It is very strange that I found this through marijuana.

A few people I've known talked about it putting holes in your aura.

For a while I was convinced that I didn't have a soul. Fortunately I was able to make it through and consider the possibly that I might just be trapped.

The jury's still out.

Freedom is not caring so much anymore.

Then, to question the whole process.

^ You are here, your given dot on this little map, as it currently exists for you, which will change and shift about, it will get complex then simple then complex..then...ugh.

Maybe that can be a byproduct of it sometimes, but freedom is knowing who you are, and like you were saying, not letting fear control you

All you have to do and worry about is keep on going with the basics.

Breathe, consciously.
Drink water.
Eat light, only when hungry, and consciously.
Wash your body....soap and water will do...we don't need millions of bottled products.

And then wait for your intuition to kick in.
Oh, and don't tell the whole world what's going on...
They will put you through a meat grinder.

Stay with trusted friends...like us.
No one here will ever harm you.

When the given clinging drops, the emotions fall away and some basic moments of clarity begin to form. Which, by their very nature, as an evolving process, will change and shift themselves...along the way.

I was deeply processed through the mental health facilities in my late teens. Who knows what could have happened on a subconscious level in that time.

This is an expression of freedom, from the courage and honesty it takes to accept and share this.

Take it to the next level, own only what you are truly responsible for, learn from it, and let go of the rest.

Forgive yourself. Forgive those that caused you fear, pain. When you can do that, you will truly know freedom

One ends up circling back to the starting point of simple awareness, but with the understanding that the journey was part of the process. The journey, whatever shape it may have taken... has become the origins of the given expanded awareness.

There are several schools of thought about this. Many people here believe that there must be a cleansing, or clearing....sometimes going back many lives.
My personal opinion is that yes, to a degree. .....
some traumas keep coming back to haunt us, but they can be cleared slowly, through dreams, through life taking care of it.
Nature's way is slow, and rhythmic.
What should be done with more intensity is find your true purpose... and work on one's self definition.
Then comes money, stuff one needs, like car, home, life style. Then comes self expression....
Then comes return to one's roots....learn about your parents and grand parents history.
Then take a break and let loose and have a fun vacation. All these things are added to the soup of life gradually, like ingredients.
Anyway, that's enough advice for one day.
Plus you are free to ignore it...no problem.

My first awakening of sorts was at 16. Very frenetic.

Up, down, up, down, up, down.

Eventually I ended in a state hospital at 18. I might have stayed there for the rest of my life if it weren't for meeting someone else... who was also struggling, but we ignited something in each other.

Eventually I got caught up and fell back down... I think I have a good idea of who or what is pulling on me the most.

Anyways... sorry for cluttering up your thread, ulli, LOL.

Time to take your advice about taking care of the body.
