The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) has closed down. HAARP’s program manager, Dr James Keeney at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, told ARRL that the sprawling 35-acre ionospheric research facility in remote Gakona, Alaska, has been shuttered since early May.

“Currently the site is abandoned,” he said. “It comes down to money. We don’t have any.” Keeney said no one is on site, access roads are blocked, buildings are chained and the power turned off. HAARP’s website through the University of Alaska no longer is available; Keeney said the program can’t afford to pay for the service. “Everything is in secure mode,” he said, adding that it will stay that way at least for another 4 to 6 weeks.

It might not even be a money issue, from arrl.org/haarp-facility-shuts-down :

DARPA has nearly $8.8 million in its FY 14 budget plan to research “physical aspects of natural phenomena such as magnetospheric sub-storms, fire, lightning and geo-physical phenomena.”

The proximate cause of HAARP’s early May shutdown was less fiscal than environmental, Keeney said. As he explained it, the diesel generators on site no longer pass Clean Air Act muster. Repairing them to meet EPA standards will run $800,000. Beyond that, he said, it costs $300,000 a month just to keep the facility open and $500,000 to run it at full capacity for 10 days.

I think we need to focus on spiritual assistance along spiritual channels and not get occupied tinkering with physical installations. Bill's recommendation of using physical channels to put on spiritual and supportive messages doesn't involve any kind of destruction or resistance.

I've been giving this some thought and have had to re-simplify my approach. I have to say Inelia's exercises really blanket the issue well. I haven't come up with anything better so far.

Norman: I agree pure hell is planned for all of us. RSA is about averting that reality using the power that we do have.

I keep defaulting to simply imagining the outcome desired - because the details are complex and the potential blow back from ignorantly playing with energy is enormous. We don't need to fry our own nervous systems and take ourselves out of the game.

It's a loss to have Mike Chinaski taken out of the current game and was that random...regardless, we can do what we can do. This is all public I assume so we must take care of ourselves and focus well. I experience fear even as I mention that.

Here is my humble suggestion, short and sweet. Set your intent (through your heart space) on the highest possible outcome for *all* concerned. And yes, this would include the "dark ones"...

Hold this in your heart til it becomes an ingrained habit, as it surely will, but also let it go to "out there". Let it flow through you, don't hang onto it. There's nothing more to it than that, the Universe *will* respond. Simply allow It to do It's thing.

There is no need for complex postulating, targeting, figuring, planning, etc. Just do the above, and stay the heck out of the way.

By the way, this by no means takes a "spiritual giant" to perform. Actually, a child is best suited for it.

if i were to take this one step further. we would need to learn for ourselves how to tap into the untapped portion of our source/spirit.
if everyone knew that we could all literally be one, and learn to BE AS one....like say....learn that we can all leave our body and also learn how to heal ourselves, and learn the fact that we CAN heal ourselves....

i think this is what we CAN do, that we ARENT doing that we SHOULD do.

I couldn't agree with you more. This a a war, and the odds are staggering. So what is my take on the initiative TO HEAL THE WORLD and why do I participate?

Because this is preparation time! Every thing we do right now is determining in unfathomable ways the out come that they (The movie moguls, the TV talking heads, the Illuminati satanist ritual worshipping black magicians, the power elite corrupt leaders, the reptilian (and other) races have mocked up for the planet we call Earth). They know how to manipulate reality, we need to realize that we are more powerful than they are.... through our passionate intent we change, it is our SELF REALIZATION that will make a difference.

This time there are no shepherds, no benevolent ETs, no messiahs, no other that will save us...

I'm right there behind the leaders for healing the world, but............

I do seriously think there is, first, a staggering war to be won before it's even our problem again to fix.

The purpose of sending all those star seeds back here was to raise the vibration of the planet. As you can see it is doing what it is designed to do. More and more people are being caught and more and more are being jailed and this literally drives the worst of them insane as they can feel they are losing it all, but they keep doing it. There are suppose to be some more alignments that will raise the frequency of the planet up a lot more happening this fall. I don't know exactly what it is, but we just play this out. The higher the frequency the planet goes the more closer it matches to the native frequency of the Spirit being, (which is extremely fast).

So I will just give you my prediction. Now a lot of people would say that prediction is an attempt to forecast something in the future. That is one way to look at it.
the other way to look at it is this. If you want to predict the future then create it yourself or yourselves. That is what we are doing with this alignment. We are all coming up with our own methods to do this but we are also seeing other peoples methods too and we are seeing what is appearing in the physical universe from this.

So this is US practicing with others until we can get it right. I have not played with weather in Asia because there is no English Channel over here so I can get some data from the weather channels here and i just wasn't in the mood to mess up all the weather here. So I am working from about 12000 miles away and that takes a bit of work around. It seems all I am doing is putting a lot of heavy rainfall over here.

I can't say this is typical asian weather or not because I haven't been here long enough to see it's patterns from year to year.

But I guess I can just KNOW. That is how I usually do it. I let the me that KNOWS make the actions happen while I just put the decisions in of what I want.

So here is my prediction: (creation).

there will be some more alignments spiritually and physically with the arrangements of the stars and planets here to get a more optimum situation where we are taking the frequencies on this planet to where they will tune the spirit being in enough that the reactive part of us will just more or less disappear. As we do this, the intentions align better and more people will come on to the sight to contribute, (people go where the energy is). Then it will start to work more like we as beings with pure intentions totally stable. This MEANS, we somehow revert back to our native selves as the ghost in our bodies can no longer affect us. (i am talking about the star seeds from the future who have no automatic picture recording system like the ghost that grow our bodies do).

These star seeds will FEEL this happening as we tune into it more and they will tune in almost naturally. This means the reverse vectors we've been operating with will disappear too and our pure intentions will start happening.

then all of it aligns as the beings here remember who and what they are and all the pieces go into place.

We will be operating from the KNOW and KNOWING WHAT WE ARE DOING.

the reason why people are being caught and taken out of the picture is because these people actually pull it in because the basic nature of a spirit is good.

So they are really getting caught because their basic ethics is hitting them so they subconsciously do themselves in. By raising the vibrations, (tone level and/or theta level), we are creating more free theta, (life force energy), and this helps them because they can see our goodness and they do not want to be a part of hurting the good.

No, no no! Pull the oxygen from THE FIRE, not all the air out there. We are not limited by physical laws in this work. It's as if you have a small campfire and you turn a pot upsidedown over the fire. This shuts off the oxygen supply to the fire and the fire goes out. What's left is hot embers, which is what will be left of this fire, too, and will have to be monitored for weeks afterward.

I really don't know that getting in a fight with the frequencies will make it better or worse. someone else's idea is to cancel them out at source.

I have no personal feeling about this.

But I would just like to figure a way to fry the entire system.

We don't have to put them anywhere. We're not limited by physical laws here. Vacuum up the nano-metals and transform them into something helpful; vaporize them into nothingness; whatever you choose that is not harmful. When I worked to remove "ferocity" from the fire, I gave the ferocity to my Higher Self and asked her to transform it into humidity.

Norman, my teachers, and others, have said that there are levels of personal vibration at which some things cannot happen. For instance, there are levels of vibration at which you cannot get cancer. There are levels of vibration at which you become invisible to the dark forces working here. If the whole planet could raise its vibration (which is maybe what jiminii is speaking of also?), it could become invisible to these forces you speak of.
