Posted by Maia Gabrial (here)
When I first watched this video, I wondered if they were only going to point out the characteristics of psychopaths and examples of them in societies. They certainly pointed out a lot of them as examples. Surprisingly, @ about 30:00, they actually explain how to deal with them. That made it worthwhile for me....
    Maia Gabrial continues:

"As with all problems, we have to acknowledge that there is a problem first. This 37 minute video is helpful in understanding how to recognize and deal with psychopaths. And I'm certain that we all agree that there are so many psychopaths in power ruining our world for us. That it's become such a dangerous world at that...

The narrator said that there are 2 choices in dealing with them: attack or evade. In attack, you need to be in a power position with support to back you. With evasion, avoid them if possible. It's best to remember that they can't be saved. In fact, empathy and pity would only enrage them. A psychopath has the fear of being exposed for what they are; which the narrator recommended. But IMO I think that lots of caution should be used even if you threaten them with exposure. After all, they don't have a conscience and can hurt you for it."

    Defense Against the Psychopath

    Part One:

    Key Characteristics @ 1:45
    • Lack of Empathy
    • Lack of Remorse
    • Superficiality
    • Grandiosity
    • Irresponsibility
    • Impulsive Behavior
    • Compulsive Lying
    • Manipulative
    • Anti-Social Behavior

    Part Two:

Common Types of Psychopaths @ 10:30
    • Narcissists
    • The Victim
    • Con Artists
    • Malevolent Psychopaths
    • Professional Psychopaths
    • Secondary Psychopaths

    Part Three:

Method of Operation @ 24:40 minutes
    • The Interview
    • The Seduction
    • Divide and Conquer
    • Fear and Tyranny
    Defense Against a Psychopath @ 30:10 minutes
    • Facing Evil
    • Recognition
    • What Not To Do
    • Attack
    • Evade

I love the butterfly metaphor. I hope you're right about that. In the past, I've thought of this life in a similar way... that death is not the end but rather the emergence of the butterfly (metaphorically of course). After all, who can say what sort of strange, elaborate, vivid fantasies the caterpillar occupies itself with whilst within its cocoon? Something like this, perhaps? It may not even remember building its cocoon, and doesn't necessarily have any conscious notion of the transformation it is undergoing.

There's only one thing I've noticed recently that was quite novel to me... It was a rainbow, but there were several strange things about it. For one thing, it had not rained and there were no storm clouds anywhere in sight, even in the far distance. The other thing was that it did not arc vertically as they typically do (earthbound on each end). Instead it was curved from east to west, high up in the sky, and only a portion of it was visible. Maybe that's not a strange occurrence at all, but it was a first for me.

    Be well Paula, much love.

    Hey, OP!

Drones are cheaper and more powerful. In US, that's a problem, lawmakers told

Police departments are increasingly interested in deploying drones, a House subcommittee is told. As drones proliferate, so too does the 'specter of routine aerial surveillance in American life.'

By Anna Mulrine, Staff writer / May 17, 2013

    Washington

With much of Capitol Hill riveted by IRS audits, AP phone records, and Benghazi e-mails, top US scholars gathered to testify in a little-watched congressional hearing Friday about the growing threat the use of drones in US airspace may pose to civil liberties.

They warned that unmanned aircraft carrying cameras raise the specter of a “significant new avenue for surveillance of American life,” as Christopher Calabrese, legislative counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union, characterized it for lawmakers Friday.

“Many Americans are familiar with these aircraft – commonly called drones – because of their use overseas in places like Afghanistan and Yemen. But drones are coming to America,” he said.

RECOMMENDED: Drone warfare: top 3 reasons it could be dangerous for US

Recent legislation requires the Federal Aviation Administration to “develop a comprehensive plan to safely accelerate the integration of civil unmanned aircraft systems into the national airspace system.”

At the same time, the technology “is quickly becoming cheaper and more powerful,” which has accelerated interest in deploying drones among police departments, Mr. Calabrese pointed out in testimony before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations.

The problem, he warned, is that “our privacy laws are not strong enough to ensure that the new technology will be used responsibly and consistently with constitutional values.”

I enjoy this thread very much Paula. It's a haven from the adrenaline driven (though interesting) threads that I get drawn into and shouldn't. I couldn't find this thread today and had to go to Paula's member page. When I first joined PA one could search back 20 pages to look for "older" 2-3 days old - threads. Now it's cut off at 4.

Two inspirations I've found lately I want to share: This lady's wonderful story of her NDE, near death experience, and fast healing from terminal cancer - unusual, and she is so well spoken.

The Emotion Codes - a fantastically fast and simple clearing technique. On amazon, kindle version is $3.99, and it's lendable, or was last time I checked. Gives access to technique tools, charts etc for easy organizing. Teaches muscle testing for self.

Includes clearing of trapped emotions you were born with. In my experience, this is so fast and simple compared to anything available to date. You can also do with someone else if you like. I need something to do myself, and this is uncomplicated, doesn't require scarcely available counsellors, someone else's philosophy or origin story. Only your own.

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_no...e+Emotion+Code You need a magnet - he promotes a Nikken version (he's a Nikken guy) but says you don't need it specifically. I use one from my fridge.

If you don't doubt the authenticity of muscle testing you can scan through the first section. If new to you, he explains it well.

    Hello CdnSirian,

Anita Morrjani has an inspirational story and hopeful message for us. I saw her with Lilou Mace and Bright Garlick from the forum. Thanks for the vids and book link for “The Emotion Codes”. I’ll definitely check it out.

"The Silva Method" is really just like when you catch yourself in the daydream stare, you’re open to free flow imagination or hone into a specific goal like, "Where are my keys?". The answer bubbles up or a visual pops in your head or gut knowing. I'd wager most already use the techniques.

After "The Silva Method" seminar, we’d hook up with others in the area to reinforce the skills and share new ideas. I dropped out because I had a little one at the time. There’s a lot of overlap on skills that people use different vocabulary today. Like remote viewing, one lady projected what her vacation room looked like with details such as color of drapes, and wall paper and art pictures. I wondered what came first? Her projection of what she wanted and pulled it to her, or was it that she remote viewed?

If you take one thing away from this post it's that "The Silva Method" is really about our innate ability and not ‘special powers’.

For people that just popped onto this thread here’s some techniques from Post #21, and a couple of other techniques/mental gymnastics I'd play.

    Example One:

Over my bed, I had three Christmas balls that looked like bubbles hanging from my ceiling at different lengths. It gave the illusion that they were floating.

A friend randomly picked a ball for me to move. He upped the challenge to swing left/right, back/forth, or circle. Then for the finale move all three.

It wasn’t all at once “Oh, my God!”

While alone, I’d notice one move and the other two didn’t. I rationalized it was a breeze, even though no windows were opened. I intellectualized that it was the air currents.

I didn’t believe it. But once I figured out the fear of failure/nothing to loose part, I stared at another goat...I mean ball. And IT moved.

UPDATE: I forgot to add that my friend applied the same techniques above. He did it too, but did not believe himself. He said I did it. Even when I turned away and he didn't tell me which one he picked. He still didn't believe.

For those interested in the technique:

I just visualize. See them moving. In the beginning, feel or call up or recognize a sensation in either your the heart, stomach or belly button region.

How I’d describe it’s like when you're up really high on the a swing, and just as you’re about to come back down, there’s that tickle-giggle sensation. After awhile, I streamlined it. I just saw them moving in my mind’s eye.

    Example #2 (common place now):

I use to demonstrate to my students that you can zap clouds. I showed them that you just visualize them gone. In the case where there’s a lot of cloud cover, just zap a hole in them. They not only accomplished it, but went home and taught their parents.

I did a search on the method. There’s lots of information, courses and YouTube vids. Years back I flipped through the book. I’d suggest save your money. Purchase the book, “The Silva Mind Control Method”. You can add it to your pile of books, with 6000 pages of reading. I see there’s a “The Silva Method: Home Study Course” CD, too.

How Organic Food Is Being Co-opted by Biotech Interests

    Published on May 21, 2013

Some of the biggest organic players have been playing ball with Big Agra for a while, and have ironed out a "coexistence" policy. Meanwhile, the Rockefeller Foundation and others have been directing the future of food, branding the social impact of foods as a future market trend, while suggesting using recognizable brands that have been bought by multi-national corporations as a platform for growth.

    What I Noticed - today.

Have become aware I spend very little time beneath the night time sky, realized while reading the above posts.

I spent one hour writing a short mail to someone saying I could not attend a memorial service. Got bogged in grief and pretty well had my own memorial service. Deceased person is fine!

Am working on the emotion codes, deciding whether to log anything. Or just push on through. Doesn't seem like I'm going to backtrack because everything is different in the new present anyway.

Now going back to view the videos above I haven't seen while I dust and file.

    Great day all!

Thank you, Wind. I took Jordan's advice and spent time with the pine trees and breezes.

A video on how to deal with adversity in a balanced way. I go over quite a lot in this video, and I hope it's helpful to those out there who are going through periods of great change, especially when being judged or criticized by others while standing in your power and walking your talk.

CdnSirian, I'm sorry for your loss.

Oh, I so can relate to your entire post. Of late, I'm looking at how, why and where I spend my time.

I attended a dear friend's memorial a couple of weeks ago. It was surreal. I did not feel anchored because I was with old friends that I've lost contact with. It was out of consideration for his two daughters that lost their mom when they where in their pre-teen years.

You've posted a post that I have written over and over, with the words just ...... oh, happening again.

What I noticed in the past 24 hrs. A strange calm after using my current clearing tool.

Calm - strange? Shows what can become normal. Then "the calm before the storm" comes to mind. Oh how life has trained me to anticipate the next "axe to fall". Interesting.

For today - drink more water...keep allowing the release of anything chronically hidden, without having to observe. Maybe drop in a little ac vinegar with that water!
