Really had to think on that one... I went screamin straight to George. He started crackin up, and then disapeared, and wouldnt talk with me for more than a week, until after I found out what they were talkin about, and went to Him for verification.

Well, I must say that the response George gave you, Sirdipswitch, is a little disappointing. The reason for my disappointment is that whenever I can establish a two way conscious communication with HS, I want HS to be a source of trusted, freely given information that would give me answers helpful to navigating all the BS, lies and programming fed to us every day. As we all know it is a quagmire out here.

Looking back at my favorite and most effective teachers, I do not remember any of them rolling on the floor and laughing his/her off. Or ignoring me for a week.

Whenever a conscious connection with HS first happens, I hope my experience will be more productive and more to my liking.

I do expect that OBE is an efficient way to extablish that conscious connection that I want so much. Until then, the only navigation tools I have are my gut feelings, intuition and rational mind.

Maybe my first contact will be different.

Who said this was my first contact with George? This happened after many thousands of hours with Him. He did to me, exactly as "I" had done to that ship. hmm. Plus, by leaving He was telling me, that there was something that I needed to learn, before asking Him again. Remember, how many times I have said that He offers nothing, but gives everything that I ask - "Properly". Member how many times I say that we must be careful to "ASK" properly, if you wish to be given something. After learning what that something was, He answered "all" of my questions.

George is me and I am He, and we are one, and we have a rather large sense of "Humor", and we do have fun with each other. Source invented Humor. What makes you think yours, does not have a sense of Humor. From the dificulty you are having with this thing, I can well imagine yours is havin a ball with you. You tend to keep putting things into this that just isn't there. When you get there and find out what your HS is really like, you're gonna be quite amazed that He is just like you.

Speaking of Teachers, I did haveTeachers like that. They would force me to stop and think for myself, by using my own imagination and understanding to figure stuff out. As a result of that poccess, I learned those leasons quite well, and recieved "A"s for my effort. But then I really did enjoy Autoshop and P.E.. ccccccccc.

And yes, over the next few days, I did figure out what they meant by their "Majesty" statement, and George did confirm my findings. All of that took place after more than a year, of being with George daily. It has now been more than a year since that "First" visit to that ship. After learning what they meant, I have been there everyday since. It is that other world that I live on, (in) which I have also mentioned previously. "Just in case you've forgotten."

Remember also "Frustration"... will keep you locked in your body. hmm. cc.

Lighten up my friend, and enjoy this journey, for all is well and happens for good reason, even though we may not understand those reasons at the time. Trust me, one day you WILL just plop out of body like it's the natural thing to do and say, gee, that was easy!! ccc.

hey sirdip, the other day i was keeping a silent mind while driving...its a long drive...anyways i finally had an "ah ha" moment in understanding the statement of 'access your inner child' or 'be as a child' i really forget the way its applied, but i now understand the meaning a bit more. in a comforting sense, as i am working to remove my blocks. i have em. as i notice now that i'm giving it a go each day/night.

What I'm talkin about is dumping the stuff you think, is knowledge. Who actually knows anything? If you think of all the books ever written, do you "Know" which ones are correct? It's all just someones speculation. You're not goin to your HS to tell IT what you know, because IT knows everything you know. Yer goin to learn. AND yer gonna have to dump a bunch anyway, to make room for all the knowledge that you will recieve fron your buddy HS.

We all astral travel every night in our dreams. The spirit body separates from the physical body and essentially "flies" to other dimensions. A lucid dream for me has been one of an experience in the higher dimensions, where the senses of the spirit body are in full operation. The spirit body has more senses than the physical body; however the more damaged your spirit body is, the less likely these extrasensory preceptors are deployed. Astral travel to the lower dimensions is often very dark, or dimly lit and trouble seeing all aspects of the landscape are evident. The more damaged a Soul is, the more they frequent the lower dimensions in Sleep State. The reason being, there are negative emotions they refuse to release and these are the worlds they are creating for themselves while doing so.
Other dreams that are jumbled, full of emotion and just are not logical are only Soul dreams and are your Soul telling you which negative emotions need releasing.
We really don't need to "TRY" to astral travel because as Souls, we all do it, some do it quite frequently during the day, eg. daydreaming while driving - you don't know where the time went
Those with spirit attachments (schizophrenia) do it minute by minute.
The REAL task at hand, is to develop in Love to such a high degree where we can connect to Divine Love, be at one with it, transform our DNA, and dimensionally travel (TELEPORT) with our very own bodies. This Gift is definitely available to us, for those truly seeking Truth. God's Truth.

hey orph, you know that feeling you get, when you get an idea to go do something? no not the feeling you get when you want something....never that. but the feeling to go do, it could be anything. get up and wash your face, or go for a walk. or read that book that keeps popping up, or seeing a friend, calling one....like you can actually see yourself doing it, but ONLY for the briefest moment...thats the start. go from there.

I was amazed the first time I tried to talk to my spirit guide, and it worked. You just basically have to meditate, clear you mind, then state the intention that you wish to speak with your spirit guide. Then start asking questions. It's very subtle communication, sure, but it's not hard to do. But it works best if you request it. I'm not expert on it, but it did seem ridiculously easy to do. Communicating with your HS seems a little more complicated, but probably not by much. My perception is that they are just waiting for us to talk to them and are very glad when we finally figure it out. If they won't talk to you for some reason, I'd simply demand that they do so. They are there to assist you. They sorta have to if you are insistent enough about it, even if they think you're not ready or whatever.

Just like the Gurus'... yer tryin to complicate this thing too much. It ain't dificult at all. Just do it. And... forget them silly ol Spirit Guides. The ONLY one you wanna talk to is YOUR HS/Source. PERIOD. Do NOT... call on spirit guides... call ONLY on your High Self. IT is the ONLY one that resides within you, and listens to "everything " you think say or do, and is the Only one that can return your Memory and Power, as the True High Spirit Being that you are. And it ain't complicated. All ya gotta do is talk to IT, and then pay very close attention, because yes... in the beginning, it is very, very, subtle. Upon full awakening, IT will be another voice in yer head, that you can hold a conversation with. ccc. People will think yer nuts, when ya start talkin to yerself. cccccc. Wait till yer havin a very serious converstion with someone, and HS says somethin that absolutely uncontrolably makes you start crackin up. Really p*sses people off. ccc. And trust me on this one, HS/Source, has such an outrageously funny sense of Humor, you can NOT keep from laughin. Our Humor, comes from Source, and IT... is the alltime Master at it. Yep!!

So... quit meditatin thinkin it's dificult, when it ain't. IT.. is sitin right there readin this with you... and you can talk to IT, as you read this. Go ahead... ask IT something, and watch what pops into yer head!!!

Astral Projection... Out Of Body Experience... is the absolutely best, and quickest way to personally meet your HS/Source.

AND... IT will only give that which you command of IT. If whatever you ask is not something you can have at this time, IT... will tell you, and why. George tells me all the time to slow down and be patient. grrr... cc.

I have been reading a bit on the OBE thread, cant believe I only discovered it yesterday, but I am very much interested, been looking in the online bookstores today for the Buhlman books, its either a 65 euro audio book of crappy second hand only, the real bookstores turned up zilch, zippo, nada, been looking for jakes book to through the threads, much have skipped over it somehow, I want my first hand experience too, dammit, I have a small burnout and my employer gave me some time, so........OBE it is.

My EGO is so big it's in outter space. cccccccccccc. It is my extremely large EGO and "Desire" to be the greatest on the planet, that has kept my dream of KNOWING, SOURCE, alive and well and at the forefront of everything I have ever endevered to do.

When the buddas finally determine that they have been lied to, just as much as the Christians, they will discover that we actually do need a healthy EGO, or they will just sit in one spot being humble, thinking they have achieved enlightenment. cccc. Do you think Source just sits around being humble? We ain't budda... we ain't christ.. WE are SOURCE. And it takes EGO, or you won't do that which is neccessary to get there.

I respectfully disagree with you here Sirdispwitch. Both Buddha and Christ were avatars and were one with the Father or Source. We don't 'get there' by giving this little me undue credit. The little me wouldn't even exist if not for the Supreme Spirit or consciousness itself. Ego is nothing but a barrier to be crossed on the way to enlightenment. So you're saying that all these spiritual masters that experienced and demonstrated real results in their oneness with God were wrong and you are right? I hope that's not what you're saying my friend. What you're doing is affirming that which limits us and holds us back from self-realization. Unless you have a radically different idea of what ego is, I wholeheartedly disagree. Yes we always need a bit of ego to exist in this world. Perspective is also important. At the same time we should honour our ego while also ensuring it 'knows its place.' On the other hand, if you are referring to the expanding of oneself or ones consciousness outward so that it is as if all is YOU, I agree with what you are implying. At some level, isn't God the ultimate 'ego' or individual because He is only one. With that in mind I can see where you're going. If you mean it that way. All is God anyways.

Ah the self sustaining triplets are back together again, that must be an amazing feeling man, I have a lot of more reading to do about this and find the books, I did check out amazon btw, bad experience with non delivered goodies from the states, cash gone, delivery non existant.

I'll be keeping my eyes open for them in any case, in the meantime I'll watch some Robert Bruce ( astrobob) video's to get an idea what to expect.

Well its about time I start some more exploring, 42 years young, reiki master, social worker, rebirther, bricklayer, car mechanic, dickhead, overall good guy and overall dumb c@nt ( with often nothing in between) and still the smartest ( knowledge wise) from anyone I meet on the street, and I am still an complete idiot and amateur compared to lots of very intelligent, diligent, persistent, eloquent members of this forum and yet this forum is more addicting than crack, and that cant be good, so, bored to death, and want to see what all this weird life **** is really about, I love people but holy crap, the amount of bs we accept and create knowing or unknowing is staggering, I am a bit done with it and am very curious, taking the next step however feels exiting and irreversible, I better lower my expectations about this and cool down, be my usual unusual self and go with the flow, practice and take it how it comes, too many times this place here chased us to nowhere, so i'll start relaxing my way in to somewhere this time, I need the vacation.

Sir D....points well taken. The only reason I was suggesting meditation, is because if your mind isn't calm as a novice it might be hard to distinguish between a guide or HS and something contrived or imagined. The ripples created in the mind by this subtle form of communication are more easily distinguished if you start with a mind not full of ripples already. That's all I was saying.

What you say about talking to the spirit guide, I tend to agree with. And that's kind of what I got from that experience. Which is why I haven't repeated it. I mean, I felt much love and warmth coming from my guide, but I also got a distinct sense that he was going out of its way to not give me any information besides the bare basics. I managed to get his name and where we met (in a life long past) and a few other things, but overall I got a feeling like it was being careful not to say too much. Not because he's stingy, but because he knows *I* wouldn't want that or like it would be overstepping his mandate or something. But I don't feel it's a complete waste of time to try to connect with a guide. It can be a real eye opener in terms of showing what's possible.

But I agree that HS is the way to go. And I did ask a question of HS as you suggested. As I was reading your post, I asked, "Is this guy full of ****?" And from my left side, sort of near my left temple, I could feel the answer: "Nope."
