Perhaps Ulli's advice is very very good. Adding this. Say prayers for protection first.

"So get yourself a nice comfy bed, and look forward to going to sleep, then tell yourself you will remember each and every dream..
then write down all your dreams, and 'capitalize' on what appears to be a problem now, but might well be YOU and your MISSION.
They say if you can't fight them join them."

Granny Franny beautifully said...............the following should be in quotes.

Wow, so many helpful posts filled with many wonderful suggestions and no pitches for cure-all instant solutions like one sees on TV. Just knowing you are not alone has got to be helpful.

In the past seekers felt very isolated, alone and alienated. Avalon proves this is no longer true. Now you can read this thread and learn to trust an inner knowing of what rings true for you and your unique physiology. What a winning opportunity to learn your inner self as opposed to trying to fit into some socially engineered fantasy of human life on planet earth.

You might want to print out this thread, mark it up with your current thoughts, put it away and reread it a few years later. You will be surprised and pleased with the changes you have accomplished. You might learn which changes were difficult and even how some of the easier one were the most profound. And if you misplace the print out and don't find it again for twenty years, it will be even more astonishing!

Now that I am almost 70 years young, I want to warn you that you are gathering puzzle pieces of the gigantic puzzle that is you and that you will be putting these pieces together for an entire life time. It sure isn't a child's 3-4 piece puzzle to solve quickly and instantly gain applause from family members.

Sometimes you will experience major break throughs on a section of the puzzle and other times you won't even want to mess around with the puzzle. You may want to work the puzzle in a logical, straight forward left to right, top to bottom manner. And if you are really anal retentive, you may want to measure the inches of the puzzle you completed. I guess for some folks that is a way of measuring accomplishment.

Other times you may want to group pieces together by related colors or patterns. You might feel you are making progress with the puzzle fragment. Or you may feel discouraged if the puzzle fragment lacks a connection point with other parts of the puzzle. Just accept that, laugh and realize that ultimately you will find the connection point but you don't have to find it today.

Meanwhile another puzzle piece may catch your eye and you may find its home location immediately as easily as a child's puzzle. Just remember that it is you who choses which puzzle pieces to play with and in what order to complete the puzzle. The puzzle is a life long process contrary to the media hype to sell pills, books and video tapes as instant puzzle solvers.

I have a sister in her early 60s and unlike me, she is just starting on her puzzle late in life. She is just starting to turn the pieces upright with the color and pattern showing. For years she focused on doing her kids' and grandkids' puzzles and ignored her own puzzle. You are ahead of the game starting on your puzzle earlier in life. Congratulations!

I was wondering the same thing, could she be an empath? I am not, but I participated in an AOL chat board for empaths. (This was some 15 years ago.) It was great until one day I felt something evil enter into the landscape. Later speaking to one of the empaths, she said she felt the same happening and she also left the chat room.

Provalon should be open I think to both conventional and alternative routes to a solution to the fatigue, especially considering her results with the ADD drug. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome -- CFS -- but take no drugs for it. I take Paxil for depression. From what she says it does not seem to me like she has CFS. I usually know when I am fatigued whether it is my CFS or something else that is draining me CFS never gives me a "drained" feeling; other words better describe it, words like crashing, hitting a wall etc. A round of sleep ALWAYS fixes it. But I also have exhausted adrenals and stressed thyroid, and these tend to make me feel "drained" or heavy feeling. I have a feeling Provalon should check out the possibility of weak adrenals. On line, try a search for a "Dr, Lam" who has online services and newsletter as well as a clinical practice.

I read the first post and did a search for the word caffeine in the thread. I am not sure if you have been to a qualified naturopath about this. If you use caffeine, drink soda, or use a lot of sugar in your diet it can manifest as you said in OP. I am a sugar addict and I know it- but I also know it is the cause of many maladies that people don't realize. If you can see a naturopath, I recommend doing so. They can help you by changing what you eat, testing you for parasites and giving herbs to counteract the damage in your body. I have a friend that was able to actually cut out sugar and follow the docs directions, and he feels and looks young again. We are what we put into our bodies. That is why I am a chocolate lump of sugar that lies around in bed all day..... but if I could take amphetamines legally.. idk... sounds fun too.... I guess its a choice between fixing it, or putting a band aid on it. ps. I am not a health professional.
I am using the quote from Monty Python "Kill the Messenger" because that is how people react when you tell them the truth, they want the one that told them about it (the messenger) to just go away so they won't have to deal with truths like pedogate
