Red Light

I could swear I saw a thread entitled Orbs recently, but I can't find it. . .so sorry if this is in the wrong place! I just wanted to share this, for what it is worth. . .

As I lay in bed around 3,30 am wondering whether to get up a few minutes before the alarm was due to ring, I was surprised to see a red glow up on a shelf I use as an "altar", with incense, pictures of beings that inspire me, & odd little items I have collected etc.

The light grew smaller & denser, & moved about at great speed, before shooting out of the door. I also thought I heard a quiet thump, which sounded like a cat jumping to the floor (both cats were cuddled in with me).

I was not at all afraid, but very curious. There is nothing in the room that could have caused this; nor could any light from outside penetrate the blinds & double curtains over the window (I like to sleep in total darkness)

I enjoy lying in bed before getting up, remembering my dreams & preparing for the day's work, & this has not happened before; although I did see a red orb really close up a few years ago.
