Here and now..5:55 am, back home in my own bed and peeping through the curtains to see how the Villagers are doing.

Arrived after 1 am this morning. it was a safe trip, although very tiring.

All three cats are well...a little fatter, perhaps. Meanwhile I'm slimmer than I was when I left here two weeks ago.
A flu has this effect on one's appetite. Barbados is such a swimsuit place where everyone wants to look their best, and I guess the universe heard me when I said I wish I could lose a few kilos. Since I didn't increase my exercise routine, nor decrease my food intake, I was given a flu virus.
Hmm...when all else fails, get sick? What a lesson! LOL.

TV Series "THE IMMORTAL".

I remember recording the music introduction with my General Electric Cassette Recorder. I recorded with a microphone.Then, my Grandmother (her name was America Diaz Nava) said something like "What are you doing?" and i become mad because her voice was mixed with the Inmortal Opening. I had to wait one week for the next chapter and try again.
Later, my father, ordered an audio output from the tv, in order to recording without micro. That was magic.

Telefunken Black-Withe TV. 5 button channels, 3 left over.

Not to derail this thread, I thought it would be OK to post about what has just happened (finally!) with my son, Reid, as some here have followed my posts about this situation which began last mid July (2012).

I am posting the PM I just sent to "Eram" but that I extend to everyone to whom this applies.

Hi "Eram,"

My son's court date was yesterday and we were fortunate in that we obtained an agreement from the district attorney that he would recommend to the judge my son receive probation. Today, the judge ruled and gave Reid 10 years probation.

We are very relieved, but he has a long, long road in front of him that will allow no mistakes.

Thanks for your kindness and prayers. I will never forget how you helped me last July 23rd via PM and in this very thread (Here).
