"Rapid fire growth and extreme fire behavior continue to hamper suppression efforts. A significant utilization and reliance upon aerial resources with heavy air tankers including the VLAT DC-10 and MAFFS is occurring with structure defense preparation of locations in advance of the fires spread, control of spot fires and slowing the fires advancement through terrain inaccessible to ground resources to allow time for indirect line construction to be completed. Type 1 helicopters are providing point protection and cooling areas where direct line construction can be achieved safely.

Approximately 4,500 structures remain threatened in advance of the fire on both the east and west. Several residents remain under mandatory evacuation in the Scotts Ridge area south of highway 120. Evacuation advisories issued to areas from Long Barn north to Pinecrest.

Due to inaccessible steep terrain and extreme fire behavior suppression efforts on active portions of the fire are being significantly challenged. Heavy reliance on aviation resources has been critical in an effort to slow the fires progress to allow suppression resources to establish indirect control lines in areas where accessibility and safety can be achieved. The availability of heavy aircraft is pertinent to the success of suppression efforts."

Fire moving east now affecting air quality in Carson City NV. This is not the only major fire raging. I'm focused on this area right now because I have friends up at Burning Man. Where the air quality is always bad!

I envision a humidity and misty drizzle that Ivo might have brought if it hadn't turned away...I don't feel good about trying to influence anything else that is going on powered by whatever means. I would expect blowback from that kind of effort. Maybe I'm a wuss...

there are fires all the way from Washington State to Southern California and when you look at Haarp it is being intensified through the entire area.

How to take out haarp? the whole purpose I read somewhere for chem trails is to put some kind of aluminum particles up there to drive the focus of Haarp to the surface of the planet. This way they can use the radio frequencies to heat of volcanoes and hot spots like the earthquakes that happened in california and starting up all these fires.

Spiritually I have to figure out a way to stop Haarp. anyone got any ideas?

Hi Jiminii and others with issues with Haarp. Haarp is sending out different frequencies at different times. Create your own frequencies that will cancel them out at the source. They can seemingly appear meters away from the haarp and cancel all transmissions out as they are occurring. This then could be turned into an automatic process where you don't even have to consciously think about it.

its kind of like visualization with all 5 senses of feeling, but in a spiritual sense of authority. you can throw "highest good" in there, but i think we've moved past that.

Sensing and loving. The cat at my house knows when I'm doing this but I have to include the infinite void (initially like trying to percieve infinite space with your eyes closed in all directions but you can do it with your eyes open after a bit of practice) when doing this for it to notice.

They go to the window of whatever room I'm doing it and start meowing. This starts about 20 seconds after I get into the state and they never do this otherwise.

Maybe the forest already knows what to do but needs energy and by just sensing and loving it gets the energy it needs to fix its own problem.

The fire is 30% contained -- slow progress. By containment they mean they've cut firelines and set backfires to stop the fire from moving in certain directions. They've been focusing on protecting buildings and homes. Much of the land is inaccessible on foot or bulldozer.

re HAARP: According to Scott Stevens, the metals they are chemtrailing into the atmosphere -- aluminum, barium, & strontium nanoparticles -- can be imaged by satellite. This shows the HAARP people where the leading edges of storms are. It shows them where to direct HAARP to heat up the tops of clouds and steer storms.

The nanometals in the air may be making these fires flash and burn more fiercely, as those three metals in powder form are highly flammable.

Some thoughts:
1. Vacuum the nanoparticles out of the sky in that area. That will help make HAARP blind.

2. Do your frequency thing as you suggest, ThresholdRising.

3. Remove oxygen from the fire. It can't burn without oxygen.

CdnSirian -- when thinking about these fires, try to think of them as calming down, not "raging." You're concerned about your friends but try not to let your personal concern, anxiety, or fear direct your imaging. I mean, if our thoughts count, we don't want to feed the rage by visualizing rage.

I'm right there behind the leaders for healing the world, but............

I'm at least 99% convinced by now that there is a territorial threat to deal with here too.

I even have come to believe that the sickness we see as 'needing healing' is very probably the symptoms of an assault upon the planet full of humans and all the collateral damage that goes with that, and a degree of ecological "tweaking" for a purpose extra terrestrial.

If all this mess was just "us" screwing up, I'd see this more as a 'heal the world' mission, but I don't see it that simply at all.

Obviously, I don't know for sure, about any of this. My way of joining the key dots can be so very wonky. I could just be a Luddite with a stopped clock, or I could be one of a few who has escaped the main mind assault and see the technology more clearly than the movie it creates, In art college I studied under a leading video art structuralist called David Hall. I'm glad I accidentally had that structural training approach to TV and film and video and other time based media. It gave me an immunity to the trance of TV etc long before I was aware enough to understand how precious that was.

On top of that, I'm very skeptical about people who are into self image enhancement work-arounds for a lack of true understanding, that is very generally called 'new-age-ism'.

As long as this healing you write about is based in the greatest current understanding of what's what, I can subscribe to it in principle and even a little more practically. What I cannot accept at all is an idea that if we practice being good people with a universal 'service to others' basis we will fix all this. In a war situation, that would be putting us in the "Women and Children" category and somehow spared the brutality.

All my senses tell me there is a huge brutality coming to even the rest of us who have so far been spared the horrors flashing all over the world regularly.

My best shot at spitting out what I think it might be all about is that we ( the human race - and much of the other sentient life here on this planet ) is in a comparable spot to the one the native Americans were in within a few years of Chris Columbus's first arrival in America. PLUS !, an even more mighty force coming in from the outer solar system that is not likely to be a coincidence. Add to that the likelihood that we have ripped open an entry point to our world with nuclear explosions that even extra dimentional entities have flooded in through, and we are in one hell of a pickle.

I'm afraid healing all that is going to be about a lot more than being nice to each other and raising our consciousness, or even reducing our impact on earth planet nature.

I do seriously think there is, first, a staggering war to be won before it's even our problem again to fix.

if we pull the oxygen we kill the animals. I really don't know that getting in a fight with the frequencies will make it better or worse.
someone else's idea is to cancel them out at source. But I would just like to figure a way to fry the entire system.

vacuum the particles ??? where do we put them?? is there a way we can vacuum them and dump them in the gulf or something?

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) has closed down. HAARP’s program manager, Dr James Keeney at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, told ARRL that the sprawling 35-acre ionospheric research facility in remote Gakona, Alaska, has been shuttered since early May.

“Currently the site is abandoned,” he said. “It comes down to money. We don’t have any.” Keeney said no one is on site, access roads are blocked, buildings are chained and the power turned off. HAARP’s website through the University of Alaska no longer is available; Keeney said the program can’t afford to pay for the service. “Everything is in secure mode,” he said, adding that it will stay that way at least for another 4 to 6 weeks.

we are being introduced to the new work around. It is extremely powerful. It puts in your anchor points so solid and sure and it does something else.

It creates a space that handles all negative input.

one time I was at florida. I lost contact with my japanese wife. I even tried to contact her spiritual and got knocked away.

I got really upset.

something came into the space and blew all my H, E, and R.
H, E and R is Human emotion and reaction. If i started to into grief, that would blow, (go away), get angry and that would blow, every single emotion that popped up blew

then I got the Idea LRH was there. (it could have been him or someone I am connected to in the future).

The space was sooooooooooooo serene and beautiful there was no way to describe it.

I suddenly said, "Ron are you here???" then this serenity faded away.

BUT I have NEVER had ANYTHING that could just BLOW all my HUMAN EMOTIONS AWAY LIKE THAT.

That is what I think is NEXT. We will move out of this H, E, AND R dramatization going into 4 d and all that emotion will be GONE.

along with that there will be enough of us to just put the planet into a different realm, (if this is the right wording).

it will be like all this S**** in everyone will disintegrate as the being tries to create it and he will be extremely frustrated like I was that he can't even get off his emotion because the beings around him will by some kind of Natural method just automatically blow the emotion.

I think we are moving there soon.
