I KNEW it when i was in the military that they did this so when i got my secret clearence i was like "ya ya that doesnt mean much." and all those other ones who have top secret clearences dont really even know which ones they had. i knew a guy that would always throw that out and say "well i know what im talking about i have a top secrect clearence." i use to roll my eyes and knew he didnt know what he was saying. also its some sort of thing that people who want to validate themselves would say.
