    Default Manifesting Made Easy

    What is manifesting?

Manifesting is not hocus pocus, and neither is it hokum. Manifesting, at its most simple, is aligning ourselves with the flow of energy – the art of inserting ourselves where-ever in the flow we wish to be.

    An example?

I was working in hard country, descending a 40 degree plus rainforest slope, and it was hard, hard going. I clung to tree, shrub and vine to keep from tumbling down into the ravine. I said to myself “I wish I would find some steps to make my passage up the other side easier”.

This is where I had come from

I had sent my intent out into the world, and from that moment on, my every decision as to how I would descend, and which lines I would take, were informed by that intent. There would have been more than 20 decision points, and I made each decision without thought (except for my immediate safety!), but with complete trust. I was under no illusion that there would be a man-made set of steps awaiting me at the other side, but I was sure I would find something.

    Trust.

    This is what I found

In every moment of our lives, we are confronted with decision points. Most of the time, however, we have no clear purpose, direction or idea of where we wish to end up. In having no focus, we are not allowing magic to enter our lives. In setting a desired goal, and allowing “instinct” (or “gut”, or “heart”) to guide me, I opened my life up to the expression of magic.

This is manifestation in its most simple form.

This is the time and place to share experiences of manifesting, so we can all learn to trust.

Who would like to go first?

Then we can talk about other ways of manifesting if you like.

Well, for the last week or so, I've had a obsession with "shrooms." I've been seeing them pop up all over the place large and lush mushrooms. Then I asked about shamanic mushrooms and looked it up. They are pretty difficult to tell, to experience other dimensions and see auras. So this site will send you pieces, or spores, but you know the NSA is on that, so that's a no go. I was so enthused with what I'd read and then went to You tube and saw more.

I said wow, they go back to the Santa Clause story. Pics of St Nick hanging them on the trees, Coca Cola used the red and white ones in advertising for their soda.

I said, off handedly, probably with a little more intent than I expected, "boy I wish I had some of those to experience that." Well these mushrooms grow under the Pine trees ergo the reason for St Nick hanging them at Christ's mass. The calming effect when one is in the proper heart and mind is a holiday from the crapola we deal with during the holidays of rush, cook exhaust, and listen to people who still harbor ill feelings in the family, every holiday or so.

Well, just this week, I noticed that the "red ones are growing in the same neighbors yard, and I keep watching to see if they veil like on the video. Gotta say curiosity, has me.
But yes, the manifestation of the need to meditate with mushrooms, bought them all over his yard under "his pine trees."

music, great idea. i've had this happen to me many many times in my life, even before i knew how to manifest consciously! for example, i have good luck finding empty carts in the grocery store right when i need them, (never at the beginning)

and once when i was walking home from work, (i dont remember the details, i must have been tired or achy) and i just asked for a ride home! and a friend/acquaintance that i hadnt seen in forever (high school) drove by and stopped to offer a ride!

once i was quite thirsty at my desk at work, and i believe there wasnt any easy access to juice. i just wanted juice. i then went back to work, and the sales coordinator popped by offering juice because they were done with a meeting (or something like that). i remember thinking i had good karma, and that it was instant transaction feeling. it was an awesome moment.

    :D
    unite, alright

When we made our big move recently, there were a litany of decisions to be made, and a litany of things that could have easily gone wrong. From no help awaiting to assist in unloading the 26' rental truck, to not having a clue what place we were going to buy, etc., everything was left to the four winds so to speak. We simply trusted that all would be well, and that the exact place we wanted to live in would be sitting there waiting for us.

As far as unloading the truck went for instance, my uncle who is a manager at a fast food restaurant called at the last minute, just in case we might need some help. He didn't even know that we were desperate for some strong backs, and hadn't a clue of where to turn. He had five of his best workers in mind, and we only needed 2 or 3. After hanging up the phone, we just stared at each other like: "WOW!!!"

As far as the new house, little did we know that a real estate boom was starting right at about the time we arrived here, and every piece of decent property not only rapidly exceeded our price range, but were also rapidly scooped up. There again things were starting to look rather desperate. We didn't come here to be chained to a rental house in town, and there was of course no going back. The one place we had seen out in the country that WAS our dream home with land, woods and water, and was exactly in our price range, was already under contract. So it goes huh?

Then another one of those phone calls, this time from the realtor on that house. Turns out it was indeed under contract, but had also been dragging along for nearly two years now. I think he had liked us personally (that's very important in these parts), and the home owner was tired of fooling around. He managed to get the buyer to forego his contract, and next thing you know our dream house was ours after all. It HAD been waiting for us, and because it had been under contract, it hadn't been snatched up with the rest of them.

You're absolutely right music, there is a flow to things. When our hearts are in the right place, and we trust ourselves to that flow, things just have a way of working out.

Teradactyl, I like your string of examples, we all have many, many examples, and really, they stretch the bounds of coincidence. In fact, I would like to declare here and now that the notion of "coincidence" (in the mindless, empty sense most understand it) is a control mechanism primed by cultural shorthand to foster disbelief in "magic"

Lifebringer, make room for the mushrooms, just make sure they are the right species :D There is a real thread of magic to your tale, that's for sure.

I just opened to the new topics posted and saw this post. Your example of the way your intent to discover the direct safe path led to knowing just how to proceed is wonderful.

Manifestation is just what we do and learning how to make this experience conscious is what we are developing now. This is awesome, wondrous happy news that just gets more real all the time.

In my recent experience, I manifest answers to my questions in record time.
For example, when I was cleaning out the shed next door, I came across electric hedge clippers. My friend Tina and I wanted to also find the cord for the clippers and remarked a couple of times that we had not yet found a cord.

Three hours later, a friend Ron, came to cut new growth off my big box wood shrub. He is potting two hundred boxwood slips for his shrub business. Ron showed me later what he had been cutting. He showed me his electric pruning shears and I noticed they looked a lot like mine. The cord he uses is only a standard extension cord. I learned the answer to the question of what cord I needed.

And then there is my new washing machine. The 20 year old machine broke. I was not at all concerned about the loss. In fact visiting the local laundra-mat which has WIFI is actually fun.

The process of looking for a gently used machine had informed me that my old washer was succeeded by much cleaner technology. I was happy to be in the pursuit of a gently used new machine from Craigslist. Feeling a certain feeling of satisfaction already while holding an intent is a powerful trajectory for directing the flow.

I have a beautiful brother John. John visited me when my washing machine broke and helped me move it out. One day a couple of weeks later, my brother called and asked about what I was doing about the washing? I told him all about my intentions to have a great washing machine and how easy using the laundra-mat was in the meantime.

Two hours later he called to tell me he had ordered a brand new machine for me because he wanted me to have one. I felt like a participant in the old TV show "Queen for a Day" when the contestants were gifted with appliances. This is also a key because I do allow my brother to do things that I might deflect from others. I allowed him to be a channel for the machine.

Then there is de manifesting. One of the keys to manifesting is to be open handed and to let go of grasping. This grasping is psychic first. I say psychic because we hold onto mental debris such as deep fears that then keep us holding onto material circumstances.

I have been experiencing help clearing out the excess stuff I have accumulated. I had been unable to completely clear away my husbands old stuff from 7 years ago when he passed onto his new life. I am stirring up quite a bit of psychic dirt.

In doing this, I have been faced with my unconscious beliefs concerning the basis of my security.
The issues here are about unconscious beliefs around my capability to live alone without my partner.
I was holding onto grudge that I was left behind and yet not able to take this responsibility.
My prosperity in life seemed to have been dependent on a husband. I have manifestation blocks based on these unconscious items:

    1. Holding onto "things" IN CASE I might need them (hoarding of all kinds).
This is contrasted by the flow of knowing whatever I may need will be available to use.

    2. Regret over my past difficulty managing the things in my life (maintenance of all the details related to things).
This is contrasted by the knowing that as I feel more capable, my ability always enlarges.

    3. Fear that I will suffer harm if I cannot have certain conditions of a material kind.
This is contrasted by Faith that my beliefs in scarcity and lack may change and experience keep up.

    4. The belief that I am alone responsible for meeting my needs to experience a successful material life.
This is contrasted by the knowing that my thoughts, feelings and relationship to my Creative Flow is the responsibility.

The details of what may be needed are taken on by a larger energetic flow when we allow this to be true. When we clear the channels, we succeed in having abundant life. Intention, clarity and ability to be loved by the Universal Flow are the responsibility to focus. YES.
    Thanks Music, Maggie

Fred, thanks for that. I find with the places we live, there is a real chance for our magic to bring us exactly what we need, when we need it. It worked for you guys, and it worked for us too. Our place was empty and unadvertised, waiting for the right people to find it (owner's words), and we found it. We want to buy it, but have no money? That's OK, the owner wants to sell, but only to us, when we have the money, no rush, no pressure. When the time is right, the money will be there. I trust in that, so forget about it and wait for those particular seeds to bear fruit.

All will be well, because all is well. How could it possibly be otherwise?

I would like to quote you from an article from my wife which resonated when I read the above lines. I think you are both on the same wavelength

Quote We often hear that money is energy, and that we need to learn to love the energy of money in order to attract it. Recently, however, I came across a new way to look at money that really resonated with me. In this new way of looking at money we take the idea of energy a step further. Money is not just energy, it is a symbol that represents a life force. A life force whose purpose is to flow, nurture, and connect the planet and its inhabitants.

Access to this life force should be a natural part of our being. But because we have come to associate the accumulation of money with security and power this life force is being hoarded, and thus obstructed, and not permitted to flow in a natural way. True security and inner power come from trusting ourselves and our relationship with the universe, not from mass accumulations of money.

Thanks so much for that quote.
Use and Beauty make great filters!

I keep finding things and wondering...Is this useful to ME? I have asked to assisted because I feel overwhelmed.
That overwhelm is very uncomfortable but it has been GREAT!.

My intent is working to unravel the snarled and gnarly question of "what IS useful?"
Example:this week, sometimes, I have put together some previously NON useable items.

I found a bucket of rock salt and was not sure what to do? It did not seem useful at the moment.
Then I found all the scattered parts of an ice cream maker that works.
    Together they are perfectly useful.

My weekend project is to make peach ice cream.
    That's a gift of beauty.

Hope you uncover some fun examples of use.

OH YES we are all definitely waving in harmony.

I know that a shift from intellectualizing to feeling makes the big shift. Intellectualizing without feeling makes an idea OF the life force. To Feel the Force is the way to Inform the Force because we do have a relationship.

A Presence has been showing me the happy fact that this true security of being together will help me laugh at the vestiges of my materialistic grasping. Its as simple as anything when you feel the flow. I am very grateful to be letting my self feel more and more.

Lol...I just posted before and after pictures of a piece of furniture tht I changed online...I said --Magik in slow motion, so funny I hopped on Avalon, go into the first thread and its topic- magik and manifesting

(I couldn't post recent pics..somehow still have issues with managing attach. and pics?) But heres a couple pics I posted some time ago in another thread..

I often think in these terms when creating art because visualizing what i want to create happens in thought first.....and in most cases it marinates in my mind--tweeking here and there-- then its manifested into 3d.

Somewhat different example then what u are using...however it seems that ALL of our lives are a canvas WITH WHICH TO CREATE
Life manifestation, for now, is in slow motion, more so then creating a piece of art. So most of us are not aware of it, but in creating and making 3d or 2d objects it helps one to see manifestation in a much slower period of time THEREBY helping us to REALIZE such a thing is possible.....

Funny though, when I write my thoughts its ALL in the moment from the heart in real time no preparation there-- I just try to make sure its organized so it doesn't confuse the crap out of people--

Anyway heres a couple pics before and after--the result is something I thought in my mind for a while deciding the design and the colors..etc.. Theres a sense of accomplishment when the visual tht was in my mind ends up in front of me--it took time for me to get the results I wanted--practice over many years. Still I can improve MUCH more visualizing more intricate images and manifesting those

Great topic and one I've been thinking a lot about lately. I'm still learning to let go of my rational thinking (the "something can't come out of nowhere" thinking) and need to control and understand everything. My intent is for that to go now, I no longer need or want it. Due to my background I used to think that anything remotely like magik was bad and needs to be avoided, that it could be "the dark side" making it happen. How silly.
My field of expertise is not knowing anything.

I was just finishing reading post#1 when my thoughts turned to the work of Paul Stamets in the field of mushrooms/mycelium. How perfect, to scroll down one post and see post#2 is centred on mushrooms.

Here is another work based manifestation. I had traps out, looking for a threatened species of mouse so the area could be protected should it be there. I had 200 traps out, keeping them out over four nights, clearing them each morning. On the first day, I opened trap number 69 and found one yellow-footed antechinus (think of a small, carnivorous, marsupial “mouse” with a pointy nose and yellowish feet!), and I thought “it would have been real cute if there had been 2 of them in trap 69”.

Next day, I open trap 69, and there are two antechinus, a male and a female, snuggled up nose to tail in the bedding at the foot of the trap like a furry little yin/yang symbol.

Sounds like you watched that youtube video by some Gnostic network on amanita muscaria, which brings up a lot of what you stated. I assume you have got yourself a copy of John Allegro's book "The Sacred Mushroom And The Cross"?

You can find a free PDF to download as it can be hard to track down in print-form. Enjoy!

Manifesting is an interesting one. Here is something from my website that I wrote for a workshop a while ago:

Quote Our outer reality is a perfect reflection of our inner world. What we put out comes back to us. But it is not JUST what we CONSCIOUSLY think that determines the state of our outer world. Some people try to follow ‘The Secret” and end up working to push away negative thoughts and focus only on positive thoughts, believing this will allow them to manifest their dreams. However what we actually send out is not just our thoughts, it is essentially an energetic signature that captures all aspects of our being. Both our conscious thoughts AND unconscious thoughts are reflected back to us in our outer world. When we become aware of this we can start to see negative experiences in our outer reality, not as punishment or a sign of failure, but rather as reminders of areas inner healing that is needed.

A lot of fearful thoughts come from parts of us that we don’t want to look at. Parts that somewhere along the way we came to believe were undesirable and thus we unconsciously pushed deep down. These parts, feeling rejected and unworthy, actually have a lot of power in our lives, and are the source of much pain and fear. When we are ready to open ourselves and reconnect with these parts we begin to heal and change our energy signature. As more and more of our aspects are healed with love, the more our energetic signature becomes love and the more our outer world reflects the love within. The key to this process is willingness to be open, honest and accepting (all attributes of love)in a process of deep self reflection. When we can accept both the beautiful, gentle and kind aspects, AND those we have labelled as undesirable we are well on our way towards healing our inner fractions and returning to a state of LOVE.
For me it feels like the universe responds to our whole energy signature, and this is ultimately what we see reflected in our reality. So while it is possible to have isolated manifesting successes, unless we do our deep work we will also manifest unwanted situations into our reality.

Another key that I have found in manifesting is unattachment. I play a game with parking. I set my intent to get a park right where I need to go. When I started this game I didn't realize it but I was attached to the outcome. If I got the spot I felt like I was in the flow and doing things right...but then of course when I didn't get the spot I felt like I had failed, and had slipped from the flow. When I realized this and consciously unattached myself from the outcome my success rate when right up.

I also believe that my higher-self knows what I need...more than my 3d self. I don't want to try to control my reality too much...I have a nice relationship with me on the otherside and trust 'I' will provide and create for my highest good.

I will also share my newest little manifestation treasure. I like to leave room for the universe to surprise me. The other day I bought a painting at a second hand shop for $20. When I looked up the name 'Coutaud' signed at the bottom, I discovered it was painted by French surrealist Lucien Coutaud. He illustrated Rimbaud's season in Hell and met Picasso and Matisse. How fun and exciting!

As I presently understand it, manifesting isn't really easy, rather, it is hard to avoid. It's just a question of how consciously, harmoniously and wisely we do it.

Manifestation is the natural consequence of action on the causal plane. If our consciousness is fully centered on the causal plane, then manifesting will be instantaneous. If our consciousness is centered on this plane, then manifesting will be slower and subtler, but it will occur because our causal self exists even though most of us are not centered in it, yet.

The action on the causal plane that drives manifestation is intention. If we intend something with our "whole energy signature", as enfoldedblue put it, it will manifest. This doesn't mean that if we really want, or even need something on this 3D plane that it will be manifested. It means that if our whole being intends something, it will be created within the limits of cosmic and universal law.

On the causal plane we either do or not do, no "try", just like Yoda said. Trying is an important part of this 3D plane. On the causal plane we either create or not create. Here we attempt things and test things. It's one of the purposes of this plane. But, causal manifesting still is in operation here whether we are aware of it or not.

We may be able to recall a misplaced intention with a superseding intention to nullify the earlier one, if we act in time. Better still, in my opinion, is to make all our intentions provisional upon accord with the will of The Supreme Being and the best and highest interest of all concerned.

If we create something, we own it, that is, we are responsible for it. There is no "create it and forget it" creating, even though many apparently have tried this.

Furthermore, if you counter create to the will of The Supreme Being, then you will naturally experience negative consequences to your choice. This is not because The Supreme Being is vengeful or judgmental, it is because The Supreme Being is the only One who knows how to do it right every time. It is the only Being who knows how to always create in the best and highest interests of the entirety of existence, of All That Is, all the time. So, if you deviate from harmony with It in your choices, then your choices themselves will naturally result in some degree of negative consequences.

I suspect that the main lesson of any cycle of creation is that none of us are wiser than The Supreme Being. Seems obvious, but apparently we have to go through a lot to really prove it to ourselves. At least that's true for me.

Since it is through our Higher Self that we connect to The Supreme Being, it is through harmony with our Higher Self that we can learn to create harmoniously and wisely, in accord with cosmic and universal law, and in the best and highest interests of all concerned. I suspect that somewhere along the path of our individual spiritual maturation, we will each have to choose whether we will henceforth now create only in accord with the will of The Supreme Being, or whether we will continue to try to wing it on our own.

On this present plane, as we reawaken to our whole selves, our capacity to act consciously from the causal plane increases, and as we reintegrate spiritually our capacity to create wisely and in harmony with All That Is through our Higher Selves increases.

enfoldedblue, allow me to "me too" you on one more of your points, that of unattachment.

Let me switch, for the moment, from the metaphor of The Supreme Being to the metaphor of the Eternal Father/Mother, both metaphors being symbols for the ultimate reality.

In my opinion and my experience, when we are attached to our desires and intentions, we are like a brat child in a huge family, the hugest possible family, whom our loving parents are caring for perfectly, literally perfectly. But when we get demanding, "I want what I want right now!", well it's like expecting the cosmos to dance to our tune at the expense of all the other family members. Ain't going to work!

Just let go and let our parents do their job, and wait your turn. We get much better results when we do that. Father/Mother know how to fill our needs, desires and intentions, and how to do it better than we could.

Form your intention in accord with the will of the Father/Mother and then let go and relax, and let the Eternal flow take care of it.
