I get excited by this.. .. it is time and the answer is now. The other day myself and a few friends were picking up how unsettled Gaia was and sure enough she was throwing off a lot of charge with increased earthquake activity.

We immediately stopped what we were doing and went to work with her. The first response I got was a Thank YOU! That floored me it was so loud. What my perception showed me was almost immediately towering pillars of golden light penetrated into the planet... each one finding an exact point around the Pacific rim... I was then showed/ told that the energy was being redistributed in a circular fashion instead of in a opposing wave of energy that was bouncing from one side of the Pacific to the other. I was told this would even out the needed release of built up tension and things would calm down.

Fact or fantasy? You decide. All I know is that within hours there were series of decreasing size earthquakes distributed around the perimeter of the Pacific.

My experience was mirrored in that of my friends ... adding to my growing certainty that we are creative beings of magnitude.

Thank you for sharing this Christine as it brought to my mind an experience i had in Bosnia in 1985 with Mother Mary.

She said that with prayer and fasting. ( Focused intention using ones consciousness and body) That humanity could prevent wars and decrease the effects of natural disasters.

Thanks for the question, and here's where I'm coming from. 'Love and light' alone doesn't cut it. Not because the intention and goodwill is not there, but because just that isn't enough. If it was, we'd be out of the woods by now. Billions of people hope for the best and still get the same thing, or worse, when they wake up the next morning.

What I'm describing is targeted, focused, specific, and synergistic. Changing individuals. Directed healing. Not just meditating, It's quite different.

Some Avalon members already do this stuff (read Christine's post above) -- and it gets results that you can read about the next day.

Please take a moment to read what I wrote again. If you don't feel like supporting it, then don't participate... that's fine.

I appreciate what you're saying here Bill as I am a practical sort of person as well. I also appreciate the so-called "love and light" perspective. We need observable results in this physical universe, but there seems to be some disagreement as to the source of those results. Love and light gets a bad rap around here and I often think when I hear certain remarks "What's so bad about love and light?" Look at the works of someone , say, like Eckhart Tolle. He speaks about a "New Earth" and how there will be those in the role of "builders" and those that are "frequency holders". I see the 'love and light people' as more like the frequency holders and many of those on Avalon, like yourself Bill, as the "builders". Both are needed, for if we only have those kind of people looking for specific causes and results, we soon lose connection with the holistic purpose or plan. Of course there are those that would be a mixture of both of these types. The way that I agree with you Bill on those examples of 'love and light' which lack coherent direction toward a more evolved state of humanity, is that good intentions are not enough. Love and light is important, but for the purposes of yourself and many here on Avalon, specific measures are needed. It would be prudent and wise for us to respect both the builders and the frequency holders in this 'new Earth' and continue to work in concert for the betterment of all. For as many of us who focus more on the spiritual side of things, there is great wisdom and promise in love and light. At the level of spirit(as evidenced by many of those that have crossed over and returned to tell the tale) we are all balls of light filled with joy and love. Would not reflecting on those qualities help motivate us to greater and greater heights collectively? I think what you actually mean when you refer to love and light people are those with only good intentions and no other effort or commitment to making accordant changes. If that is the case I wholeheartedly agree with you that good intentions are not enough. Practicality couple with devotion(of a deeply sincere and spiritual nature emanating from the core of who we really are) is the key. God bless you Bill and thank-you for all the work you've done! This is a very well put together concept, but I just have to ask one question. From everything I know about spiritual work, it is necessary to ASK PERMISSION of the person you wish to work with. I copied the text here and popped it into a Word doc so I could easily search for that word "permission." It isn't found in any post so far.

So... what are you thinking about that concept of permission? I can easily work with Gaia because just by casual observation of the natural world it's easy to see that Gaia is a harmonious construct. Things out of harmony in the natural world are ugly, not in keeping with Gaia's beauty. My feeling is I have permission to assist in any way I can, working with the natural world.

But I don't know about people... If we resent being negatively manipulated ourselves, how can we impose ourselves where we have not been given permission? Even for what we believe is "good"?

Just curious where this fits in.

One more thanks is never enough when it comes to people changing the course of humanity. I thank you Bill for giving a place so special for us together with moderators and all other souls that are leaving their unique energy signatures here.
If we put our attention on negative we have no choice but to vibrate along that focus. We actually have no other choice if we want to evolve spiritually, we have to be attentive only to the thought patterns that brings positive outcomes to our lives. It is not easy because while getting up from the chair and closing the computer we face reality at its fullest capacity and we have to remind ourselves not to fall for the traps of day to day events and set backs. Guiding our thoughts to where we want and happy with is a demanding task indeed and takes practice.
Resonating outside to help others only can happen if we are self an example to learn from.

We are all interconnected at the quantum level and at the level of mass consciousness. In that sense, anything that any one of us does or thinks is instantly felt by us all. Because that is so, when someone feels bad, that effects the Akasha. When someone feels good, likewise.

You're talking about permission at the individual level. That pertains more to directed work with someone in particular, as in, a voodoo practitioner or a wiccan sending a spell in someone's direction for negative effect. Or even positive. Whatever is done reflects back upon the person who initiates.

In this case, working at the level of mass fields of consciousness does not have individual repercussions in the same manner. Especially since this work is not negatively oriented, and there are observable effects that can speak to whether an energetic intention is coherent or non-coherent. Coherency resonates with fundamental wave-forces of materiality, stead-state vibrations in tune with existence, with life, with consciousness in full harmonic collaboration.

That which is not coherent, rebounds, to karmic and energetic effect.

This is how I understand it. It is anger and not fear that feeds into what we call natural disasters. If we wish to have any form of disclosure which will almost certainly cause the masses to turn onto the controller, be ready to dissipate that energy.

Who do we ask permission from? No one asked us permission if they could impose GMOs, radiation, hatred and violence on the planet. When you work at a planetary level you are working in cooperation with the Life Force itself. As Bill stated no oppositions, no condemnation, if an obstacle exists move on. (oh, just re-read your post and I see you aren't thinking about the earth when you ask this question.)

The only people I have ever worked on without permission are true psychopaths or suppressives. How do you work with these entities, simply by entering into NOW presence without judgement. By establishing a communication with them you are actually bringing them consciousness.. .. the whole process is with the intent that they themselves realize what they are doing, how they got there and then present them with the option of another choice. There is no coercion in this process. My experience shows that disincarnate beings go free rather quickly while those still in body not so. Again going back to Bill's suggestions that we look for those who are already awake and let them know they are not alone, it is like a nudge or a hug, never an imposition.

For me it is about accepting my own responsibility and authority. If I see something in pain or doing harm do I choose to not do anything or do I stand in my own True Self and cast Light where it is needed. By knowing myself, my true intent and the pure energies of source that I work with all doubt is cast out.

The permission becomes inherent in the act as there is no imposition on another.

To get into communication with, stand before and be willing to 'listen to' and support a person who's in confusion, discomfort or pain -- like a conflicted potential whistleblower, or genuinely disturbed and worried General, Admiral, President or Executive -- isn't a manipulation.

The strategies I'm proposing are leverage strategies where key individuals, basically good in heart, are supported in committing to a tip-the-balance decision.

I believe there are many of those, and the time may be perfect for an initiative like this. Those people are very concerned, too, but they're still on the 'inside'.

I'm not actually suggesting that Darth Vader himself is tackled head on. (Others can do that, and some, with high levels of training and experience, are doing that.) I'm suggesting addressing Vader's officers to encourage and support some of them to jump ship, blow the whistle, disobey orders, or make an unexpected strategic, positive decision.

Beneath the conditioning of many in positons of authority lie human beings who are conditioned by their environment or upbringing and who also have families, children, cats and dogs. We're addressing the humanity here. There are also some people who are 'inhuman' (or may as well be!) -- and these are not the targets I'm proposing.

Remember: a few thousand 'unusual' people at the top of the pyramid can do nothing at all without hundreds of thousands of far more regular people who are in the lower echelons of the system -- but who still have considerable power and executive authority.

To follow up on that idea/prospect of "doing something" I set about setting up my farm self sufficiently and have prepared for people to come here in an emergency. This has been put in place over many years. It's important to me to be a stabilising harmonic influence on my family and friends.

Respectfully and humbly . . . . I truly do not understand the fundamental reasoning behind this type of concept. I did as you suggested Bill and read your OP and Christine’s post several times.

So many conflicting and troubling questions come to my mind if this RSA concept is successful or plausible.

I’ll take on one of your topics because it has been a topic of great interest recently and already mentioned on this thread . . . .”did Jesus survive the crucifixion and why is his life and Mary’s so monumentally important to mankind” Let’s say RSA was applied to those with the truth and knowledge surrounding this topic and everything historically, spiritually etc was ultimately released as public knowledge world wide.

Then those responsible in ‘leveraging’ for this knowledge to be released would be responsible for mass chaos . . . fear . . . fighting and deaths. Something this unfathomable and hidden for centuries to the average human world wide would be devastating and confounding. Mankind would be left without a foundation. How would those using RSA heal or handle this type of result from their actions? Just because we want something doesn’t mean we should receive it or interfere with it.

I don’t even think the people on this forum would accept the true Knowing of why Jesus, Mary and their bloodline is such a powerful force on this planet.

So how could we in our ignorance think we have the right to ‘leverage’ Knowledge like this or interfere with ‘certain’ developments worldwide we have no understanding of let alone wisdom surrounding them?

I have mentioned several times on this forum my own recent revelations and remembering and received nothing short of out right rejection and scorn. So perhaps we could test this concept right here on this forum and I will put myself forth as a test to the RSA concept. Help me to feel safe and release my fear, anxiety and negative feelings toward posting freely about what I have remembered from my childhood contact with ET’s on this forum. I feel very strongly I Know why Jesus’ and Mary’s bloodline is monumentally important to mankind . . . . especially ‘This Time” . . . as we enter deeper into the 6th mass extinction. With regard to the permission issue, Bill already stated in the OP:

• Look for those who are receptive and may benefit from ‘someone to talk to’ or ‘be encouraged by’.

• Don’t use force or coercion of any kind.

• Don’t hammer away at resistant ‘brick walls’. Move on and seek out others who are more receptive.

And here's my two cents on the permission issue:


Blessing anyone, individual or collectively, with strict respect for permission first is the work of the Spirit. By the same token, attempting to bless anyone without appropriate permission, individually or collectively, is in violation of fundamental spiritual principles, and will ultimately rebound IMO.


The solution is simple, whatever you do to aide others spiritually, always preface it with an appropriate request for permission and make your efforts contingent upon accord with the will of the Supreme Being and the best and highest interests of all concerned beings, for example:

May I have your permission to communicate with you? ...


May I assist you in this way ...?


Let my(our) efforts to assist in the current problem, be so only in accord with the will of the Supreme Being, the free choice of all parties involved, and in the best and highest interests of all concerned.

Of course, you use your own words, or thoughts as the occasion my require, and tailor it to the exact circumstances, but the fundamental spiritual principles should be observed, if you want the best outcome for all concerned.



Edit Addition: The 'steps' I describe above are for clarity's sake. I don't mean that we should undertake formal negotiations whenever we approach someone. Once you absorb the principles I described into your being, then it becomes the way you naturally approach anyone or anything. You radiate these contingencies in your being. Of course, there will be specific instances where formal oral negotiations will be appropriate. You have to "pray constantly in your heart" and listen carefully to the voice of the Spirit to discern what is exactly right in each situation.

Edit Addition: This idea of Bill's is a truly great idea, if carried out in accord with the spiritual laws of the universe. Just put yourself in the place of the being(s) you wish to assist. How would you want to be approached, or treated in their situation?

If we don't respect those spiritual laws in this work, then we run a great risk of becoming the new oppressors that rise up and replace the old.

Thank you all for the input. Sending love which resonates in full harmonic collaboration sounds like the ticket here. In a sense that love vibe becomes part of the quantum environment, to be paid attention to or not as individuals choose. Perhaps we can draw their attention a little bit and they can give themselves permission to make other choices.

I did, too, Carmen. I've been here from the beginning, right through PA1 and into Project Avalon in its present form.

It was that pioneering spirit of the original Ground Crew that inspired me to focus more on the things I CAN do to help move the planet and all who care toward a positive outcome for all of us.

So, to this rallying cry from Bill. We needed this. It is a call to step up to the plate and to focus even more on the powers that we each have to move forward with our individual and group positive energy.

I salute you, Bill, and all those who are hearing your words and making the decision to apply them in their own lives and to their own circumstances.

WE ARE THE CHANGE! Let's do this.
