Firstly, for those who haven't read about my last update, you can find a list of updates through the right side menu under 'Webbot - Clif High'. This particular updates follows my last, that being, 'Updates to the Global Coastal Event - 20 May 2013'.

Before I forget, Clif recently mentioned the broadcast by Simon Atkins on Fox news and also the broadcast by NBC news based around stocking up on canned goods, because of Asteroid 1998 QE2 doing a fly by on May the 31st. He said that this was seen in the webbot data to occur and has now manifested, so is a type of temporal marker towards the Global Coastal Event.
Also note that about 30% of the Global Coastal Event 'words' from the webbot database, have been fulfilled within the media. This means that 30% of what was predicted by the webbot, in relation to the GCE, has already happened in a sense. (This goes towards what I have been saying lately, when I have been saying that so many things have already occurred)
Clif expected the economy collapse (market crash) to occur 21 days before the GCE. This obviously did not happen yet. Things have changed basically, and going by the data, Clif has said, it seems a type of collapse is occurring now and is still a temporal marker to the GCE as it was meant to happen before it. (See the situation in Japan for information on whats going on) He recently explained that the webbot does show a series of events and it can be difficult to get the timing right with the predictions, but they are in a certain order usually.
Clif High mentioned that through independent validation studies done in the past, using remote viewers from the Hawaii remote viewing guild and from a Belgium group, they saw that there was going to be a kind of protest and march at the steps of a domed type structure in the USA during the time the GCE started to occur.
Clif High suspects that the Monsoto gathering and march which takes place around 2PM Pacific time, in Olympia, Washington on Saturday the 25th of May, may be what was seen as there is a location there that is very similar to what the remote viewers saw. (a building that is a replicate of the states capital where another of the Monsanto marches will take place) Around 12-14 remote viewers confirmed this, so it just wasn't one sitting there on his own.
Tens of thousands of activists from around the world will take part in March Against Monsanto this weekend to call for action against GM crops. Currently, marches are being planned on six continents, in 36 countries, totalling events in more than 250 cities.
In the past, the 'states capital' has been referred to with regards to the mention of this specific remote viewing prediction. There is a Monsoto march going on then from 11AM to 12PM Pacific time at the actual states Capital. So I am just covering both instances here.
Clif is now suspecting that the GCE might then occur on the 25th, after 2pm Pacific time. Clif also thinks ts possible that the earthquake Clif High is expecting in his area of the World actually occurs at this moment, and then the actual GCE occurs later on in May, possibly around the 31st when that huge Asteroid 1998 QE2 does its flyby. (large objects coming near the Earth are known to possibly impact the energetic system of the Earth)
But, Clif also states that it may all happen on the 31st, including the Earthquake in his area.
This gives us a general idea of what to suspect coming up. But also note that from what I am understanding now, going by a number of sources expecting an 'event', is that a 'wave of energy' may be hitting Earth, originating from behind the Sun and could be responsible for the initial occurrence of the Global Coastal Event.
As humans, we like to 'see' what is going on, so the mention of a space rock possibly being involved is probably just a coincidence at this stage. 'Energies from Space' has shown in the webbot data for a long time now and this is key to what is really going on, in my opinion.
