This thread is very much appreciated. Thanks to all!

I have a friend who is preparing a series of short stories on alien intervention and the origins of mankind. He sent an excerpt over to me a few weeks ago. I asked him if I could share it with you here and he gave the green light...

I believe this is a forward but it sort of relates to the subject matter. Feel free to tear it apart... he is grateful for any and all constructive criticism. I've encouraged him to apply for membership here. He would really benefit from the insight.

    ******************************************

Humanity stranded on this orb, questioning its plight purpose and origins of existence. Throughout eons many great minds ponder the wonder, the injustice, the incredible absurdity of being. Alone in the universe with only a modicum of clues, myth, legend and archaic texts scribed by brethren, we struggle in a vain attempt to understand why we are The Orphaned Planet*.

Are we the ostracized progeny of some distant and presumably advanced civilization? The creation of a vengeful and jealous Patriarch? The experiential manifestation of universal energy? A computer simulation? A virtual vacation? A single organism with disparate and dysfunctional components attacking one another under the presumption of individual sovereignty as a cancer to the host, or a platform of individual life forms evolving and competing for survival?

If we interpret prevailing theological themes, ( Genesis, Horus, Isis/Osirus, Giglamesh, the Iriquois Sky World, Brahma, the “primordial wind” of Buddhism), we can extract understanding in just how very special and unique humanity, the flora and fauna of this earth truly are. Humanity alone is represented by four major races and over five thousand ethnicities and fifteen major religions. The diversity in our species pales by comparison to the estimated 8.7 million species remaining in our ecosystem. Whether this planet, this galaxy, this universe is real, perceived, a digital or holographic manifestation or simply the collective observational experience of energy, this place, this wonderfully diverse, beautiful, inspiring, and yes, terrifying place is something to be cherished, preserved and protected.

Just as a Curator or Archivist would preserve works of art, literature and documents/media or a Conservator would care for and maintain species and their DNA, it is plausible that we too, have a Conservator or Curator to oversee our awe inspiring world. If so, would this Conservator seek to maintain the collection in its unadulterated form with minimal intervention or would Curators of the collections of Antiquity handle the artifacts regularly or rarely and with gloves and masks to prevent deterioration and contamination?

True Conservationists of the animal kingdom take extreme measures to preserve their charges avoiding altering their natural existence and intervene only to preserve the species without conscious influence, thus allowing the perceived injustice of natural selection and as such, the Lion eats the antelope shortly after the Conservationist anesthetizes the Lion for tagging or procedure. The Conservationist seeks to be as invisible and anonymous as possible. The Lion awakens from its anesthesia, slightly annoyed, somewhat groggy with a faint memory of being violated. Occasionally, the Lion catches a glimpse of the dart gun or its operator prior. What must this poor creature think of its experience? Does the antelope sense injustice in the preservation of the lion as the lion’s jaws bear down on its delicate neck? Does the Conservationist, believe that he or she is enabling the antelope’s brutal demise or saving a noble species for posterity, and if for posterity, whose? Will the Lion, one day in the distant future, evolve and prevail as the dominant species on the planet and if so, will it know or understand its origins? Will the survivors of the inevitable human demise become the new Conservationists watching from afar? Are the progeny of the once Dominant Reptiles of Earth watching us from afar and intervening only to preserve our species? Have you glimpsed the “dart gun’? Is its Operator a benign Curator seeking to preserve us and our planet or a malevolent hunter seeking to reclaim the real estate?

*In astronomy, an Orphan Planet is a planet adrift in the cosmos with no parent star to orbit. The author assumes poetic license in the loose application of this term as it applies to an occupied planet that for lack of empirical evidence is presumably alone in the Universe

Quote I would also like to make a clairification here that has bugged me since I first heard this term. Andromedan... to say that one is from Andromeda, is like saying one is from the Milky Way.
It is true that saying "being andromedan" is very vague way express one's origin's. And I personally am aware of the vastness of space. But at the moment all I know is the general direction of my possible origins. And I am not able to comment origins of other souls. It's just that I have strong belief that I am from out there somewhere. But I totally understand if this sounds wacko, that is what I would have thought few years ago if reading stuff like this.

And btw, here is quite nice and compact description of Andromeda(constellation): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andromeda_(constellation) (stars with planets 12)
And here, the galaxy M31 i.e. Andromeda:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andromeda_Galaxy (estimated to have 1 trillion stars...)

Very well written story. But as it's based on assumption that the alien conservationists would think and work like humans, it can be very far from the truth? What if they have different values, ethics and codes?

I asked the very same question! He said he is operating under the presumption that the Reptillians originated on earth, which is his theory. I am guessing that he believes that systems are inherited and learned and that conservation is a "universal directive" from a higher authority, but that there a rogue elements at play. He has a lot of theories to support, but it is written as "fiction". He is quite an entertaining character himself.

One good question begets another ')

Do you believe that your soul/consciousness/spirit/awareness originated from Andromeda or your physical body/genetics?

Well there is not much to add on that. If he assumes that, then in his reality it is so. I would sure like to read more of his stories ofc.!

I think these human bodies are just vessels for our souls. Each of us are originally from God - but due to different reasons spawned around the universe. > my soul has been somewhere in andromeda - constellation or galaxy, that I am not yet aware? It could be that I have been somewhere else before and after, but for some reason, I remember only* bits and pieces from that time.

And funny thing is that I remember being observer. I did study humans, but those native indian like people were not on earth during that time. It was Earth-like planet, but had atleast two moons.

So that leads me to ask - as I was one, why my kin is not revealing thyselves to me?

(*=I do also have some memories from being native indian shaman and soldier in WW2, but I am not sure if I have been those or just observed those on Earth. )

Few days ago I was doing one quite deep meditation. Before meditation I asked archangel Michael to keep me safe and also surrounded myself with protective white buble. After entering to the ethreal world (in my mind atleast) I was soon contacted by a small group of reptilians. They were blackish violet, and their skin appeared to be bit slimy, like frog's skin. Their leader asked if I would be open for proposition? I said no, and asked them to leave. They were quite persistent and left only after I asked Archangel Michael and Metatron to help me. Afterwards I think it would have been cool to listen the proposition, but ofc. say firm No! - No matter what it would have been.

Two things wonder me though, why they were not forced to respectmmy free will, and why my protections I made before meditation failed?

It sounds like things worked just fine.
They did not get away with forcing you to do something.
They asked and only thing they could do was be annoying and keep asking.

Your backup of Archangel Michael and Metatron arrived when requested.
Nothing wrong with calling for backup.
Sounds like you stood your ground well.

True, it all ended just fine. I was just in naïve illusion that protective measures beforehand would be enough. :]

    I remember that feeling.

Nice to witness your own strength though.

My backup arrived one night and instead of saving the day said, "You do it."
That was sobering. I know help is still here for me now but can take care of the small stuff on my own.

The predominant energy of this place is messaging that my comment above was unwise, like a dare to buggers
and that to tell the 'How' of it would be akin to handing out a password to a personal account.

Question now is who sends the message? Old timers who worry for a naive person or buggers who hope the child will go away?
I rarely feel fear (more like hesitation nowdays) till someone reminds me that I should, then it lingers for awhile.

Glad to know you have backup that will step in when needed.
