Hi everyone.

Have been almost two weeks since my last post. In this time I managed to read those two books from Buhlman. I liked them both, but imo to read "Adventures Beyond the Body" is already enough to try to achieve an obe and, after that, communion with our High Self. The instructions for these goals are more or less simple, so there isn't too much "science" to write about. Which is good by the way!

The purpose of "The Secret of the Soul" would maybe be better to reinforce the ideas that obes and High Self communion are possible as well as to force you to think continuously on these subjects. I now think this is a fundamental aspect of the practice in question. Unfornately, I couldn't do this appropriately these last weeks because of too much work. I spent my whole days thinking about math, my nights teaching math and, at bedtime, sometimes just dreamed with math! LOL Quite vicious this thing! The result was that these weeks I had too much more difficult in finding myself in that vibrational state or even concious in my dreams... On 09/22 I did have a lucid dream, but it went a bit dark, so I think it's not worth to describe it here. The reason for this? Maybe a 2-hour YouTube video that I watched prior to go to bed about Nephilims, ETs, etc... This was another lesson for me: although intent is necessary, it is not sufficient. I should take more care with the things I allow to print an image on my subconscious to stop them from spoil my intent! The reason I say this is because of the following: after one week reading Buhlman's books and without any progress, I was really pissed off with myself (not that I should be, 'cause this is a completely normal thing, but I was...). I went to bed at 8 p.m. to try my practice without the risk to fall asleep. But, agaisnt my will, I slept! In the middle of the night I woke up and tried once more. But I slept again!! When it was about 4 a.m. I woke up, already frustated after realizing what happened, but I decided to try an obe a third time. Almost two ours went on without success. Then, exactly when I was dozing off one more time, I just felt some very weak vibrations. Immediately, I thought about do not miss that opportunity and was conscious in the dream that started. But then, after all my efforts, it was ruined by the images I had that time in my mind...

Well, even without achieving the ultimate goal, I think I had some good lessons. I hope them serve to others as well! From my part, I'll continue trying here!

I think I don't understand your reasoning. Why do you think anyone that has achieved a higher state of being should carry the weight of the world on its own shoulders, all by itself? Bad things indeed happen and this is very sad but, instead of focus on some specific problems and try to resolve just them, wouldn't be better to try to make everyone in the planet better and attack all the problems from that point on? If, then, any continue to exist? This reality is something constructed and experienced by all of us. Imho, I think that, because of this, it's impossible for someone alone to change it radically, however enlightened a person can be. One could say it's almost a law of existence, don't you agree?

Just to be clear, I'm not advocating sirdipswitch, although I do think he's trying to do a good work here, with or without special abilities. I like this thread because it discuss of a possible inner evolution of human being, at the reach of our own hands, in a simple way! Try to see it by what it is.

My reasoning for asking the question is that some people enjoy being helpful, some only in specific ways where they have a lot to give.

Sirdipswitch has posted some of his wonderful abilities and adventures here that are the result of his connection with his HS. I do not think that anyone with that kind of connection would feel the weight of the world on one's shoulders.

My question for Sirdipswitch was simply, if SirDipSwitch had the ability to help find missing persons, would he choose to help (in some cases, not all) or not. Regardless of his ability or decision, no criticism is intended. If SirDipSwitch answered the question, I would learn a little more.

Learning more about abilities and adventures with HS is a very interesting topic and can be encouragement for the rest of us to establish our own connections. Do you agree?

Ron, the simple answer is yes... the complicated answer is no, and Source likes me so much better, when I keep my nose out of HIS business. I was trying to do just as you asked, when George asked me one day: "Aren't you going to save them all?" hmm. Made me stop and think. No I can't save them all, and I don't know why Source has allowed them to come to such a predicament, in the first place, so I don't get involved in HIS business any longer. HE is ok with me playing game with the three lettwer people though so I do still bug them here and there, just to let them know that times are changin.

Something else to consider is the fact the you seem to overlook in asking your question. When one returns to Spirit... anything is possible... just as keep stating. The only thing that will limit this, is when you take on the responsibility of that which "should" be done. Remember cause and effect? With great power... comes great responsiblility. Not to worry though, when you get there, you will have an extremely knowledgeable guide to help you. ccc.

I do agree many people would become excited to study the subject if super powers were offered to them, but I think that's not the way to go, despite the good uses these people can give to them. These abilities, if they're really possible, are just special because so few of us had experienced and reported them. If we "evolve", then, most probably, they would become commom sense. So, no need to look for them in particular.

Of course I respect all opinions, but I also think one should strive for High Self communion for different reasons than special abilities. My particular case: I'm looking for this because I think it's the *natural* thing that should happen next to everyone, as a river today runs to something far more greater than itself, which is the sea.

Speculating about your original answer, I would say it's possible to someone that communion with High Self to track a missing person, if this person wishes for this. Anything that don't interfere with the free will of others should be possible. My personal opinion again.

Thanks for a simple answer I can understand. Getting the idea to do something (in this case find someone, or find out their current circumstance) is one thing. Getting further input from one's intuition or Source to not interfere is valuable and valid.

To clarify, the original question posed to SirDipSwitch was not intended to establish a reason for getting super powers, or a reason achieving communion with HS. The intention was to ask SirDipSwitch if he was willing/had the capability to look into the abduction of an underage, female member of the local community.

It is possible that there are unknown positive reasons why this girl was abducted. I really do not know. I totally agree with your statement "don't interfere with the free will of others". But that leads us way down the rabbit hole, looking for resolution when conscious free will choice differs from the soul's choice. Too deep to discuss here.

In this case, my intuition being what it is (right or wrong), motivates me to err on the side of hope for a gentle and loving outcome rather than indifference. But if Source says "Aren't you going to save them all?", that is good enough for me. If I were chatting with my HS, I might ask, "*Why* is it best to leave it alone?", but that is what I do, question everything.

Although I do not know this young lady, one can be helpful to both friends and strangers without getting too metaphysical or too deeply involved. We can be specifically helpful in areas where we may have special abilities (reference my question to SirDipSwitch). Do you agree?

In this case I asked SirDipSwitch for information and his answer satisfies me about 99%. I will *always* have more questions.

I also have a question for sirdipswitch if I may? I posted this in another thread and had two very nice reply's but it didn't really answer my question. I have also been trying to go out of body and for maybe two months during the afternoon I lay down and repeat to myself I will go out of body, and after about 45-60min my whole body starts to move. It starts in my legs and then my hips then my stomach then arms. they actually move!! up, down across and the more I keep saying it the more it almost feels like something is going to bust right out of me. Now I am totally awake and aware of everything. Should my body be moving like that? I have never heard of anything like that happening, should I quit?

Yes, if you believe special abilities are indeed required. I, on the other hand, insist: an even inner development of everyone would make these abilities commom sense and each individual would be solely responsible for its own life. This way can have a lasting effect. But you can say: "This would not help this girl, right now." Indeed, but today was the future of yesterday. Maybe this situation wouldn't exist if we had achieved a long time ago what I'm defending now. Is it easy to accept the "dumb" things I am saying? No. Would I behave passively if this girl was part of my family? Off course not. So, this change my argument? Unfortunately, I don't think so.

For the final two weeks before jumpin OB I was shakin like a frieght train was usin me for a switching terminal. cc.
I was layin on my side, and started shakin back and forth like someone had ahold of me shakin me. Everbody has "difernt" experiences with this, dependin on how playfull yer HS is with you. How's yer sense o Humor?? cc. Think about it? Have you been playin with yer HS??? Do you play with yer HS? Do you and HS have an outrageous sense of Humor?

George plays with me all the time! It's who we are!!! HS/Source... is fun! Also!

Well, I have been having fewer BMs so I have not done much reading , but I am at the point where he is teaching the techniques and I am trying to work on my visualizations. I leave the book around and it has been talked about and my wife asked a question that I have not read in the book and was wondering if any of you OBEers have experienced it. If you and another go out of body at the same time, can you be in the same "place"? I mean, can you interact out of body?

Hi risveglio, just to add a line to your question, what can happen if your lying next to your love one when you go outa body and they know nothing about it? that's why I do it in the afternoon when we take a nap. Don't want to tag them along and scare the heck out of them!!!! if that's possible. Thank you.
