I'm not shure if I really understand the parts when it says: "Those who mind don't matter and those who matter don'T mind'' !!
I speak french so sometimes I don't understand the ''playing words'' ...
Can you explain

Be true to yourself, and speak from your heart. But in doing so, realize there are some people who want to control what you think or say. Those are the people that "don't matter". Those are the people who are not centered in their own heart. They want to make you abide by what they think is right and good. And so they get offended by what you say. Everything has to be their way. So the phrase "those who mind" is another way of saying "those who would try to control what you say or think". So those folks who mind, aren't the kind of folks that matter anyway.
Those folks that love you no matter what you say or think, are the people that really matter.
Those that mind, (try to control you), don't matter. The people that do matter, (your loved ones) don't mind, (don't care) what you say, they will love you anyway.
Ugh. I think I've just confused you more. ---- Never mind. -----
