How transparent are you ?

I thought this was a nice little video by Arnold Mindell (father of Process work - thanks for the journey Astrid !).

Part of the transformative aspect of cancer for me has been to become more transparent. Which to some degree goes hand in hand with living fearlessly, while acknowledging that fear has it's place.
