Default Rand Paul: "Obama wrote regulation to cancel your insurance after..."

Rand Paul Reveals BARACK OBAMA WROTE THE REGULATION TO CANCEL YOUR INSURANCE AFTER OBAMACARE PASSED!

According to Senator Rand Paul, who spoke at a luncheon in Charleston, South Carolina on Monday, November 11, the President of the United States himself wrote the regulation to cancel the health insurance of MILLIONS of Americans…3 months after Obamacare was passed!

Rand Paul on Obamacare [Begins @ 5:40]:

“I’m still learning about it. It’s 20,000 pages of regulations. The Bill was 2,000 pages and I didn’t realize this until this week, the whole idea of you losing or getting your insurance cancelled wasn’t in the original Obamacare. It was a regulation WRITTEN BY PRESIDENT OBAMA, three months later. So we had a vote, this is before I got up there. The Republicans had a vote to try to cancel that regulation so you COULDN’T BE CANCELLED, to grandfather everybody in. You know what the vote was? Straight party line. EVERY DEMOCRAT VOTED TO KEEP THE RULE THAT CANCELS YOUR INSURANCE.

As the now 20,000+ Obamacare pages come home to roost, remind those who have continued to support the Liar-in-Chief, regardless of his crimes, of this simple fact: The man who sits in the Oval Office (when he’s not on a golf course), and the Party to which they have pledged their unquestioning allegiance, has now wholly betrayed them. And their children.

And it came to pass in the Age of Insanity that the people of the land called America, having lost their morals , their initiative , and their Will to defend their liberties, chose as their Supreme Leader that Person known as "The One."

He emerged from the vapors with a message that had no meaning; but He Hypnotized the people telling them , "I am sent to save you.

    "

My lack of experience , my questionable ethics , my monstrous ego , and my Association with evil doers are of no consequence. I shall save you with Hope and Change.

Go , therefore , and proclaim throughout the Land that he who preceded me is evil , that he has defiled the nation , and that all he has built must be destroyed.

And the people rejoiced , For even though they knew not what "The One" would do , he had promised that it was good; and they believed.

And "The One" said " We live in The greatest country in the world. Help me change everything about it!"

And the people said , "Hallelujah! Change is good!"

Then He said , "We are going to tax the rich fat-cats."

And the People said "Sock it to them!"

"And redistribute their wealth."

And the people said , "Show us the money!"

And the he said , "Redistribution of wealth is good for everybody.."

And Joe the plumber asked , "Are you kidding me? You're going to Steal my money and give it to the deadbeats??"

And "The One" ridiculed and taunted him, and Joe's personal records were hacked and publicized.

One lone reporter asked , "Isn't that Marxist policy?"

And she was banished from the kingdom.

Then a citizen asked , "With no foreign relations experience and having zero military experience or knowledge , how will you deal with Radical terrorists?"

And "The One" said , "Simple. I shall sit with them and talk with them and show them how nice we really are; and they will forget that they ever wanted to kill us all!"

And the people said , "Hallelujah!! We are safe at last , and we can beat our weapons Into free cars for the people!"

Then "The One" said "I shall give 95% of you lower taxes."

And one , Lone voice said , "But 40% of us don't pay ANY taxes.

"

So "The One" Said , "Then I shall give you some of the taxes the fat-cats
pay!"

And the people said , "Hallelujah! Show us the money!"

Then "The One" said , "I shall tax your Capital Gains when you sell your homes!"

And the people yawned and the slumping housing market collapsed.

And He said. "I shall mandate employer-funded health care for every worker and raise the minimum wage. And I shall give every Person unlimited healthcare and medicine and transportation to the Clinics."

...

Oh, except for Muslims for Muslims shall not pay their share of healthcare.

And the people said , "Give me some of that!"

Then he said , "I shall penalize employers who ship jobs overseas."

And the people said , "Where's my rebate check?"

Then "The One" said , "I shall bankrupt the coal industry and electricity rates will skyrocket!"

And the people said , "Coal is dirty , coal is evil , no more coal! But we don't care for that part about higher electric rates.

So "The One" said , Not to worry. If Your rebate isn't enough to cover your expenses , we shall bail you out.

Just sign up with the ACORN and you troubles are over!"

Then He said , "Illegal immigrants feel scorned and slighted. Let's grant them amnesty , Social Security , free education , free lunches , Free medical care , bilingual signs and guaranteed housing...

"

And the people said , "Hallelujah!" and they made him king!

And so it came to pass that employers , facing spiraling costs and ever-higher taxes , raised their prices and laid off workers. Others simply gave up and went out of business and the economy sank like unto a rock dropped from a cliff.

The banking industry was destroyed. Manufacturing slowed to a crawl and more of the people were without a means of support.

Then "The One" said , "I am the "the One"- The Messiah and I'm here To save you!

We shall just print more money so everyone will have enough!"

But our foreign trading partners said unto Him. "Wait a Minute. Your dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung! You will have to pay more...

And "The One" said , "Wait a minute. That is unfair!!"

And the world said , "Neither are these other idiotic programs you have embraced.

Lo , you have become a Socialist state and a second-rate power. Now you shall play by our rules!"

And the people cried out , "Alas , alas!! What have we done?"

And the change agent's name was changed to dung. And the once mighty nation was no more; and the once proud people were without sustenance or shelter or hope.

And the Change "The One" had given them was as like unto a poison that had destroyed them and like a whirlwind that consumed all that they had built.

And the people beat their chests in despair and cried out in anguish , "Give us back our nation and our pride and our hope!!" But it was too late , and their homeland was no more.

The MSM announced today how Americans will be glad if Ms Yellen keeps QE 3 and 4 going so the Stock Market stays intact. Scaring the average viewer to accept her 'bandaid'. Yet MSM are hiding the real truth under a layer of fear we all have of a sudden collapse. Because of course none of us want a sudden crash of the Stock Market. But they are failing to mention how very bad QE is in the long term. Most viewers of MSM dont understand that each month 85 billion is literally given to the bankers and tptb are buying up all that real estate bonds at bargain prices. The bankers own the Federal Reserve or are at least working along side those interests. Equally important our currency is losing even more value with each month QE persists, like sucking us dry before the final killshot. Jim Willie claims that QE is hyper inflation (as our currency is watered down each month) in the midst of deflation with the artificially low interest rates. It's quite unpleasant but our currency will need a correction eventually. I think we are living beyond our means in part because of all the wars. But anyway it was interesting how they sell her to the public playing the fear card of ending QE. It would be more ethical to come clean with the truth and help build emotional strength to accept our predicament, and move forward. Of course the MSM isn't doing that at this time.

Default More Obama ACA disaster for students...

Students suffer ObamaCare sticker shock as premiums soar, plans get cut

While millions of Americans are watching their individual polices get canceled due to ObamaCare regulations, the new health care rules are also having a major impact on college campuses.

For decades, universities and colleges have offered students bare-bones policies. But because of the Affordable Care Act, those policies no longer cut it – and universities are forced to decide whether to offer significantly higher-cost plans or cancel coverage altogether.

The new rules affect a broad swath of American schools, especially the small ones.

At Bowie State University in Maryland, the cost of student health insurance policies went from roughly $100 a year to $1,800 a year.

The cancelled plan offered $5,000 worth of medical coverage to students for just $54 per semester. University administrators said an acceptable replacement under the Affordable Care Act would have cost $900 per semester, a 1,500 percent increase.

Students who need individual coverage are likely to find a better deal for themselves on the Maryland Health Connection insurance exchange, University spokeswoman Cassandra Robinson said.

In the end, the school decided to drop the policy for all of its 5,500 enrollees. Students were notified of the dropped coverage on the school’s website.

"Bowie State University has suspended offering health insurance for domestic students for the 2013-2014 academic year," according to the school's official website. "Due to new requirements of the Affordable Care Act which will go into effect on January 1, 2014, the cost of insurance for domestic students will increase to approximately $1800 per year."

The sticker shock didn’t sit well with some students who spoke out against the price hike.

“You’ve haven’t done anything Obama and I am disappointed in you,” one student said. Another told Campus Reform, “We don’t have that money. We can barely afford books.”

The frustration has been felt across the country as colleges and universities have to decide whether to cut coverage or offer sky-high plans that in some cases triple the cost of premiums.

In New Jersey, students who enrolled in this past semester were the first class that had to shoulder the higher premium costs. Many community colleges in Bergen and Passaic counties were forced to cut student coverage altogether.

In Cranford, N.J., Stephen Nacco, the Union County Community College Vice President of Administrative Services, says the cost of health insurance is now “more than a thousand dollars per students and that it is dramatically different” than what it had been in the past.

Students were paying so little before because the coverage they received was so scant. The costs have gone up because under ObamaCare, plans must offer coverage for services like annual checkups and alcohol abuse treatments. Because they offer a wider range of services, the premiums also increase.

According to the New Jersey Association of State Colleges and Universities, students at nine schools in the state saw the cost of their policies triple, Paul Shelly, a spokesman for the organization told North Jersey.com.

It’s been a similar story across most of the country.

According to a 2008 study by the Government Accountability Office, about 6,000 students or about 7 percent of the total number of 18-to-23-year-olds in college, bought their own insurance, usually through plans arranged with the school.

The same study found that 60 percent of schools’ plans had coverage of $50,000 or less for specific conditions, and almost all the rest had some sort of payout caps that they will have to do away with by 2014.

In the past, students at Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kan., were offered a one-year plan that cost students $445, with payouts capping at $10,000. For the 2012-2013 academic year, the payout cap was increased to $100,000 per the new health care overhaul, which meant students at Bethany would have to shell out more than $2,000 for coverage. It apparently was too much in the end.

Bob Schmoll, Bethany’s vice president for finance, told The Wall Street Journal, the school “decided not to offer coverage for our students next year” given the proposed increase in premium. Schmoll says the school could have kept the limited-coverage plan but that it would have financially not been feasible.

Administrators at Lenoir-Rhyne University in North Carolina, Cornell College in Iowa and the University of Puget Sound in Washington also told students they would be dropping school-sponsored coverage. The three schools say student premiums would have gone up 10-fold.

Default Paul To Obama: “Enough Is Enough, We Want Our Freedoms Back”

Preaching to the choir here ... but still refreshing to see one of so many others in DC actually standing up to the system. He has good genes.

    _______________________

“Will we be sunshine patriots, or will we stand up like free men and women?”

    Steve Watson
    Infowars.com
    Nov 21, 2013

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul has issued an impassioned video address, slamming the surveillance state and demanding that freedom be restored.

“We were once outraged and dismayed and spurred to resist when British soldiers came knocking at our door with illegitimate warrants seeking taxes on our papers,” the Senator notes, citing the American Revolution.

“Today, your government responds that there is no expectation of privacy once you consign your records to a third party,” Paul continues.

“Your government argues that the Fourth Amendment applies not at all to your bank records, your Visa bill, your internet searches or purchases or emails. If not resistance, shouldn’t there at least be outrage?” the Senator urges.

Adding that Orwell’s 1984 needn’t even be imagined in order to be alarmed, the Senator continued, “Imagine for a moment what information could be gathered from your Visa bill,” he added, pointing to personal information pertaining to health and even politics.

“Are we so afraid of terrorists that we are willing to give up the very freedoms that separate us from them?” Paul asked.

Citing Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Paul points to pro-surveillance state representatives noting “The surveillance state was made to disappear through the legerdemain of defining it out of existence.”

Comparing this to a scene from The Book of Laughter and Forgetting by Milan Kundera, the Senator states “Kundera captures the heart of the debate: the struggle of man against power is the struggle of memory against forgetting…against allowing the state to define away its usurpations.”

“Will we allow defenders of the surveillance state to airbrush history and define away the notion of spying? Will we sit idly by as our expectation of freedom is defined downward?” Paul asks.

“Will we be sunshine patriots, or will we stand up like free men and women and say, ‘Enough is enough, we want our freedoms back’?” the Senator concludes.

Paul’s call to action comes in the wake of yet more NSA revelations detailing how widespread and expansive the surveillance net has become, extending to UK citizens far beyond the scope of cooperation exercised by the British government.

The Electronic Freedom Foundation has compiled a searchable compendium of the released NSA spying documents, bringing together the flood of information released by newspapers and the government into one resource.

Meanwhile, Senators Ron Wyden, Mark Udall and Martin Heinrich are seeking to file an amicus brief in the EFF’s lawsuit against the NSA, concerning the bulk collection of metadata from all phone calls.

The Senators contend that there is no evidence that the bulk data collection program has been of any use. The filing states:

Now that the government’s bulk call-records program has been exposed, the government has defended it vigorously. Amici submit this brief to respond to the government’s claim, which it is expected to repeat in this suit, that its collection of bulk call records is necessary to defend the nation against terrorist attacks. Amici make one central point: As members of the committee charged with overseeing the National Security Agency’s surveillance, Amici have reviewed this surveillance extensively and have seen no evidence that the bulk collection of Americans’ phone records has provided any intelligence of value that could not have been gathered through less intrusive means. The government has at its disposal a number of authorities that allow it to obtain the call records of suspected terrorists and those in contact with suspected terrorists. It appears to Amici that these more targeted authorities could have been used to obtain the information that the government has publicly claimed was crucial in a few important counterterrorism cases.

Rand Paul? Good? Bad? Playing the game? How much can he really do now that they just changed the rules? He can no longer force an Audit the Fed vote. I just don't see how the system can solve any problems. I really want it to, even donated to Audit the Fed efforts, but I am not optimistic.

    Complete agreement.

So very many things are outside of public control.

    Obummer vs ... what ...

Some that have good hearts and best intentions when elected are soon sucked into the system.

    Some stand up.

Ron Paul (daddy) should have won the last presidential election if all things were fair on a media basis and electronic fraud basis.

Anyone who doubts that really needs to dig deeper.

... but there we go ... what must we do to collapse the system such that what the people want actually comes to fruition???

I have thought it another 'Coincidence' the cross over on Terrorism.
Before 9/11 it was regional and after it was global. There has always
been unrest in most countries thru history from one group or other
challenging the authority or legitimacy of the governing regime.

In the UK, the most recent was the 'Troubles' in Northern Ireland,
and as complex and bloody as they were, we were constantly told
not to let 'The terrorist' stop our way of life whatever the cost.
This is what happened and although there were weekly bombings
and murders, we kept living daily life as usual on the whole, though
the news constantly reminded us of events.

The IRA eventually started a peace accord in 1994 confirming in 1998 ?
Now they are part of the governing body in Northern Ireland today.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norther..._peace_process

It seems odd timing that we just finished one era of terrorism to go into
    another after 9/11 & 7/7.......

The point being we should not give up our freedom for protection
    against 'Dubious Terrorist Groups' ...imo

I've posted this on a couple current threads and fits here because we all feel
these events are pre planned at least in concept, even if the operational details
very on the ground so to speak.

9/11 and the Collapse of WTC Building 7: The BBC’s Role in Distorting the Evidence
    and Misleading the Public

Friday 22nd November 2013 at 04:11 By David Icke

‘The NSA has taken 9/11 as a necessity to implement a global communications
vacuum cleaner, attempting to hoover up and analyse every single piece of human
electronic communication on the planet, using this data to identify human rights
activists and trying to put in jail anyone who attempts to expose this. President
Bush rolled out the Patriot Act within days of 9/11 which allows the US government
to do just about anything it likes, all in the name of counter terrorism and National
    Security.

This has since been followed by President Obama quietly sneaking through the
NDAA (National Defence Authorisation Act) on New Year’s Eve 2011 which allows
him to legally assassinate or imprison for life anyone he wants to without any
evidence required at all, a power that he has already exercised. Add to this also the
fact that we now have hundreds of human-less military drones criss-crossing our
skies killing innocent women and children in their hundreds, with no accountability,
as the US military supposedly tries to nullify individuals who the NSA, through their
communications hoovering activities, have deemed to be potential terrorist
suspects. All of this is justified by our authorities on the back of 9/11 because it is
needed to keep us all safe.’

Default Re: Paul To Obama: “Enough Is Enough, We Want Our Freedoms Back”

I really support Rand Paul (and his dad) and what they have to say. That being said, I can still tell that him speaking publicly about his opposition to Obama's policies is a way for him to pave his way for the presidency in 2016. Rand Paul, Jesse Ventura, Ted Cruz, and others are obviously speaking so openly in the public so they can appear as "the good guy" to the public and be nominated in 2016. Same old story.

I do support what each of them has to say, but simply installing somebody with a campaign slogan of "CHANGE" is simply not enough. Look what happened with Obama. He campaigned under the slogan of "change," leading people to false forms of hope, and now look at what happened.

It simply blows my mind that the American public has not woken up to the fact that every single president who has had good intentions when campaigning has not delivered his promises. Hmmmm...I wonder why this would be.

It's because the president is controlled by a parasite that has its grip on humanity. Even if somebody did sincerely have good intentions when entering the presidency and really did want to do good for people (JFK, Eisenhower?), it is obvious that there is some devious manipulation going on. Every four years the people forget that they were duped yet again, are promised with hope of a better future (with different words), and vote yet again for somebody who bases their entire existence on studying politics. This probably has to do with mind control (television, GMOs, water-fluoridation, etc.) This is not the answer.

Americans are kind of like 10-second Tom from the film Fifty First Dates:

If we are going to progress as humanity, then we are going to have to overthrow this parasite first. Even if Rand Paul is elected as president in 2016 (whom I think has good intentions), he will be a repeat of Bush and Obama because of the parasite. He will be threatened and humanity will be immersed fully into an Orwellian Police State.

We need to overthrow this parasite and we need to do it now. We also need to get somebody in office who does not want the power, and does not dedicate their life studying how to manipulate people (the definition of politics= manipulation and control). I suggest a Conservation Biologist, personally (they know how the world really works. Also, they tend to have more empathy).

I like this post but isn't the above kind of a contradiction. If we are to believe that Rand Paul has good intentions but will be threatened to an Orwellian State, then why would the Conservation Biologist be immuned to the threat?

What I am saying is that if we overthrow this parasite, humanity is woken up, and we finally regain the freedom to reform our entire social structure, then we will have to seriously reconsider how we place people in positions of power.

So once all is well, which I sincerely believe we will come out strong as humanity, we can begin to restructure.

When this Illuminati parasite is overthrown, instead of continuing to place political science as the requirement (or norm) for positions of power, let us consider nominating scientists.

Pure scientists (when not corrupted) have a much better image how the universe works. If properly trained, they understand human behavior, universal laws of physics, and conservation issues. Humanity is not separate from the universe as politics so often seems to suggest. Humanity is so intimately tied to the universe, as all organism are. Politics seeks to remove humanity from nature, which is very inaccurate and manipulative.

Understood, though I don't get the need or why we would trust putting anyone in power. I guess there is too much work to do to worry about that now.

Thanks Calz, great position, great words, loved the rhetoric, hopelly, this will turn into actions!
Rand Paul? Good? Bad? Playing the game? How much can he really do now that they just changed the rules? He can no longer force an Audit the Fed vote. I just don't see how the system can solve any problems. I really want it to, even donated to Audit the Fed efforts, but I am not optimistic.

    Could not agree more.

The system *must* fall across the board to have a chance at something better.

Most in amerika are too comfortable with their ballgames and reality tv to have a clue.

The "fall" will happen soon enough (for better or worse) ... but in the meanwhile I still appreciate those voices who are brave enough to stand up to the system as it is.

Rand Paul saying these things simply to get votes???

    Hmmm.

If an honest person somehow gets elected and into the system what would we have them do???

Anyway ... just a couple clips to honor both father and son and appreciate such a rare breed that actually puts it on the line for *YOU and ME ... we the people*.

The system is a joke ... let's laugh at it ... and then bring about something much different.
