IT’S ALL ABOUT TO KICK OFF after 1st Sept 2013? ... Game Over?

On the 11 Aug 2013 Vatican Website stated the current Pope will allow ANY persons job based on Roman Law from 1st Sept 2013 to be prosecuted. Meaning in all Western & ex- British Empire countries any Judge, MPs & heads of state like Blair & Queen (again). (*Note see point 20+)

Little now fact the last Pope had a European arrest warrant out on him 5 days before stepping down. Lots of Vatican bank fraud head lines.

I’m sharing this article here in light of all the hype and recent discussion of the Apostolic Letter, released by the Pope a few weeks ago. This letter was discussed in an article released last week, which can be read here. Below is a quick blurb from that post breaking down why this announcement is significant.

The Most Holy Francis issued an Apostolic Letter on July 11 and effective September 1, 2013 that effectively stripped away the immunity of all judges, attorneys, government officials and all entities established under the Roman Curia [hint: All corporations are established under the Roman Curia]. All of these “persons” can now be held accountable for war crimes, crimes against humanity, [hint: Divine Spirit is humanity], for the unlawful restrictions of the liberties of the divine spirit incarnate; for failure to settle the accounts; for continued prosecution of claims already settled, etc.

Since this story broke, I’ve received a high volume of emails and blog comments from people looking for evidence to support the belief that the USA Inc. Britain and the rest of the world will even be effected by this Apostolic Letter; proof that somehow up the chain of command it all ties back to the Vatican. So, I started looking for more evidence. Well, I think I may have found some. The article below has a plethora of interesting facts/claims; all of which very revealing, but I have not looked into each one individually as of the time of this post. The main ones of note, for this particular story are #’s 21, 23, 24 & 25. I challenge all the readers here to pull apart and dissect and and all details found as a result of digging into this deeper. HERE ARE TRUTHFUL FACTS MOST PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW, …. BUT SHOULD…

01. The IRS is Not a US government agency. It is an agency of the IMF (International Monetary Fund) (Diversified Metal Products v I.R.S et al. CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391)

02. The IMF (International Monetary Fund) is an agency of the U.N. (Black’s Law Dictionary 6th Ed. page 816)

03. The United States has NOT had a Treasury since 1921 (41 Stat. Ch 214 page 654)

04. The U.S. Treasury is now the IMF (International Monetary Fund) (Presidential Documents Volume 24-No. 4 page 113, 22 U.S.C. 285-2887)

05. The United States does not have any employees because there is no longer a United States! No more reorganizations. After over 200 years of bankruptcy it is finally over. (Executive Order 12803)

07. Social Security Numbers are issued by the U.N. through the IMF (International Monetary Fund). The application for a Social Security Number is the SS5 Form. The Department of the Treasury (IMF) issues the SS5 forms and not the Social Security Administration. I hate to make predictions of dates, but I really think something big - e.g. either a another War or another big financial crisis is unfolding right now and will become clear to the world by the end of October. The main reason is the 1929 and 1987 share-market crashes happened in October. But there's many other reasons too.

ON THE JURISDICTION OF JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES OF VATICAN CITY STATE
IN CRIMINAL MATTERS

In our times, the common good is increasingly threatened by transnational organized crime, the improper use of the markets and of the economy, as well as by terrorism.
It is therefore necessary for the international community to adopt adequate legal instruments to prevent and counter criminal activities, by promoting international judicial cooperation on criminal matters.
In ratifying numerous international conventions in these areas, and acting also on behalf of Vatican City State, the Holy See has constantly maintained that such agreements are effective means to prevent criminal activities that threaten human dignity, the common good and peace.
With a view to renewing the Apostolic See’s commitment to cooperate to these ends, by means of this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio, I establish that:
1. The competent Judicial Authorities of Vatican City State shall also exercise penal jurisdiction over:

a) crimes committed against the security, the fundamental interests or the patrimony of the Holy See;
b) crimes referred to:

- in Vatican City State Law No. VIII, of 11 July 2013, containing Supplementary Norms on Criminal Law Matters;
- in Vatican City State Law No. IX, of 11 July 2013, containing Amendments to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code;
when such crimes are committed by the persons referred to in paragraph 3 below, in the exercise of their functions;

c) any other crime whose prosecution is required by an international agreement ratified by the Holy See, if the perpetrator is physically present in the territory of Vatican City State and has not been extradited.

2. The crimes referred to in paragraph 1 are to be judged pursuant to the criminal law in force in Vatican City State at the time of their commission, without prejudice to the general principles of the legal system on the temporal application of criminal laws.
3. For the purposes of Vatican criminal law, the following persons are deemed “public officials”:

a) members, officials and personnel of the various organs of the Roman Curia and of the Institutions connected to it.
b) papal legates and diplomatic personnel of the Holy See.
c) those persons who serve as representatives, managers or directors, as well as persons who even de facto manage or exercise control over the entities directly dependent on the Holy See and listed in the registry of canonical juridical persons kept by the Governorate of Vatican City State;
d) any other person holding an administrative or judicial mandate in the Holy See, permanent or temporary, paid or unpaid, irrespective of that person’s seniority.

4. The jurisdiction referred to in paragraph 1 comprises also the administrative liability of juridical persons arising from crimes, as regulated by Vatican City State laws.
5. When the same matters are prosecuted in other States, the provisions in force in Vatican City State on concurrent jurisdiction shall apply.
6. The content of article 23 of Law No. CXIX of 21 November 1987, which approves the Judicial Order of Vatican City State remains in force.
This I decide and establish, anything to the contrary notwithstanding.
I establish that this Apostolic Letter issued Motu Proprio will be promulgated by its publication in L’Osservatore Romano, entering into force on 1 September 2013.
Given in Rome, at the Apostolic Palace, on 11 July 2013, the first of my Pontificate.

Michael Tsarion makes a point about the difference between involuntary enslavement and voluntary enslavement, saying that the in-your-face stuff from the PTB is designed to coax people into voluntary enslavement. He quotes the example of Jefferson’s writing the word ‘subjects’ on the declaration of independence and replacing it with ‘citizens’, as if to say (the message is subliminal), ‘you think you’re citizens but you’re subjects’. No, you have written the word ‘citizens’ and shall be bound by that commitment.

The point that is being overlooked here is that such tactics of waving a bunch of fine print in your face and forcing you to sign may be the way these gangsters have always done business, but that is not, repeat not, the way the future of humanity is going to be decided. We note that the word ‘subjects’ has been erased and replaced with the word ‘citizens’ and simply conclude that, subliminal messages being contrary to the letter and spirit of the law, the erased word shall be deemed never to have been written and the word actually written and alone legible shall be binding upon all parties, especially those responsible for drafting the document. The fact of advertising the presence of the subliminal message in the controlled mainstream press in no way invalidates the wording of the deed.

As I read this apostolic letter, I don't see immunity from prosecution being the issue, where any jurisdiction can now prosecute for crimes, but I see the Vatican taking total control, reasserting their control, and putting the world back on notice that they are in charge.

Did their Trusts from the 12th century run out or something? I mean, I find it quite uncanny that the Vatican felt the need to come forward and re-establish their hegemony, and reiterate in public view their ultimate control over ALL of the slaves, including those who work as mercenaries in their control grid? It's like too many are waking up and jumping the fence and the Pap's wants to keep the energetic curse going.

I'm not seeing lawsuits showing up all over the place in other jurisdictions going against judges and attorneys for lying, cheating and stealing, acting as debt collectors for the Crown and the Vatican, which is what they do. I'm seeing the Vatican saying, we have total ability to prosecute you, our paid mercenaries, if you DONT do as we the Vatican have ordered you to do.
