Spontaneous partial OOBE,
An interesting experience last night, now how or where do I start, at the beginning I suppose, its not much of a story for you more experienced member with more frequent flyer miles then I could ever dream of but here it goes, a short story and my first for me amazing experience.
First a thank you to Sway who provided me with a stack of E books and I never properly thanked her to my embarrassment so I just did just that.
Ok, eeeh, how to begin, well, I was feeling very relaxed last night, unusually relaxed if may say so for no reason what so ever, this is kind of odd actually since I am sick at home at the moment ( small burnout), I went to bed early ( for me) and did my usual tossing and turning to find the right spot on my pillow to rest my head so I could relax and doze of, I can not recall falling asleep but I do recall the usual "stabbing sensations, or pulling or tugging sensations" in my back slightly below my shoulder blades and as usual this annoyed the crap out of me as it makes me jump a feet up in the air laying down "that what it feels like" my ex used to tell me she didn't notice it at all but to me it feel like being picked up and slam onto the bed again.
I finally ignored the feeling and apparently had fallen asleep, then I opened my eyes again for some reason and noticed I was completely silent inside and I had the feeling I needed to turn over and lay on my back, as soon as I did that I sighed in the strangest way out of nowhere from my plexus area , a very loud noise in my ears ( buzzing, humming, like hearing your blood flow through a seashell but really thunderous loud) and could feel how my legs slid out of my body and floated upward, it did not scare me, it was unexpected and after that weird sigh I wasn't surprised about anything to be honest, this was something very unusual, I knew at least that much so I let it take its course as far as I could, well that didn't happen as expected but I started playing with it a bit, I relaxed and the buzzing commenced and my legs went out again, I pulled back and started the same exercise again for some time ( don't know how long), just d!cking along I thought, this is something new and exiting lets play for a while and see if I can make this happen, I started to relax again and noticed I could not get out completely, my legs were out my head was out, my arms were out but my back and chest weren't and I could make this happen, my back was as glued to the bed, I tried a few more time and concluded it was some sort of blockage that kept me stuck to the bed, then I fell asleep again and now the even better part starts, while sleeping I could feels two hands around my ankles lifting my legs out of my body, not harsh but, firm warm hands making a steady effort to help me out, while I noticed this feeling I felt the urge to look beside me, beside me stood a young, tall well build muscular butt naked man, a tattooed body, half long hair, and for some reason I noticed he was hung like a donkey ( seriously, a blunt object large enough to beat the crap out of street thug) anyway, I burst out laughing when I noticed that and he grinned somewhat sheepishly and shrugged his shoulders if saying ( hey man, dong happens), anyway, we got passed that pretty quick apparently and with a serious expression on his face he reached down with his arm and I understood I should hold on to it, so we had a firm grip on each others wrists and lower arms and he tried to pull me up, but my back weighed like a hundred tons and was totally stuck to the bed, he disappeared. Somewhat later I could feel my body relax again and the noise started again too, and I got intentionally back into the relaxation part of the game and could feel the hands again around my ankles as if helping my climb out of my meat suit, and it didn't work again, I lost focus, and out of nowhere someone whistled on his fingers as to grab my attention and focus my mind on the task at hand again, but no such luck, I was done for this exercise and fell asleep again, but these images have stuck, I will not forget them.
So far, my first weird funny, odd experience and a first glance at my personal assistant from whoknowswhere for whoknowswhat, thank you dude, I am glad you did not scare me, you have a badass whistle too, you have probably tried to help me out for a long long time now and I don't know what changed, but it was an experience to remember.

, but I am at the point where he is teaching the techniques and I am trying to work on my visualizations. I leave the book around and it has been talked about and my wife asked a question that I have not read in the book and was wondering if any of you OBEers have experienced it. If you and another go out of body at the same time, can you be in the same "place"? I mean, can you interact out of body?
